Lovely little brunch spot in downtown Napa.
Cute ambience, great food and Mimosas! Service was excellent and this is all within walking distance of everything Napa has to offer.
Be the first to ReplyTotally worth all the reviews and stars.
We came here bc of yelp recommendations. I got the chilliquilles - amazing. My friend got the eggs bene and I stole half of one of his English muffins. Not sure if they make them in house but it was probably the best I've had. He also got a scone which he qualified as "life changing." The only drawback are wine cocktails. Not to my liking but I know a lot of ppl love them. :)

Might have been the most uncomfortable dining experience I've had in a long time. My friend checked in with the host, who wasn't the nicest apparently, and our party of 6 got sat outside. We sit down, 10 min go by and someone drops off waters. Another 15 min go by and someone comes by to finally take the food/drink order. For an appetizer we got the parm fries & the seasonal fruit plate. The fruit plate was actually laughable as it's $13 for a tablespoon of cheese & honey with minimal fruit. We didn't get checked on for another 45 minutes which was disappointing as my friend wanted a side of ranch for the fries. The funny thing is my party is all servers, we appreciate good service & understand the restaurant industry. We easily would have tipped above 20%, but this experience made us all uneasy. Once the food was brought out, we did not get checked on for another 10 min. My friend wanted hot sauce for her egg taco and was just unhappy with her meal in general, but I told her not to say anything. Finally, we ask for the bill because we are all fed up. The prices & the 20% auto grat were not okay. My friend finally speaks up, on behalf of all of us, and asks to speak to the manager, come to find out our server is the manager. Long story short, she took the tacos off. We paid enough for our tab but didn't leave enough money for the complete 20% auto grat. This review will most likely be deleted but if management does see this, then please do better as this was not acceptable.
Be the first to ReplyWent here today for lunch with friends.
They both got the special, which was crab cakes Benedict. They both loved it and cleaned their plates. I got the beet salad. It was delicious, but very small. I wouldn't recommend it for a meal, but a great side, or good if you split a sandwich or something with a friend. Our server was great and kept our ice teas and waters filled.

This place should be on your bucket list as a "Michelin Bib Gourmand" restaurant! We ordered the Argentinean Empanada with hand cut beef and I swear there was a little nutmeg or cinnamon in it along with a pinch of cumin with a little heat. Lovely baguette with a great chef's butter. The CEO moment was the Cassoulet (classique - recette de Castelnaudary) with duck confit, pork Shoulder, boudin blanc sausage, garlic sausage, butter beans, garlic bread crumbs. This killed! Fire! So interesting in that the above ingredients has a little spice blend on top that was perhaps put on top with the garlic bread crumbs and then put under a broiler check the sear on the top of each. It gave the components a nice crunch so texture and mouth-fee 100%.

This place is great, but book a reservation! The quality of food shows based on their availability. Always busy because they're so good! Friendly servers and a great open window plan to get the vibes of sitting outside without having to be in the sun. I love this place!
Be the first to ReplyTLDR; food is mediocre and service is terrible.
My first time ever not leaving a tip. Wait for food was extremely long. I came here with my baby, and all the workers seemed shocked I was by myself but not shocked enough to provide the proper service for a mother with a hungry baby. I placed an order for shrimp & grits and cornbread. The food came 30 mins later after I stood up with my crying baby and expressed my frustrations. I had asked two servers to check on our food after waiting 20 mins. They both ignored my request and went on to do their thing. One even offered me hand sanitizer because she had mixed me up with another customer. During this time, my baby was extremely fussy, but no one seemed to care that we had waited forever for our food. I was standing and trying to soothe my baby and finally asked the only decent staff there (the host) to check on our food. Someone came from the kitchen and apologized to us (I'm assuming the manager and the food came out 30 seconds later). What made it even more frustrating was that the two tables who came 10-15 mins after we did got their food the same time as us. I guess they had forgotten about me and my fussy baby. How convenient. While we ate, no one came to check on us. So after the initial interaction with our server, she basically never came back again to ask if we needed anything. The food was mediocre, on the heavy side. It was not our cup of tea, but I would've given it another chance if not for the terrible service.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a great spot for breakfast.
We stopped in on a busy festival weekend and the staff was lovely, calm and collected during the madness. I recommend starting with the skillet cornbread with lavender butter- this was one of the best pairings I've ever had. We shared the fresh fruit place, shrimp and grits and the quiche. Everything was fresh and tasty! Will certainly stop by the next time I'm in town.
Be the first to ReplyFood was ok per the title it's more Mexican point blank.
Service was good our server was very helpful the atmosphere was nice and clean. Basic coffee and brunch.

I've been to this restaurant twice before and both times it was great. This time was very disappointing. Went for brunch. The chilaquiles were nothing but tortillas. All the things they claimed on the menu were part of it were no where to be found. The pulled pork tacos were good but not great. The empanada was average. The tri color beet salad was delicious. The cornbread was also very good but did not get any hint of lavender. The blood mary, while claiming to be spicy, was bland and really could not tell there was any alcohol in it. I was very upset because I bragged to my friends about the restaurant and none of them were impressed. And for the amount charged I would have expected better. I would have given it lower than a 3 for this visit, but my last two visits were good.

Was hungry walking around looking for food and stopped by chance here for lunch. Wow, food was amazing. I think my favorite spot we hit while in Napa. Don't miss it.
Be the first to ReplySuper busy but waiters managed well.
Absolutely delicious food. I had the chilaquiles, which were hands down the best chilaquiles I ever had. My husband had the shredded pork egg tacos, which were excellent!! We will definitely go there again next time we're in Napa!

My 2nd time here, the difference was it was on a rainy day and a little busier than my last visit. The staff were just as friendly and the food was just as good two years later. I know why there's always a line outside. Bumping my review up to the full five stars. Well deserved BB
Be the first to ReplyGreat brunch spot.
They had a nice selection of things to choose from. I would definitely go again.
Be the first to ReplyThis place was excellent from service to food.
My steak was well seasoned, tender and delicious. My friend had the cod and loved it.
Be the first to ReplyWonderful breakfast and atmosphere.
The eggs Benedict... perfect! The service was fast and friendly.
Be the first to ReplyService always leaves a bit to be desired.
Food is consistently good. Often a wait for brunch.
Be the first to ReplyThis establishment never disappoints.
The food and service are among some of the best in the valley. Never, ever have we sent anything back. (Sorry, but when we drum up the cash to eat in our hometown of Napa- it's gotta be right.) I LOVE that they do an outstanding cassoulet. I do wish they would take reservations for parties larger than 6, as we love this restaurant for family (w/ diverse tastes) special occasions, but we will dine here forever.Grace's Audrey is the best!

Delicious food and exceptional service! Strolled in on a Sunday for brunch with my sister. First dish: shrimp and grits 5/5 Lovely classic with a twist, the sausage under the eggs has a light spice to it, very flavorful. Sides: perfectly crisped bacon & seared chicken sausage Bottom dish: pancakes 5/5 didn't need much syrup, could eat them by itself - perfect crisped edges too!Drink: lemon drop 4/5, super sweetsNot pictured: espresso perfect shot with local coffeeService: attentive and accommodating, they had a few large parties but still had room for us. Even have option to sit at the bar/counter. One big thing I appreciate is when walking into any establishment- the servers acknowledged us when we entered the building, even tho they were working with other guest. Great hospitality Location: perfect spot, close to bakery, shops and nail salon We will be back!

Came in on a rainy Saturday for brunch around 11am so the wait was only 30 minutes for a group of 4. There was only one server for the entire restaurant but she still did a great job and was very attentive. The restaurant is not huge, maybe about 10-15 tables if 4. A bit more on the casual side so no need to dress up. Food was delicious! I got the Kobe flat iron steak and eggs, medium rare steak + over easy eggs. Cooked perfectly to how it's supposed to be and not like a diner style. Side of pancake was my favorite! Slightly crispy edges, fluffy middle and the powdered sugar plus syrup paired amazingly to enhance the overall flavors! Highly recommended.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time at Grace's table and it was delicious.
My mom lives in Napa and frequents here so while we are we're in town thought it would a good place to try. It was a busy Saturday morning but we waited no longer than 5 mins for a table, service was really fast and everyone was friendly. The food was delicious, and the vibe of the restaurant was nice we'll definitely be back again!

We went here for valentine's day and it was really nice! I got the steak and my bf got the cassoulet, the steak was really nice and cooked perfectly to my taste, the french fries were what really tied it all together for me. The service was pretty good, we were sat outside and it was really cold but they had some heaters which helped a bit. The inside of the restaurant was decorated nicely but it was a bit of a tight space. Would def come back :)

During our San Francisco vacation, hubby and I took a short side trip to Napa for a few hours. It was a chilly and rainy day, so our main focus was to find some place inside to eat. Consulted Yelp (as always) and discovered Grace's Table. Turned out to be a nice place to hang out, away from the rain, for a great meal. We started off with the Skillet Cornbread - absolutely delicious! Comes in 2, 4 or 6 pieces. It was different than expected - bread but super soft, and with pieces of corn in it. Lavender honey butter was so good with it!For entree, I chose the Roasted Heirloom Chicken - this was a full skin-on half chicken with the most amazing crust, and a layer of some herby thing under the skin that was to die for! Served on top of a luscious autumn-style quinoa and wild rice pilaf. Super good!Hubby chose the Cassoulet, which he referred to as Heaven on a plate! Definitely a wonderful dish for cold rainy night. The duck was cooked perfectly - soft, fall off the bone, still with texture. Garlic crumble on top that was baked to the skin. So good! The pork belly was soft, perfect, nice and fatty; boudin sausage added a bit of spice to the dish. Butter beans and broth was spectacular - a broth that makes you feel good. You could tell the chefs spent some time with this one.For a side, we had the Butter Bean Ragout - outstanding! I loved this! The Ragout had carrots in it in this amazing tomato base sauce. Very satisfying flavor. We truly enjoyed our evening at Grace's Table. Delicious food, nice environment. If we were locals, we would definitely go back - maybe one day.

I saw that Grace's Table was a Michelin recommended restaurant and decided to swing in with family on a Sunday morning.I can't say GT is anything more than a generic brunch spot. Their evening menu may provide a more elevated experience, but the morning wait times, lack of staff availability and rather standardized brunch menu didn't leave us asking for more or with any interest in returning.Egg plates were fine, pancake platter was indeed huge, and the egg benedict plate was standard fair.No big complaints, but nothing outstanding. I'm absolutely positive there are more exciting brunch options in the heart of downtown Napa. If you read this review, I'd recommend you keep looking.

Super friendly service but wow they got skimpy on the portions! A bit shocking considering it's about $20 a plate! Yikes!
