Oh my gosh.
It took us over 3 years to finally come... so sad we waited so long. So glad we finally went. If you're debating if it sounds too good to be any good... it IS good! I promise !! Go to Ginza!!!

We went there Thursday night 4-11-2024 for my daughters birthday. There was 7 of us and had the worse experience there. Service was horrendous. They weren't even busy. My family wanted to order more food but couldn't wait. We were there almost 2 hours. We had to tell our server that most of family left and to forget bringing out her birthday desert. Server never came back to refill our drinks, the orders were wrong. He was lucky that they put the top on the bill because he would've got a lot less Needless to say we will not be coming back.
Be the first to ReplyThe sushi is great ! Not too tight and not too loose.
The environment is kind of industrial feeling tho, so rather than feeling cozy and safe and when eating, you feel like you're in a dystopian world factory on a lunch break.

Service is horrible the waiter that was attending us stop serving our table and went to a different section and never said anything to me so I was here waiting for about 30mins until I reached out to other waiter and asked what was going on. That waiter was willing to help out and found out what the problem was. Said it was a miscommunication. But know one never told us so me and my son was just sat and waited. Last time will never come back. If you guys ever come here hope you get better service and manger never came to apologize.
Be the first to ReplySurprising quality for an all you can eat place.
And it's not a germy buffet... all courses are served!

My boyfriend and I come here a lot and have never had any complaints. Normally, I'm not the type of person to leave a bad review but the server we had ruined our experience. She was inattentive, slow, and careless. The next time you go to Ginza, ask for anyone BUT Ciera.

We were waiting 30 minutes to sit down and eat the All You Can Eat Dinner special. In the time of us coming in, giving out name for the wait list, and getting shown to our table, we spoke to about 3 different wait staff. When we were finally sat, our waiter told us that they are not doing the special due to too many people in the restaurant. 30 minutes waisted. Shouldn't have a sign outside showing the special if you aren't offering it inside.

To curb costs in our out-of-town AYCE sushi joint, you have to eat everything you order. "Everything" includes the rice balls that come with your nigiri. And if you don't, they charge you. From a business perspective, it makes good sense -- I mean cents -- so you don't bite off more than you can chew. (Puns intended.) They don't do that at Ginza, which is why we noticed tables cleared with so much waste. It adds to rising prices, passed on to the consumer. Lunch costs more than advertised, though still a deal at less than $20. Curiously, before ordering, you're asked what kind of sauce you want. I'm used to soy sauce -- already on the table -- wasabi and pickled ginger. "Beats me," I said. "Whatever you think." So she brought everything. The menu differentiates raw fish from cooked. I like that! Our tried-and-true strategy is to forego appetizers, salads, tempuras, hibachi and zero-in on the good stuff. Sushi. Once we've had our fill of fish, if there's room in our bellies we explore the menu. Without detailing our order -- see my photos -- I'll recommend their white tuna nigiri. It's as light and delicate as we hoped it would be. All the fish was good, and everything appeared fresh. The menu lists rolls, some pretty innovative, I'd never seen before. I think their ordering process could be streamlined by providing checklists to indicate what you'd like. Nonetheless, with a couple of minor mistakes, our server got it right, and lunch today was a good experience.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible.
Ate here twice and same issues each time. Waiting over an hour and we didn't get food. Had to reorder 3-4 times and it still didn't come out. They raised the prices for what? Not their service. Don't eat here. The rice is dry. The tempura is poorly made and the sushi tastes terrible.
Be the first to ReplyFood was horribly cheap tasting.
$30?!!!! For subpar all you can eat? Terrible. How does this place get higher than 3 star reviews?
Be the first to ReplyPlace was excellent and our server Paul was superb.
The experience and ambiance overall was 15/10. Food was perfect. Every dish left you wanting more.
Be the first to ReplyLet me start off by saying that our server Aaron was great.
He did his best and we had no issues with him at all but I will say their customer service skills everywhere else needs to be worked on. Walked in at 7:45, there were four people at the hostess station. NOT ONE looked up and greeted us. The Spanish dude with the jerry curls was the one who spoke but did not look up and talk to us. Spoke into stand and the other two people I was with didn't even realize he was talking to us. He just said how many. Secondly, we sat in a table near the bar. By the way the old white male bartender was speaking I would assume he drinks on the job as he literally said something so derogatory towards one of the men sitting at the bar I was ready to get up and leave then. We ordered hibachi steak and teriyaki chicken. All three of the orders of the meat were barely warm. The veggies were hot. The meat was not. I did let server know and he said I can get you some more and we declined just wanted him to be informed. We also ordered few rolls, one came out wrong, the other was okay the Ginza Roll was very good. It was literally the only thing good besides the edamame. We ordered fried cheesecake at the end. It took over 20 mins to get to the table. We had already paid and been sitting and waiting for over ten minutes. There were only a few tables left in the whole restaurant. While we're were waiting a black dude came up and said "can you give me that soy sauce" I looked at him at said "can you give me that soy sauce please" he rolled his eyes and walked away. We most definitely will not be back.

Be the first to ReplyThe food here is amazing.
Sushi is always fresh good the service lacks a little bit. Sometimes it takes forever for it to come out the manager, super nice every time doesn't go your way you always try to accommodate with you to make sure that you come back happy

A fun memory! We did the all you can eat option, it was a lot of food. Most of the food was really good, tasty, and lots of options, even for the lunch menu! I was not totally impressed with the extra sauces they brought to the table, they seemed kind of cheap, but the sauce that came with each dish itself was good. (Also not sure where exactly they get their seafood or if it is sustainably caught). It took a while for the first round to come out, but we had a big group so it was understandable. Overall a good time. Will remember this meal for sure! *also, heads up, they automatically add a gratuity to the bill for all you can eat lunch!
Be the first to ReplyThey've made a lot of positive changes to this place.
It's a great price and the food is good. I order the same thing every time and I'm typically in a rush . The past three times that I have been, they've gotten me my usual order really quickly. Also, the staff has been great.

So many people judge this place but I came today with my beautiful wife and had a great time, the food was amazing good , all you can eat sushi for $28.99 is the price which I think it's not bad. I Recommend you try it yourself, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Be the first to ReplyGinza offers Ayce sushi and hibachi.
The food is delicious and fresh. The restaurant gets extremely busy so expect to wait to be sat. Some of our items we ordered we did not receive but it's AYCE so it wasn't a big concern because we left full and would go back. Sashimi is included in the AYCE price (28$)! The favorite dish was the curry mussels. The chicken teriyaki was not exceptional. Their menu could use an update to remove items no longer available. Adding squid to the AYCE menu would be amazing.

Ever wonder what your final meal in Limbo prior to you entering the firey gates of hell would be ? Stop on by GinZa to cure your curiosity. Every dish I ordered made me want to get tested for herpes. The staff is very kind. I would not go back unless I was like in a wrestling competition and had to drop pounds by vomiting to fight some skinny wristed sissy.
Be the first to Reply$27.95 for all you can eat (dinner) - you can also order
$27.95 for all you can eat (dinner) - you can also order from the regular menu and not do AYCE. It's not the best but it's very good. The roll selection is decent. They have lot is cooked and raw rolls. Something for everyone. The dinner menu includes sushi and sashimi. They have all your kitchen and sushi bar appetizers like gyoza, harumaki, and tuna tataki. They have soups, salads, and desserts. During this last visit I ordered.... Shumai, miso soup, snow crab salad, squid salad, some sashimi, hibachi, and teriyaki. The soup was disappointing because it was lukewarm. The shumai was great. Their snow crab salad is a spicy kani salad without the spicy. I order it and add spicy mayo on top because their spicy kani salad is too spicy to my taste. Their sashimi (sake, saba, and hamachi) was pretty fresh today, I have had not so fresh fish here before, but today was good. I had some teriyaki vegetables and steak hibachi. The hibachi is way over cooked. I am not sure if you can ask them to make it medium or rare. Oh, water snobs... you'll hate the water, order a drink instead. The speed of service and food was good today. Usually it takes a while for food to come out and you have to flag down your waitress. So order everything all at once. Now this might be a new policy..... we had a party of 12 people for Sunday night and when my friend called to make a reservation, they asked her to put down a deposit. They do not take card over the phone for that. You have to go in and put down cash, they give you the cash back when you pay. The overall cleanliness of this restaurant was okay. I didn't use the bathroom this time because it's always gross. Lol. The floor in the waiting area was sticky and so was some of the menus. The noisy atmosphere is great for large parties; not for romantic dates.
Be the first to ReplyWe've been here a few times and usually it's great.
Good food for an amazing price and friendly service. However, this last weekend we felt like we were in a completely different restaurant. Checking in at the host stand they were cold and not very welcoming. Food was okay but the music was so loud that we couldn't even have a conversation. Fine for dinner/evening but lunch service? We had family in from out of town and we all had headaches when we left. Our server didn't seem to care and almost seemed like he was avoiding eye contact to come back and take more orders. We were there for over 2 hours and only ordered 2 things because we got sick of waiting for our server. I wish I knew his name but he never even introduced himself. We will probably be back hoping it's a fluke but if it's the same experience, it will be our last visit.
Be the first to ReplyVery popular place.
Very big/roomy inside. Service was okay, but the food was very good. The problem with the process is that your first couple orders come out fairly quickly but the service tends to slow down after. I get it... they want you to start to fill up.The other thing is that they are a little pricey. Definitely a place to try.

Ehh. I had high expectations for the sushi buffet. Sad to say, I wasn't satisfied. I did visit on a holiday (St. Patricks) so that MAY have contributed to the poor quality food. The food did take forever, but looked rushed and not well prepared. (Rolls fell apart without touching them) Portions were small, and very Bland to say the least. My server was OK, for what that's worth. It'll be awhile before I visit here again, my sister seems to love it.
