Better would be indecent...
A place filled with tranquility and kindness. Le Vallon de Valrugues and Spa ***** in Saint Remy de Provence. A truly beautiful establishment where the staff is attentive to your needs, the restaurant with its terrace facing the magnificent swimming pool and its park offers a menu mastered by its chef and his brigade. Special mention for the room manager, who has all the right addresses to advise us throughout the stay. To do and redo without moderation. TOP
Magical culinary experience
We had a wonderful evening, the meal was just delicious, hearty and the presentation was perfect, unknown flavors which were just incredible. A 10/10 for the breakfast buffet, again beautifully presented with very good quality Thank you to the entire team, from the welcome, valet, service, kitchen……
Provencal top hotel, in a beautiful and quiet location, in the heart of Saint-Rémy
We actually wanted to book a villa for our short stay but they are always booked up quickly. So we booked 1 x junior suite and 2 x double rooms. The rooms would definitely need a gentle renovation, but that wasn't a problem or a negative factor. The staff are all very courteous and extremely attentive. We made a lot of use of the free transfer to the village and found it valuable. A phone call was enough and we were picked up again quickly. The hotel complex and garden are fantastically beautiful! Unfortunately we couldn't use the outdoor pool because of the strong wind. This hotel also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of cuisine and the breakfast buffet and restaurant are highly recommended. The only thing that urgently needs to be renovated is the wellness area. It is definitely no longer up to date. We felt very comfortable and will book this hotel again next year. Thank you very much for the perfect stay that we were able to experience at Le Vallon de Valrugues & Spa.
Fantastic
Another wonderful stay at this establishment. The suite (Rosemary) that we had the chance to discover is exceptional: you enter through the magnificent garden, it is very spacious and has a beautiful terrace with jacuzzi for relaxing in the evening. A big thank you to the staff who are always so smiling, welcoming and warm. Always a pang in the heart when leaving!

A little disappointed with our room despite our upgrade... the room is a little dated and I find that the structure is not necessarily up to 5* standards... Even the aging spa. But the gastro restaurant is very, very good! The very complete breakfast is also great.
Luxurious with great customer service
We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel- we booked Villa Leoni as a getaway for my mom’s milestone birthday. It was spacious and well-kept. Their bed was nice and plush, had great sleep after a long day of going to different places. We had the most attentive private butler, Quentin, and he made our 4 day stay such a breeze. On our second day, we were out on a whole day tour of Provence- when we returned, we noticed a gift box on our kitchen counter- on the note, they apologized knocking over my sister’s travel-sized perfume while cleaning and replaced it with a full-sized bottle of the same perfume. To be honest, we really would have been fine without the replacement as we know accidents happen- but the gesture was certainly appreciated and wanted to express our gratitude for trying to make things right. Excellent customer service surely makes this property stand out. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was very good! They always had a wonderful breakfast spread- we tried room service one morning and did the buffet the following day, and both times were splendid. We loved how a shuttle was available to take us to town, as well as to and from the hotel when we used their sauna and steam room late in the evening. The property is beautiful and serene- perfect place to detach and unwind. We would definitely return to Le Vallon de Valrugues in the future. Thank you for the most pleasant stay!
Stay one night
Very relaxing stay and very beautiful establishment. The staff are attentive and very welcoming. I highly recommend. Very pleasant park and the spa is top notch. Heated indoor swimming pool with very pleasant counter-current swimming pool.
A wonderful setting in St Remy De Provence
We had a wonderful stay. As soon as we arrived, the reception was very welcoming, the service impeccable. A magnificent room, the view overlooking the garden and swimming pool. An oasis of calm. We had dinner at the restaurant for my husband's birthday, a gastronomic delight, with exceptional service. We will not hesitate to return. Thanks everyone!

Like last year, an exceptional stay in a superb villa. A very friendly and pleasant team. Special note to Quentin who accompanied us during our stay. The establishment did very well to recall him to its team. We hope so, see you soon.
Needs a little improvement
There were things we loved about our stay and things that we didn't enjoy. The main thing we didn't like about our stay was that the hotel was under construction and in disarray. It didn't feel like a 5-star place to us. There was no mention of the construction when we booked the stay. They should have disclosed this. Most of the staff was great, but we also had a few issues. We sat in the bar for a good hour, around midday, watching staff come in and out, and not one person asked us if we wanted a drink. Our travel companion stayed in one of the newer units, and when opening the shutters (they come in your room and open/close these without asking), he slipped on the damp tile (no rug pads and this is the sort of tile that when wet is very slippery) and hurt his ACL. We notified the hotel, and they offered an ice bag. We asked for a mat/entry rug or something to put in the rooms, and we never heard anything back from them. Good things—the property grounds are lovely! The complimentary shuttle into St Remy was great, and always at the ready. The receptionists were accommodating and offered us good places to eat in town. Overall, this stay was fine, but it needs more attention to meet a 5-star place. Maybe once the renovations are done, it will feel more this way.

Very lovely and peaceful hotel and surrounds just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Saint Remy de Provence. Every aspect of our 4 night stay in one of the gorgeous Villas was first class. Service quality was outstanding. Highly recommended.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
