Hawksmoor NYC New York Reviews from The Last Year
British Steakhouse
A friend saw it highlighted on a show recently. The bar was hopping. The dining room, which is in an attractive old room with a vaulted ceiling was packed and noisy. The waitress was very responsive and lovely. I had the Tomato and Whipped Feta Salad and the Veal Chop topped with Fried Oysters and a Fried Egg. Both were very good. But a bit pricey at $150 pp with a cocktail and a glass of wine.
Hawksmoor is a great steakhouse and just shy of the top
Hawksmoor is a great steakhouse and just shy of the top steakhouses of NYC in my opinion. However, do not let that discourage you from trying Hawksmoor and enjoying it many times over. The reception by the ladies at the front desk was professional and courteous, directing me immediately upon my timely arrival for my reservation to my table at 6:30. The dining room is beautiful and elegantly appointed; though, quite masculine with the domed stone or concrete ceiling in contrast to the wood elsewhere. This UK based steakhouse is off to a great start. However, if you are interested in the Sunday Roast, you should know that you must arrive by 4:30 for the Sunday Roast. I; therefore, had to switch my plans and rethink what I was to order. My server was Brendan and he was most adept at menu selections at many tables; though, I had the impression his favorites may change depending on who is asking. However, his recommendations were spot on. The beer I ordered to cool off this heat is called Lineage and it is exclusively made for Hawksmoor. It is a crisply hopped beer and well balanced, unlike many IPAs. Perfect for the heat and humidity. Next came their Vermont smoked bacon, which I ordered as my appetizer. This is the best bacon I have had at any steakhouse. It is fatty, but balanced and still very meaty, the flavor coming through in abundance owing to the smoke from their grill, rendering of fat and slight crust from the same. This was followed by their ample 14 ounce medium rare ribeye that benefits from Hawksmoor's grill. Gallaghers is the only other steakhouse in Manhattan with a grill to the best of my knowledge and the grill lends to flavorful crust here. The bone marrow gravy should not be passed and it amps up the beef fat French fries, which should be one of your side choices. The carrots were also not overcooked and, in combination with the cider, presented a slightly sweet counterpoint to the savory flavors crossing your palate. The appearance of the carrots, oddly shaped, highlights the local farm to table sourcing and level of quality across the entire menu. This is a definite distinction of Hawksmoor from much of its competition. I saved room for the Peanut Butter Louis, whose peanut butter and chocolate top layer in combination with the crumbles, bottom crust and salted caramel ice cream will cause all sorts of joy on your palate. I was thankful the portion was very manageable, but every bite was a delight. You'll think briefly about Reese's cups and Heath bars, but this is so much better and not as sweet, crunchy textures playing with your palate and senses as much as the sweet and salty leave you wanting for more. The bill is not sticker shock at $185 after I tipped. I attribute that to reasonably priced sides in comparison to other steakhouses. The local farm to table quality and better taste run throughout the experience and place Hawksmoor at the lower end of the upper tier in NYC. Your mileage may vary and this is worthy of anyone's return. Brendan was apologetic over the confusion over the time the Sunday Roast is available and it should likewise be offered all day Sunday. Four spectacular stars!
The restaurant is beautiful and the service is good.
The filet was delicious. They were out of the strip by the oz, which I forgot about after a long look at the menu and asking the server questions. I ordered the strip at the set ozs off the menu, but they served me the grass fed strip charged by the oz. It was not a good meat. It was extremely gamey and served luke warm. Since the steaks are cooked on charcoal, it surprisingly lacks any kind of smokey charred taste. When the bill came, they overcharged me for the per oz. They did make it right. Avoid the grass fed.
Delicious steak and beautiful restaurant! I took my friends
Delicious steak and beautiful restaurant! I took my friends out for a birthday dinner while in NYC and it was the perfect "fancy dinner out". The steak was super juicy and flavorful and the waiter was extremely patient and helped us decide which cut to get. Drinks were also great. Brought out a complimentary sticky toffee pudding for dinner and it was seriously the best I've ever had!
Hawksmoor has been on my steakhouse list for a while now
Hawksmoor has been on my steakhouse list for a while now and I finally went last weekend - did not disappoint! They took my party of two as a walk-in on a Saturday night, but I would recommend making a reservation just in case. We ordered the Bone Marrow (appetizer), a 14 oz Ribeye (medium rare) with Bone Marrow Gravy, and Creamed Spinach. The Bone Marrow with onions was phenomenal; it spread like butter on the toast. The 14 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare and was a good portion for the two of us since we weren't very hungry. The bone marrow gravy was amazing -- paired so well with the ribeye. The creamed spinach was pretty decent, though I wish it were creamier.
Really chill spot upscale dining without the pressure
Really chill spot upscale dining without the pressure awesome atmosphere relaxed and chill. I had the steak and my lady the lobster with scallops the food was really good the steak was amazing ate the whole thing I got the ribeye . We had the sweetest waitress she was something out of Sweet Home Alabama and she was just a darling . Service was really good. Definitely gonna come back ! Katie and Adela were great!
Great ambiance and the decor here is beautiful.
We got the charcoal-roasted scallops and porterhouse with creamed spinach and mash and gravy. The cocktails were good too. Recommend trying them out!
Great meal, with service just a bit off
We enjoyed a very good meal here. The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and energetic. Bone marrow and beet appetizers were very good. We shared a Chateaubriand with mushrooms and beef fat fries for our main, which were all excellent. And the peanut butter Louis was a great finish. The service was just a little bit slow and disjointed at times, which is the only thing that kept us from rating it a 5 star experience.
The ambiance was A+.
A beautiful balance between steakhouse and romantic feel. We started with the Caesar salad, Maine lobster and scallops. While the Caesar salad and lobster were very good, the scallops were amazing! For the main course we went with the 20oz Ribeye, creamed spinach, beef fat fries and for sauces we went with the peppercorn and bone marrow gravy. The ribeye was good but admittedly not the best steak I had. The fries were excellent with the bone marrow gravy and the peppercorn was great on the steak. We ended with the Sticky Toffee pudding and the Peanut Butter Louis. Both decadent and enjoyable.
I agree with recent reviews.
I got the mocktail drink and they're amazing. The appetizers were excellent as well. We got the scallop and beef tartare, very good and tasty! I wish I can say the same about their steak, for the price and comparison with other steakhouses I've been to, this is definitely one of the worse ones. Dont come here for the steak.
Was very excited to try this steakhouse, and left seeing no
Was very excited to try this steakhouse, and left seeing no reason to ever return. We showed up at 5:50 for a 5:15 on a Saturday in the summer, and we had lost our reservation. Totally our fault, we chose to eat in the bar area, which was very comfortable, but we were told they'd try to move us inside to the restaurant, and that clearly wasn't ever really considered. Felt like we were being punished, as it seems unimaginable that a reservation they'd have held until 5:30 as a courtesy was unable to be accommodate 20 minutes later, but such is life ... Our server was very nice, but our steaks, the whole point of our meal, were disappointing. I ordered a 14 ounce chateaubriand, "medium rare, closer to rare", and received a steak that was cold and raw inside, practically black and blue. My girlfriend's rib eye was overcooked, as she received a well-done steak, after ordering medium rare. Once again our faults I suppose as we should have sent both back, but didn't, but I can't remember the last time I've had to send a meal back, let alone a steak. And to be fair, my girlfriend told our waitress about quarter-way through her steak, and was offered another steak, which she declined. Two wildly inaccurately cooked steaks was the main problem, but it's a big problem obviously. The fries are flavorless, and come with house made ketchup that is watery and uninteresting. Perhaps we're not cultured enough, but they should reconsider using Heinz. The mac and cheese almost made me move this to 3 stars, as it was that good, but there's a lot of good mac and cheese in the world so that felt a bit absurd to do. Steelhead tartare and pork belly were both solid appetizers, which sort of made the main courses that much more disappointing. One final niggling point was that I tried to order sauteed onions as a side dish, which they put on their bone marrow, and was dismissed as not possible. I wasn't trying to customize their menu, but perhaps they need a motto, "Hawksmoor, where we have an awesome array of steaks we can't cook properly, with a wildly unaccompanied side of English stoicism". For a beautiful, casually comfortable restaurant, the reservation interaction and much of the above left a very bad taste in our mouths. We were given 2 scoops of ice cream on the house, which was a gesture related to the steaks assumedly, and certainly a nice thought. Dessert was very good, solid all around. Anyway, this should be a 2.5 star review, but since that's possible, and since our steaks were supposed to be the stars here, I rounded down to two stars. In a city of great steakhouses, and as someone who only orders Snake River Farms to cook at home, and perhaps because of how optimistic I/we were for the meal, this review reflects our wholly disappointing experience. We shall simply return to Royal 35, Strip House, Tuscany Steakhouse and Quality Meats, as Hawksmoor didn't remotely measure up to any of them.
As far as New York cocktail experiences go, this is one of
As far as New York cocktail experiences go, this is one of the best. Why? Well firstly, the cocktails here are perfection in a glass. The "Five Alive" is one of the best summer cocktails I've ever had. The bartenders are experts at their craft. Although known as "the anti Peter Luger" British steakhouse, the cocktails here are exceptional. The Fords Gin martini was great and paired perfectly with a few fresh oysters, the glass design was an Art Deco style (see photo). If you're a historic building / design lover, you'll definitely enjoy this restaurant. The Hawksmoor is located within a historic landmarked building (United Charities Building- built in the late 1800s approximately 1893). The dining area is in the restored Assembly Room with its original details. The setting truly elevates the entire experience - if you're going to spend money dining out in New York, go for something extra - such as a historic setting (like the Hawksmoor) or a great view (like the Edge). If I were a tourist in New York City, I would spend the day walking around Flatiron and Gramercy's historic sections and complete my evening here - the restaurant's ambiance matches the historic vibe of its surroundings. The neighborhood is famous for its architecture & gothic influences. A few famous former residents include writers Truman Capote and Edith Wharton who wrote "The Age of Innocence" I think this would reflect a much more unique old New York experience than say a visit to Times Square. More history about the Hawksmoor may be found here - https://www.hawksmoornyc.com/united-charities-building/ *Note - This review is for Happy Hour at the Hawksmoor. I didn't even know they offered one. As it turns out, there's a list of happy hour spots in flatiron / nomad (see - https://flatironnomad.nyc/2021/06/21/happy-hours-in-flatiron-nomad/)
Great English Sunday Roast
We went on Easter Sunday for the traditional English Sunday Roast. It was spectacular, the beef perfectly cooked, the roast potatoes also perfect, browned and crispy outside, fluffy inside and the Yorkshire pudding was enormous and delicious. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and all was served with a delicious bone marrow gravy. Desert was also delicious, while one of my friends had the traditional sticky toffee pudding, which was diecious, I opted for the vanilla rice pudding served with rhubarb compote, it was simply divine and wonderfully refreshing, the perfect compliment to a big meal. The staff was also very attentive without being overbearing, I shall return.
Great Steak and dinner from a relative newcomer to NYC
Had dinner here with two friends on a Friday night. Arrived early we had a couple of drinks in the bar out front. Service was good and the cocktails were great. The room where dinner is served is beautiful. Service was good, food was great as was the wine. The steaks, all three were perfectly cooked. Price wise it's in line with it's competition at about $50 a steak! And there are plenty to choose from so everyone's (or most peoples) taste in steak should be covered. Sides wise, I love the mac and cheese! Atmosphere was good, nice and busy! Look forward to going back.
5 Star food and service
As one of our favourite restaurant Groups in the UK we decided we could not miss the opportunity to try the New York version. The building is just typical Hawksmoor with very stylish decoration and a traditional feel. The welcome was warm and we had to chose to eat on a Monday so we could take our own wine for just a $10 corkage charge. The sommelier was very friendly and we had an interesting conversation as he had previously worked in the UK. We were served by Randi who could not have been more attentive and helpful. We started with a drink at the bar and my wife loved her Disco Cosmo cocktail , whilst I had to have the Shaky Pete , which was every bit as good as the UK and maybe even stronger! To eat we has the Potted Beef and Bacon with excellent Yorkshire Puddings and a perfect Onion gravy. For mail we had the 14oz Ribeye, immaculately cooked , with beef dripping fries, creamed spinach and a three cheese Mac and Cheese and evry last mouthful was perfect. To finish Jill loved her Rhubarb Meringue and I had the house favourite Tributes chocolates. Thanks for a superb meal and making our stay in New York memorable
Not quite VFM for Fine Dining, despite great staff team and lovely dining room.
A lovely historic dining room with an excellent atmosphere - buzz of chatter. Food was good quality and service exceptional with a very attentive team on the floor. Four of us ate, and 2 enjoyed their meals, the other 2 shared a chateaubriand which was a bit tough and gristly at one end - served medium rare. Wine menu - outstanding. Sadly, the prices were outstanding too - with some bottles marked up 5-6 times the retail equivalent. Fries were average. Sauces not quite thick enough but tasty. Overall, a good experience thanks to the environment and staff team. Food quality and exaggerated wine prices would stop us from visiting again.
The best dish is the charcoal grilled scallops
Great ambiance and perfectly cooked steaks. The rib chop special is highly recommended as are the charred scallops, bone marrow and Caesars salad. The only blemish was the sticky toffee pudding which was served cold and still wasn't great when warmed up. The peanut butter Louis dessert was much better They have a very reasonable corkage fee of $35 which was great for me as I had some nice red wines I've been planning on opening with a nice meal

Delightful laid back steakhouse.
I wouldnt give this place 5 stars purely based on the food. Although the steak was excellent, it was really the ambiance, setting, and service that stood out. The grand dining room coupled with a laid back atmosphere and down to earth service was a breath of fresh air. Really liked this place. They also do a Sunday Roast which i want to try at somw point!
Hawksmoor needs much, much more.
I do not quite understand the hype around this place. It was loud, the service was indifferent, the drinks were small, the steak was dry with a watered down sauce, and the Caesar salad hardly had any dressing. The check for two people came to over 350. I’ve had better experiences at a Texas Roadhouse. There are so many better steakhouses in New York. I would avoid this one.
Horrible experience.
Don't go. Total rip off. Lied about not having a T-bone and made me pay for a porterhouse then brought me a T-bone they supposedly didn't have. Being a chef I know the difference. They tried it again and I blew my top and the manager REFUSED to come speak to me cause there was no excuse being it was pure fraud. He sent me a free Fillet Mignon to avoid having to explain the deception and attempt to placate me. The food sucked. Was overcooked. The bone marrow in the bone they call an appetizer was non existent. I got a half teaspoon of marrow for about 15 bucks. Total rip off. Stay far away.
Great Food with Stuffy Staff
Ambience: a great tribute to the London version; great architecture and barstools and design; no music; buzzing scene Food: always impeccably; and surprisingly consistent expecting little London touches where everything is locally sourced--even the cider; consistently perfectly cubed ice--a rare find Service: attitude and attitude; I felt guilty for being ONE at the bar and ordering all the sides as snacks instead of a full meal: as a vegetarian oftentimes that's what I have to do; nevertheless it didn't matter at all I know the Hawksmoor locations well in London or tried to find out more about things here; service cold and snooty and deft and I felt like I was really causing harm by asking them to recognize my existence as a paying, current, living breathing human taking up space.

Loved this restaurant, I met a friend at the Bar I had never heard of it, fell in love the atmosphere was great, I judge a restaurant by the bar, of coarse we ordered some food also cocktails I cannot say enough about this place I plan on going back I give it a lot of thumbs
Swoon for the room.
My middle name is prix fixe as in prix fixe lynch. This is one of my favorites. Two courses $55 and 3 $65. I've been here multiple times for lunch and dinner- ,and had lunch yesterday and it was sublime. Ate: Ash cooked beets with horseradish Sea bream/ salad Peanut butter Louie Sour dough $5 supplement Everything was so delicious and the room is gorgeous. You get a choice of fries or salad at lunch and I chose salad. The Louis enrobed in chocolate was the first peanut butter dessert I've ever loved. Such a treat.

I came to this restaurant last week Tuesday while I was waiting for a table at COQODAQ. I had a drink at the bar because I have come before for dinner and I had a wonderful experience. I ordered my drink and it was delicious. I had the special drink and it was the right balance. The place was very full and I was shocked for a rainy Tuesday night. I paid my bill and put the tip in cash. When I checked my bank history I saw, I was charged $50.00 for a drink which totaled to $24.95. I called on Saturday and spoke to Malcom who sent me an email and said a manager will reach out. Then I called back again on Sunday spoke to Tatiyana and she sent me an email on Monday that she will call me back. I have not received any call backs. I called today and no one has picked up. This is not good customer service; my concern is someone purposely added tip to my receipt. Also the drink was only $24.95 so it was as if I paid for two drinks. I have asked to see the receipt but no one has gotten back to me. I do not recommend this place because if it was a mistake then it should be fixed and if there is a delay then they should inform me. This is really disappointing because the drink was great and I wanted to go back for dinner. But I will not go back because of this problem.
Mediocre at best
Decided to book as my daughter lives in New York and misses her Sunday Roast. The beef itself was delicious however the rest of the dinner was mediocre are best and definitely not worth the price we paid. It was an OK experience but nothing special and the restrooms were dirty.
The service was very nice and attentive, but we had a
The service was very nice and attentive, but we had a birthday here. We brought cake but they charge $5 per plate of your own cake which made it pricey. Ambiance was noisy so you could still talk to who you were eating with. Scallops (8/10): They were soft and buttery. Could not ask for more Sunday Roast (8.5/10): The trimmings were all very tasty. The bon Rib Chop (6/10): This was a big part of our check but came out undercooked and came out too chewy. Beef fat fries (9/10): This was the best part of our meal. Very flavorful for fries and bone marrow dipping sauce made it even better. Mashed potatoes (7/10): These were good mashed potatoes. Peanut butter louis (7.5/10): The ice cream was very tasty and the cake part was a bit too sweet. We also got a Ferrero Rocher imitation dessert that was a 9/10. The drinks were also quite delicious.

Not a big steak person but was invited here for a co-worker's birthday. Was able to order the monk fish dish and it tasted chewy and weird. Not like regular fish. Restaurant is beautiful. I believe the place use to be an old bank. My friends' reviews on the meat varies. Some said theirs was chewy, some said theirs was cooked to perfection. The "to-share" dishes were all good, especially the carrots. None of the protein came with sides or garnishes...so you best be ordering additional sides. The food overall is hit or miss. Our server was dressed a little inappropriate. Though bra-less, she provided excellent service, recommendations and was knowledgeable about the restaurant's history. Overall just so-so. I would suggest the restaurant add more fish options. Would have loved a nice piece of salmon. Won't visit again because of how pricey it is and I didn't think it was all that worthy.
Nice space, very mediocre service.
We ordered the lobster, bitter leaf salad, shrimp, oysters, fries, mac and cheese, mushrooms, and the filet. Fries were cold, bread was stale and unremarkable. Everything else was tasty. Drinks were quite small. Sticky toffee pudding was delicious. Overall, I would like to come back to try some other items but I can't get over the mediocre service. Our waiter had a lot of instructions and restrictions and seemed to be under the impression he was doing us a great favor in waiting on us. Unfortunate.
Fantastic steak
Had a very enjoyable evening here with husband during our recent trip to New York after a recommendation from a friend and it certainly lived up to our expectations. The restaurant was busy the night we visited with a mix of couples, families, friends and colleagues all enjoying some pre-festive celebrations. The atmosphere was lively, if a little noisy. Our server was knowledge and offered a range of recommendations including gluten free suggestions and alternatives. Staff were also knowledgable for wine suggestions and recommended a fantastic red to accompany our steaks and which were cooked to perfection.
Came here to celebrate my brothers birthday and both of us
Came here to celebrate my brothers birthday and both of us left very content and satisfied. I first want to begin with saying that the service was amazing! Our server was very attentive and friendly. She even sent out an extra dessert since it was my brothers birthday. As for food, I really wanted to try the hashed potatoes, which is only served on their bar menu. But our server was able to accommodate and allowed us to order it with our meal. I'm glad we were able to try them because it was by far the best hashed potato I've ever tasted! For our entrees we ordered the NY strip and it was cooked to perfection. Also on mondays they have a $10 bottle corkage special so you can bring your own bottle of wine without the burden of having to pay a high corkage fee
Best steak ever
Great find, cool atmosphere and the most amazing steak. Service was also phenomenal. It was my birthday and when the server found out, they brought out complimentary desert.
Five-Star Dining Experience
Everything clicks here -- food, drink, staff, environment. One of my favorite dining expriences and looking forward to going back. Wait staff recommended dishes both to share and for indivisuals, and was unerring with each suggestion.
Terrible NYC experience
We eat at a lot of top end restaurants and choose this one after much research. Apparently they cook each cut of steak each day and taste it for quality control. This clearly couldn’t have been the case on the day my husband and I ate there! $160 for a sharing steak which was tough and about 40% inedible hard white fat. Very underwhelming for what is supposed to be a 5 star restaurant. Fries- very thin and hard. All dishes we tried were way below average for this kind of establishment. Staff were scruffy and didn’t seem like they could be bothered. No happy smiling faces here! Toilets were disgusting, over flowing trash cans, urine on floor, toilet seats dirty. Over rated, over priced and so disappointing. The one good thing was the bar staff- they were very friendly and helpful. Forget the rest!

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!
Worked flawlessly!
Worked so well! I was a bit nervous, but everything went very smoothly. purchased the reservation, and got into the restaurant seamlessly.
Love this app!
So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??
Tune into NBC News - Top Story Tonight 7:40p ET
Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
