Great place for authentic dim sum
Hey All. The most authentic dim sum house Iโve been to in a long time. Iโm not a frequent flyer but they had the most delicious food. Try the steam marinated chicken feet. Iโve been wanted to try chicken feet for years and finally took the plunge and it blew my mind! Love this place!
Be the first to ReplyBirthday Celebration Dinner!
On December 27, 2023, my family and I celebrated my husband's birthday at a restaurant. Our server, Gordon, was very accommodating. We ordered twelve items from the menu, but unfortunately, we ordered the chow mien late and did not eat it as everyone was already full. We decided to take it home but found very little chow mien left in the to-go box. Surprisingly, we also found that the one-leg crab was in a separate to-go box. Although I was not planning to leave a review, paying the total price and not getting the right leftover food was disappointing. We paid $553.00 for our meal and were disappointed with the overall experience. It is essential to confirm the contents of to-go boxes when taking food home to avoid such situations in the future. I even called the following day to talk to the manager and was advised that he would call me back, but no one did. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Excellent authentic Chinese food! The duck appetizer was delicious. Scallops with egg tofu was delicious as well, Iโm not one for tofu but it was surprisingly good! Give it a try! Staff was very attentive.
Be the first to ReplyDecent food and service at reasonable prices
Decent food and service at reasonable prices. All the times we have been here for dinner, it was never busy, but the holiday weekend was unusually busy to do the amount of wedding receptions they had.
Be the first to ReplyGood dinner needs better customer service
I ordered the Duck to go. It was very good, however the service was below par. I told the cashier I would go sit at the front and wait. When I went to ask about my order, she just pointed to the little table, not sure how long my order was sitting there even though she said ok when I told her I would go sit. I'm sure they could improve on customer service.
Be the first to ReplyAbove Average Asian Restaurant with a view
We came here for dinner. It was my second time here for dinner, and the food was good. This place has a view of the bay and guests can see the planes land. Food and Prices were comparable to Koi Palace. Koi Palace in Dublin has better service though. This place does have more items to choose from on their menu though which is nice. This place has decent food and a view. Would bring guests here. Dim Sum here is supposedly popular, but was told it gets crowded and there is usually a wait. Not worth the wait since we are in the Bay Area and there are many Asian food choices if we wanted Asian food.
Be the first to ReplyAttentive staff, flavorful food
This was a nice restaurant. I ate here alone and was very afraid that the employees may not speak any English. In my experience on the East Coast, most authentic dim sum restaurants had a massive language barrier when ordering. I was happily surprised that the wait staff were friendly and accommodating and spoke fluent English, as I don't know any foreign language besides Spanish. The restaurant gives you complimentary peanuts and hot tea. There are great views of the water and the tail end of the SFO airport runway for aviation enthusiasts. I ordered egg rolls, some sort of breaded fried pork (similar to a sweet and sour pork), and some shrimp shumai. The pork was some of the best I've ever had. I wish I would've known that dim sum was only during the lunch hours, but everything was still very nice. There were plenty of wait staff assisting and expediting my experience. I felt slightly rushed, but I was grateful that I was tended to.
Be the first to ReplyGood Food, terrible service
Food was suprisingly good however service was terrible attributed by not enough staff. Captain Raymond had no customer service skills and took our order with a frown. If you don't mind waiting to get more hot water in your tea, glasses of cold water, steamed rice or the check then I would recommend the food.
Be the first to ReplyGood food with a great view of the bay
We came here for dim sum lunch on a Saturday. Parking lot was full when we arrived at 10:30. There was an attendant on duty that directed us to park along the curb marked red for firelane and assured us we won't get a ticket. When we left about 2 hours later there were even more cars in the parking lot making entry and exit from the parking lot difficult. Once inside, the place offered a great view of the bay outside the large windows. We had the usual dim sum fare and they were on par with those at other good dim sum restaurants in the bay area. We also ordered the Peking Duck. That was pretty good too. Service was sporadic as the place was jam packed. Getting the teapot refilled was quite a chore as the waiters were hard to find. If you want to hold a conversation, be prepared to shout as the noise level was quie high.

Restaurant with a good view by the water. Ordered 2 dim sum dishes and a seafood rice noodles with egg. Very good dim sum but the rice noodles dish not really authentic.

My friend and I went here for a weekday dinner. The service wasn't great but the food was delicious and authentic. There is a large panoramic window looking out over the bay; it is a beautiful place to have dinner. I would definitely go back!
Be the first to ReplyVery good food
We ate here one lunch on a Saturday! It was a zoo. No where to park and people everywhere. We had some dim sum dishes and some ordered entrees. The food was good to excellent.
We came again for an early dinner and it was more relaxed. The view is nice: water, planes landingโฆ The food was very good.
Service was good at dinner and not so good at lunch.
what a rip-off ๐ช
I stayed at a hotel across the street from Grand Harbor. My parents were leaving for China. I bought four dishes as a farewell dinner for them. Because of the pandemic, I ordered the takeout. The seafood food quantity was astonishingly low despite the price was higher than nearby restaurants we went to. What a disappointment for an emotional farewell dinner๐ญ
Be the first to ReplySomewhat Disappointing
Most of the dim sum dishes were delicious but the choices were ordinary. We wanted to order menu items the children would enjoy but it was difficult to flag down someone who would take that order. Unfortunately the beef vegetable chow fun came with no discernible vegetables and tiny chunks of dry, overcooked beef. (The noodles, however were delicious). Tripe dish was, for me, inedible. Baked and steamed cha siu bau were a hit.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent choice for quality
Excellent choice for quality Cantonese food. Great service and atmosphere. The menu is exhaustive and covers every dish you could want.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Dim Sum - can't wait to return
This restaurant made our trip! We found it on a busy Sunday morning and enjoyed Dim Sum almost as good as we had years ago in Hong Kong. We felt that for what we got, the price was reasonable although some have found it pricey. We loved the place and plan to return.

My meal was phenomenal and after an extended wait to get seated having hot tea and a dim sum cart immediately at my disposal was much appreciated. The atmosphere was very lively and loud, coupled with my view of the ocean and planes coming into SF airport for landing was amazing. Great environment for kids at lunchtime, however, call ahead and make a reservation if you have a large party. Flavors of the various dishes were wonderful, you shouldn't miss tasting their spare ribs, you have to order with a waiter but they were by far my favorite in their world of flavor. Service staff was friendly & efficient, ordered food came out quickly and the price was reasonable, also worth noting is the clientele was predominantly Asian which speaks volumes to the authenticity of the food.
Be the first to ReplyOut by itself,
Wanted a short walk, saw the Grand Harbor was a mile walk, 1/2 of it along the Bayshore of San Francisco bay.
So, I walk there from my hotel. 5 dishes was plenty for 1.
Dim sum pieces were large, well made and very tasty. 98% asian clients, I think I saw 2 non asian.
Proof of good food. Worth the drive/walk
NOTa place if you want to relax with good service!
This place came recommended for Dim Sum. We had a reservations for 6pm and had to wait. they are extremely busy on weekends due to weddings and baby parties according to the hostess. We were originally taken upstairs and placed in a corner by the kitchen/busser area and I asked to be seated next to a window in my reservations. They finally moved us out of the corner and downstairs. We ordered 6 dishes and long story short, only pot stickers (awful) and fried rice came. We waited for our food and watched all the other Chinese guest tables get served, however we had to flag down the server and tell them we wanted our check. No acknowlegement that they forgot or apology that we didn't get our dinner. A glass of house (bad) wine was $15 !!!! What a joke! Definitely will NOT recommend or return.
