We had a fun birthday celebration at Fujiyama.
The service was friendly and the food was delicious!
Food and service were very good and attentive.
My only downside was the yum yum sauce which is not something I'm accustomed to. I'd prefer the separate mustard and ginger sauces. But overall everything else was great!!

My fiance and I are regular customers of this place, and we have never been disappointed. The food is absolutely delicious, and the hibachi show is an added bonus that we always look forward to. We always order filet mignon, and it is always cooked to perfection, along with the rice and noodles that come with it. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we never have to worry about a thing when we're there. We love this Fujiyama's location and will definitely keep coming back for more!

Had a server spill sauce all over me on my birthday and ruin my outfit and they didn't even offer a discount or free desert to compensate. Also confused a cucumber for a zucchini and gave me fried cucumber in my tempura. Idk if my luck is just horrible with this place or they just don't care

This was our first time here.
The restaurant was crowded and seemed slightly messy. The 4 of us ate at a hibachi table. The chef was entertaining and the food was good. The starting soup and salad were typical Japanese hibachi restaurants. There was an abundance of food with our choices of filet and lobster. I found the lobster slightly overcooked and tough. They asked about drinks once and never inquired again.

Gross health violations
Me and my girlfriend just attempted to eat here. We were served our appetizer (edamame) and the bowl had used rice and remains of something else on the sides of it from improperly being washed. The butter dish has stickers in mint condition all over it which is concerning because I’d assume stickers would peel away in a dishwasher. As the food is done being served my girlfriend says to me they forgot my vegetables but it’s not a big deal. I said do you want me to say anything she says no it’s fine. At that same exact time the hibachi chef says “did I forget your vegetables—I’m sorry”. He then proceeds to scoop off some vegetables from another customers plate who was between the ages of 7 to 12 years old that has been picking his nose and eating with his fingers. He then proceeds to put them on my girlfriends plate. This is the most disturbing, unprofessional and unsanitary act I have seen in a restaurant. I went to the front and told the manager. It was clear we did not want a free meal, because my girlfriend had not touched a single thing on her plate. I said I am willing to still pay for my part of the food, but I’m not going to be paying for hers. They removed her portion of the meal from the bill and I proceeded to tip 20%. This is one of the most disturbing things that I could ever think of and I will be contacting the health department. The food is not bad here, so I really hate that we’re going to refrain from eating here again, but I would much rather that than have cross contamination of food with the risk of getting sick. This is unacceptable.
Surprisingly good tempura and teriyaki.
Stopped by for early dinner, sat in restaurant section as opposed to shared stove table section. Had tempura shrimp and teriyaki chicken, both were excellent. Good service, also very friendly. Overall, above average experience.

Monday, July 24th, 2023 for 4pp 5:45pm $102.00 with tip Massive parking lot, no wait, sat in the back at the regular tables, we ordered a few appetizers as meals.....tuna tataki and shrimp tempura , a chicken hibachi, shrimp fried rice and Angel roll Everything was delicious Chicken hibachi was massive 2-3 people could eat it Service was average Overall vibes were ok It’s worth a try

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Idk if this is related to the unsold listing % rule but I have listed 6 reservations and sold 5 of them and my unsold listing percentage is ~45%. For some reason the unsold listings have not been converted into sold ones. Does this happen only after the payment is released following the booking or is it an issue that needs to be addressed?

Forget trying to snipe reservations online by waking up early and booking top restaurants at Carbone or Tatiana or Cote or 4Charles. After 2.5 months of booking reservations by setting up alarms, waking up early to sell appointments. It’s very hard to cash out on this app. During cash out, you have to pay $5 fee +3% transactions fee and max payout per day is $150.
Advice to new users:
- do not mass book reservations
- fill bids only
- don’t try to book reservations online, you need connections and call the restaurant
After putting in about 40 hours of work, I’ve made about $750 sale on this platform but gotten paid $0. Take this with a grain of salt.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.
