Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe Stateline Reviews from The Last Year
My first time here, was truly an experience.
My water glass was never empty. Service was very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was amazing. I was honestly afraid to try the Beef Wellington since I usually like my meat cooked at a minimum of medium, but more often Medium well but it was soooo delicious and not bloody at all. Mac n cheese was also great. Elote corn was good but a little too spicy for me but still ate it. Definitely recommend at least trying this place at least once if you want a fine dining experience.
Heather was absolutely amazing.
She answered all of our questions and even had us trying some new foods that she recommended. We had a great time and the food was delicious. We can wait to go back :)
The service was good.
The Ambiance is meh. For an expensive place it did not feel comfortable. The Food was just Ok. We have been to many fine dining restaurants so the family knows what to expect. The food was not a "Wow". Just ok.
Manager was awful
Good service, what I had of my meal was good. dresses up, but dress code not enforce. no silverware at the table, appetizer came, waited for 20 mins for silverware, then silverware was taken, another dish came out, waited another 20 mins for silverware, finally decided to leave, waitress was kind, but went and got the manager, which I didn’t ask for, just asked for the check. he was rude. I said, we’ve been here for an hour and we never get silverware. he corrected me and said we were there for 45 mins. Okay, fine, but still rude. he said “eat this, on me.” we still didn’t have silverware. it was bazar. We we’re so excited to go, and sadly very very let down. the waitress was great, and busy, don’t get me wrong, and what we ate was great, but the manager really left a bad taste in my mouth, and we didn’t even ask for him!! Im not a “I want the manager” type of person! we politely asked for the check. that was it. But that man was so rude! Get a better manager! if we just got the check and left, and never saw the manager, which I didn’t want, I wouldn’t even be writing this review! He ruined it, he made it a bad experience.

We did the prixe fixe menu thinking it was the specialty of the house. The Cesar salad was basic and like any other Cesar salad but excessively drenched in dressing. The Wellington was raw. The little I ate was very bland and had no flavor. The asparagus was not edible. It was too hard and covered in an aïoli. The dessert was the best thing, but nothing to write home about. Extremely disappointed. To make matters worse, this hotel is straight out of the 80s. The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming, and a couple people were openly smoking pot.

Came here for my 30th birthday dinner! Did not disappoint, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Will definitely be returning to try other things! I ordered the lobster risotto as my app, the Wellington for my entree, my boyfriend ordered the chicken entree and everything was
Dinner from Hell
This journey to Hell’s Kitchen was more like a journey to Hell. The cocktails both came out wrong. I ordered a Maker’s Mark Manhattan's on the rocks and got it served up. My wife ordered the Smoking Barrel and they left out the branded orange rind. Let’s not forget the $3 up charge for making a cocktail instead of a neat drink. Isn’t that a bartender’s job? Just ridiculous. The main issue of the night was the Caesar Salad that was served with bland dressing, burned Parmesan chips, and the yummy tip of a blue glove!! We called the manager over to show him, he shrugged, took the salad away and brought us a new one. Sorry we bothered him. We could not eat the replaced salad as it was just as bad, even without the glove. The entrees (Filet and New York strip) were just OK. We are from Texas and we know great steaks. These were nowhere close. The Bearnaise sauce was good but the wine demi glace was bland. A1 sauce would have been better. The sides were meh. The macaroni and cheese had no cheese taste and the corn was just ok. Roasted corn you can get from a taco truck has much more flavor. When one spends $200+ for two on a dinner, one expects perfection. The service was adequate but not exceptional. They did give us a free dessert, but that was too little, too late. We had to flag the waiter many times for this and that as they seemed understaffed. This restaurant is coasting on Gordon Ramsey’s name and it will soon sully his reputation. Overall just a really unpleasant experience and really a lowlight of our vacation.
We were visiting Lake Tahoe for my birthday weekend and
We were visiting Lake Tahoe for my birthday weekend and really wanted to dine at Hells Kitchen. I was looking forward to the experience and it didn't disappoint. We got a late dinner reservation and since the restaurant is in the casino, it was pretty busy and lively. We were seated right away and attended. The server shared some popular recommendations. We ordered Scallops in green pea sauce, beef Wellington, foie gras, roasted corn, sea bass. Scallops were succulent and perfectly charred. Beef Wellington was medium rare and absolutely divine. I personally didn't like the taste of foie gras. For desserts, we got the chocolate cake but the server brought out a complementary sticky toffee pudding with a candle and it ended up being the better tasting dessert of too. Overall, amazing meal and great experience. Worth coming again.
Lovely atmosphere here at Hell's Kitchen.
We sat up at the bar to watch the copa america soccer finals. We ordered a few cocktails and food items. The flavors were allllll there between the octopus and lobster risotto. However, the octopus was tough and the risotto was undercooked. In addition to that, we ordered the sea bass which was lovely. Cooked perfectly but I do have to say, it reminded us of a fillet o fish sandwich from McDonalds. The hellfire club was amazing! The coconut foam was so yummy that I ordered two of those. The market margarita was nice and a bit different; it tasted nice and refreshing from the cilantro.
Lindsey and James, who helped us from behind the bar where
Lindsey and James, who helped us from behind the bar where we sat, were great. Allowed tastings, did not push us on the time, and made quality suggestions. Behind the bar a large screen played Gordon Ramsey television appearances. I think he actually lost once or twice, so cheers for authenticity. Meatballs were good. Could have used a bit more fire -- spice, heat, picante -- but overall nice indeed. The Caesar salad was loaded and the croutons -- never met a carb I didn't like -- were fresh made and garlicky. Drinks were crafted and not too pricey. Even Lindsey shared her love of fernet with me so the party rocked on. And, shhhh, top secret : the dessert, some bread pudding Carmel whatever it was? I don't eat dessert but this was so light and enjoyable that I'd even think of ordering my own next time. Nahhhhh. Well .... Maybe. Check it out. On the casino floor to your right as you head to the back. -- workingman's gourmand.
I recently went to Hell's Kitchen for my birthday.
It was so disappointing. I ordered the Beef Wellington with wine pairing. All (party of 6) of our food was cold and unfortunately my wine pairing was timed poorly. I would get the wine after the food came out and I was almost ready for the next course. My lobster risotto was undercooked as well. I really had high expectations and they failed in every way except for the wedge salad, sticky toffee pudding, and the old fashion my husband ordered. I thought to myself this can In no way be acceptable but evidently it was. I sent my food back and it returned with the beef Wellington hot but the sides were still cold. I just gave up at that point. The manager did come out but he didn't really do anything but send out dessert. They probably need a visit from Gordon himself because no way this would even come close his lowest standards.
Once is enough
As a special treat we went to Hells Kitchen in Harvey’s in Lake Tahoe. We had booked a table for four to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had to wait in line for a long time and almost lost our reservation as they only accept 10 minutes delay. The staff was talking to a man with a baseball cap on and torn jeans. This person managed to get a table in the middle of the restaurant with nice napkins. We on the other hand were seated very much on the side where there was a draft and everybody sat with their coats on. Not any of the tables had tablecloth on! The cutlery was on the left and our napkins were without logo. We started with a cocktail, an HK Old Fashioned and a Smoking Barrel. The Barrel was nice but the Old Fashioned was bad, really bad. Strong so we all blew our top off! We ordered Lobster Risotto, Pan seared scallops, Beef Wellington, Filet Mignon and a special with krab and lobster. When you go out fine dining the least one can expect is white tablecloth! We sat there with our jackets on with tables that reminded me from Denny’s or Ihop. We saw our man who managed to get a table sitting at a table with nice signatures napkins! Food was nice but my husband makes a nicer Beef Wellington. Our waiter was nice, a bit rehearsed but nice! My birthday dinner was not as special or spectacular as we thought it would be. We all agreed that was the first and only time to Hell’s Kitchen!
Hell's Kitchen is more hell than kitchen.
As fans of Gordon Ramsay, we had high expectations. But they failed those expectations before we were even seated because the hostess could barely hide her deep disdain for customers. When the waiter came to take the drinks order and tell us about the specials he spoke so fast and mumbled like a child being force to repeat the alphabet again. We could only catch a word here and there. Maybe it was his scruffy beard or his disheveled attire, but he looked like he had a short fuse, so we didn't say anything. When he returned, I asked a question before ordering. His answer was deeply condescending, as if to remind me how unsophisticated I really am . It took forever, but our food finally came. Despite asking that my steak be cooked to well done, it came out medium rare. I would have pointed this out, but he did not return to check on us. It’s ok, my wife seemed happy and that‘s all that really matters. As a side note, I overheard two others waiters expressing that neither one of them wanted to be there. My wife has the lobster risotto and we shared Caesar salad. The salad was great. But we discovered pieces of shell in her dish that she could have easily choked on. But the dinner highlight was when I FOUND A HAIR cooked on to my steak!!! A HAIR... I was shocked and sickened as I already ate half. It's time to go. We quietly paid the check and got out of there. We considered speaking to a manager, but after we paid we were as invisible as Claude Rains. Over all - food was nothing special nor was the service and the vibe was just unwelcoming. Our bill was close to 400 after tip for the two of us. Although, if I was a braver man, I would not have tipped for this service.
You've read. my review. Title it yourself.
I went to Hell's Kitchen with my wife, daughter and grandson. It was my grandson's choice for his 27th birthday. The information available specifically stated,"Be prepared to spend $150.00," or words to that effect. Perhaps this statement was meant to enhance the expectations or to appeal to the customer's personal sense of self-aggrandizement. It did neither for me. I felt comfortable, however, when we were seated and our server introduced himself and took our orders. He was friendly and had a sense of humor. Nice. I ordered Caesar salad and the scalloped chicken. The salad was good and plentiful. The chicken was a disappointment, however; served on a thicket of kale, more weed than vegetable which seems to be enjoying an undeserved period of popularity. The chicken was not at all tender. I had to use a steak knife to cut it into bite sized pieces. The three of us have dined together on other occasions and usually we critique the service and the food and usually someone will say,"Well, at least the ___________ was good," by way of making the evening a success. This was not one of those evenings. To charge so much for so little in return is the height of arrogance. I won't call it theft, because I ate the food and I payed the price. I do not wish you well. Sincerely, Michael Kranzke
Sat at the Bar with my boyfriend.
We came for the Sticky Toffee Pudding but once we sat we decided to indulge into some apps. We got the Kushi oysters (you can't go wrong with Kushi) then the Lobster Rissoto! So yummy, we also got the seared scallops, these were okay, the sear was amazing but the sweet potato puree wasn't really that great, reminded me of baby food but I'm a texture person so I'm not fond of purees in general. We were in town for our anniversary, which my boyfriend had mentioned to me and our amazing Bartender Lindsey overhead and sent us out complementary anniversary sticky toffee puddings! I'm in the service industry also so I love how she overhead him and took action to make our night more special! We came back later in the night to grab another sticky toffee Pudding because it's THAT good!
I love Gordon Ramsey - I have always enjoyed watching
I love Gordon Ramsey - I have always enjoyed watching Hell's Kitchen. Husband and I finally made it to dinner at the location in Lake Tahoe at Harvey's. Unfortunately, I have to say...not what we expected and a bit disappointed. We ordered lobster risotto, which risotto was bit bland and lobster pretty salty. New york strip steak, meat was a bit tough and a little beyond medium rare and also no flavor. AND then we had we believe a pound of king crab leg which was ok and we appreciated shell was cut for easier access, HOWEVER $140 FOR 1 SMALL LEG - CUT INTO 5-6 PIECES? TOTAL BILL $250 FOR : 3 ITEMS AND 2 ICED TEAS Also, it took sometime to get our food. I have to be honest, we most likely will pass up Hell's Kitchen as an option for dinning in the future. No offense to Gordon Ramsey as Im sure he doesnt have control over each restaurant. THE PRICE DOES NOT match the quality of food. For $250 the food should be absolutely amazing! For those who had a great experience and your taste buds and tummies were satisfied, Im glad it was a great one for you.
Wonderful evening at an amazing restaurant!
This was an amazing experience. Courteous and professional welcome from the host, we were seated promptly at our reserved time. Warm greeting from our server, offered beverages right away. Our meal was outstanding- I'm gluten free and I had so many options to choose from. We had shrimp cocktail and lobster risotto (hold the crispy onions to accommodate my diet) to start- both exceptional. We both ordered the filet oscar, it was so tender we could almost cut it with a fork. Yes, the restaurant is loud- but we could still have a conversation. And yes, it is on the pricey side- but for a celebration dinner, it was absolutely worth it. One of the most enjoyable meals we've ever had.
My friends and I were in town for the weekend and we
My friends and I were in town for the weekend and we decided to eat here for her birthday! We did a walk in (1 hour wait on a Saturday evening- THEY HAD TO TAKE US ON TIME) since we were a big group. We were sat in a private room towards the back of the restaurant which was extremely necessary considering how loud we were during dinner. Our server was extremely nice and informative with the menu. The food was amazing! Will def come back to this restaurant again!
Celebrated my 40th birthday here, was super excited, but
Celebrated my 40th birthday here, was super excited, but very disappointed. Food wasn't all that, my beef Wellington was so little and my lobster risotto tasted like cheese rice. Service was ok, they definitely did not like that we brought in our cake but was told by the local bakery that it was ok to bring In our cake because she's done it before. I'm giving them 2 stars because they gave us free dessert for our troubles of not being able to cut our cake. The experience was not that great and would probably not go here again. You would expect with the amount of money you pay over here that you would get delicious food, wonderful service, and great overall experience, but it was the opposite.
We really enjoyed our evening at Hell's Kitchen.
We felt very welcome when we checked in and our server was great. Our meal did not disappoint - the lobster risotto and seared scallops were definitely the stars of the dinner. We also had the beef wellington and pork chop, as well as the brussels sprouts and cauliflower. For dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate sin cake. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious! The only thing I felt could have been improved was that that the food could have been hotter when it was brought out. Some of the plates were cool. However I still gave 5 stars as the overall experience was great.
Ordered a medium rare dry aged New York strip, since there
Ordered a medium rare dry aged New York strip, since there weren't any good vegetarian options on the very limited menu. It came out medium well, and the shiatsu peppers were RAW! You'd think with all the yelling Gordon does on TV about standards that the staff could get something as basic as a steak and some roasted peppers right. My family's food came out good but they preferred the steak and wine reduction I make at home. Overall after wanting to go here for years and finally getting in last week I really don't think the food was at the level of the prices they ask and it's definitely not Michelin star worthy. The lack of sides of veggies was also disappointing, a few spinach leaves and some undercooked peppers was all that came out with the steaks.
Hell’s Kitchen Tahoe was great
The food was amazing. My husband got the beef Wellington which was pretty small but the flavor was amazing. I got the filet mignon which was amazing. It didn’t come with anything else so ordered side of potatoes which were not fully cooked. We got a side of Mac and cheese which was lovely. Very pricey but it was a great meal. I’d go back. Don’t expect it to be HK in LA or Vegas. It’s much smaller. Service was excellent!
My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here.
He is a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay! One of our bucket list! I just wasn't expecting that it will be inside the casino. I did not like the fact that when I walked in inside it smelled like cigarettes. Oh well got over it. We tried two appetizers Waygu Meatballs, Pan Seared scallops and Shrimp Cocktail (I think) I was savoring every piece I had and really enjoyed it. I can't explain how happy I was. A big recommendation. Food came out too long but I had patience within me. LOL We picked two Prix Fixe Signature Beef Wellington of course. Omg I would want one now. It is perfectly cooked it melted in my mouth just how it should be. I can't wait to have some more. Everyone there was so friendly, We also had a great time with our server took time to helped me out with my cocktails. Thank you we will definitely come back here!
I feel like this restaurant is all hype.
I did enjoy the lobster dish with the risotto along with the scallops dish. The dry aged steak dish wasn't all that nor was the beef Wellington that people kept telling me to try.

We had another fabulous meal here tonight to celebrate my partner's birthday. As always, the food was delicious, the service was stellar (TYSM Patty), and the atmosphere just can't be beat. We shared the scallops, my partner had the NY strip with beautiful oyster mushrooms, I had the beef Wellington (as a mostly vegetarian, I had to go big or go home), and we had pint sized birthday sticky toffee pudding. Everything was melt-in-your-mouth delicious! If you're looking for a special night out, we highly recommend HK at Stateline.
The food was amazing, hands down the wife, and I been
The food was amazing, hands down the wife, and I been waiting to go 4 ever, so I surprised her made the reservation, and man, oh man, food was on point. It's super small for some reason. I thought it would be big like in the show. Services were above and beyond. the only reason I gave 4 stars was that it was very, very expensive
Food - 5 stars.
Price - expensive, as expected for a destination restaurant in a great destination, steps from Heavenly Village in South Lake Tahoe. We could not pass up the 3 course Prix Fixe option - scallops for appetizer, beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding. The sea scallops were cut in half at the equator and perfectly seared, served over a butternut squash purée (right amount, not too much) with a small micro green salad. The Wellington was a perfect medium rare - individual portions not sliced off of a long tenderloin. If you weren't full after that the sticky toffee pudding was quite large - and a likely winner with the younger person who may really need a bit more and love this dessert. One star off for beverages that arrived AFTER appetizers. Two of us had the wine flight and there were 3 cocktails. One wine drinker had a cocktail. The cocktails should have come out before the appetizer - with the first champagne served at the same time. The person with the cocktail and the champagne should have gotten the cocktail first and then the champagne. That was the worst service moment. Liquids from the right, solids from the left, please! The prix fixe menu was sooooo easy-the expectations for the servers were not in alignment with the menu, the ambiance, or the price. Our lead server did a fine job with holding dessert for a couple of minutes so the ice cream didn't melt. It is likely that another table was a hair faster than us and got what was originally intended for us. Except for the bar/dining room botch, the pace is service was fine. Our reservation was for a Tuesday in a ski town - they did not turn the table after us. Skiers go to bed early. Glad we had this dinner at Tahoe instead of the Foxwoods casino near where we live.
Excellent service.
PAPPY 12 FOR 65?!?!?!? Oysters paired well. And the meatballs were on point. Wes was our bar tender. Knowledgeable and attentive. Definitely repeating with this spot.
Always enjoy Hell's
Nice clean place... host very nice.... Waiter really knows the menu. Everything was so yummy... the kitchen looks great
Cozier than other HKs, but not disappointing
We've dined at several other locations of this restaurant and have always enjoyed it. The Tahoe location is one of the smaller ones, but that means it was also less noisy than others have been. The cocktail list is also a bit shorter here. We tried the roasted cauliflower and found it oversauced, but our bass and filet were very good, as always. We'll dine at HK again, but wouldn't mind seeing some new menu items.
Delicious! Loud!
The food was excellent, not ridiculously expensive ($30-80 entrees), and the service was professional. Hated the atmosphere. It's loud. Really LOUD! MUCH TOO LOUD for a fine dining experience, so much so that it detracted from the evening. The casino is also dated and run down, which adds nothing to the experience. As for the meals, the braised short rib was fork tender, the toffee butterscotch dessert was a total mouthgasm. The food lives up to the hype. The rest, not so much.
All HYPE…
You’re paying for a name. I love GR…but the experience at Lake Tahoe was average at best…and I’m being generous. Took 20 min to have our order taken. Water refills were grossly delayed. I would’ve ordered wine but wow ($$$$$$). I definitely expect an up charge for alcohol and I have zero problems paying for quality. But good grief…$25/glass? Come on. Other reviews reported the service was top notch. Tonight…well…not so much. It was hum drum. Oh…prepare to not be able to have a conversation…mercy it was LOUD. Save your money and skip this location. You won’t regret missing the meal.
Worth it
Lobster risotto is the best. Great experience wonderful service. I can’t wait until Wolf opens up. We love Harvey’s hotel and Harrahs gambling. Summer or winter it’s like our second Tahoe home.
Worth The Experience
This was a fantastic experience. I chose to come here because I was really curious about the food. I really wanted to know if it was going to be good/edible. The food was great, service was quick, ambiance just like the show. I had the Mac and cheese amazing. Lobster risotto- this is probably the best risotto I have ever had. My husband’s scallops and Wellington were just lovely. The dessert…the highlight. Yes I will be going to the other locations. It is worth the experience. There are still things in the menu for me to try.
tourist trap. save your money
tourist trap we were all cited for a special night out. I will say the food was great. but the price paid meant it should have been. every thing else was sad. ugly cramped room. rude hurried non- greeting. disheveled busy server. cattle chute approach. clientele in hoodies and jeans. noisy. impersonal. it was ugh. im treated better at applebees. the casino is cheesy and there is zero ambience.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.

Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ

Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
