Attended a special event (Tasting Collective) last Sunday evening. Chef did an outstanding job with the Omakase menu. Every dish was excellent! The venue and rooftop view are absolutely beautiful.

A truly wonderful experience. The restaurant itself is a thing of beauty our servers Amanda and Buehrens were wonderful. I highly recommend any of the steaks and the Wagyu rice is phenomenal. We will definitely be back. Definitely in the upper tie
Hestia is an amazing rooftop restaurant with great views.
Today we went to Hestia for dinner. We went around 5 so we could see the sunset from a high floor. We had the pork and shrimp potstickers and Japanese curry crab dip. The potstickers were delicious and came with an orange sauce. The crab dip was good

Our server Matthew was on point! Two different managers checked on us during our visit. It is a little on the pricey side but last night the excellent service made up for it. Will definitely be back!

Nice vibe, view, and service but menu can surprise you. Rather unusual (not for everyone) and unclear. So, review carefully before going/ordering to avoid surprises in food and prices.

Met a friend for drinks and apps. We arrived about 5 mins before they opened and there were quite a few people queued up already. No acknowledgement from the hostess who stood at the hostess desk in the small entry way and did her best to ignore us
