This was at one time my go to for pizza, grinders etc.
however tonight this changed. After placing an order for delivery the wait began. After an hour I requested an update, to which I was told "it's no longer on my screen so it must be out for delivery" (0.9 miles away). Well I got ready for delivery and dinner, now impressively hungry. After about 15 minutes we called for an update and was told it just left 2 minutes ago. Fast forward another 15 minutes call 3 was placed, thinking perhaps he couldn't find us for some reason. The manager spoke with me to explain, I have the wrong address and the pizza is at (insert wrong address here). I explained that was not correct and the address on my emailed receipt is where we are. He argued with me about the correct address, as though I was unaware of my current location. He then told me "you're not my only customer, you need to be patient". Argument ensued. 10 minutes later, now 1hr and 46 minutes after placing the order the pizza arrived, cold and abysmally constructed and the salad was missing. Needless to say I'm disappointed more in the owner than anything. Customer service sells more and retains more than anything. If the pizza was sub par it would have been one thing. But the argumentative owner and telling me I'm not his only customer and I need to be patient turned me off to his business, even if he was the best pizza in town, it's now a hard pass.
I love this place.
Friendly owners, great food, varied menu, and great value. Try the Italiano pizza, one of my favorites. The buffalo chicken is awesome as well. Meatballs are tasty as is just about everything I've tried. I will definitely be back to try more Menu items.
This place is out standing , food , pizza is delicious.
Chicken parm dinner was out of this world and made with real chicken not frozen store brought chicken. The pizza is a 10 prefect with out a doubt. Salad really fresh and tasty. Garlic knot are a must!

Yes unfortunately they are finding more and more ways to lock up sellers money. Sell thru rate, refund rate, limiting withdrawal amounts ler day and per month (which for me are the same number which makes no sense). Lot of sellers leaving as you can see from the lifetime sales not really increasing. Most posts on here are frustrated sellers which is not a recipe for success

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
No show reimbursement?
I am not sure if this isn't the case, but I was wondering if no show fees are reimbursed anymore? Support has read my request and proof for reimbursement, but I have yet to receive any substantial communication back nor a refund. Has anyone else had this problem?

Why is bidding higher for time between 5-11pm vs 6-7pm? Sometimes when I go to bid between specific hours it is like $20 and I don’t mind upping it but why does it start so much higher for the range? I don’t want a 10pm res.
