Best focaccia bread I've ever had! Pasta was fresh and delicious and worth the money. Tables are super tight so you might be running into some people, but overall good atmosphere.

Everything was super fresh and the food literally looked like a piece of ART! Their bartenders were super attentive. The servers were extremely knowledgeable and just overall nice ppl. I will recommend this place over and OVER again!
Be the first to ReplyFood was great!! Octopus was amazing.
The Italian wine that our server recommended was great!! Small place so need to make reservations.

Ever Andalo does it again! I was looking for some place delicious and special to celebrate a 40th birthday and I couldn't think of another place that I wanted her to experience. The reservation process was smooth and Harry was a gem and secured a table in the back corner, which was perfect for our small party of 3. I continue to have nothing but great things to say about this place. This time around I decided on the Apis Regina for my mocktail of choice. We shared the burrata which is never a let down and the kale crumb salad, which was a first for me, but won't be a last. For my entree I decided on the sunny cavatelli, which was the perfect size. The sun dried tomato sauce was delicious and the crunch from the broccolini was the perfect compliment to the softness of the cavatelli. And let's not forget about dessert. Probably my favorite part of any meal. My previous trips I have never saved room for dessert, but being it was a birthday, cake was essential. Let's just say I have dreams about the orange olive oil cake since having it. It was sweet with just the right amount of citrus. It was a bit more dense than I was imagining, but I did not mind. If you are looking for ambiance along with good service and delicious food, add Ever Andalo to your list!

The food is exceptionally good and the portions are great - not overly huge, but enough to fill you up. We sat at the bar and the service was fantastic. We definitely loved the vibe.
Be the first to ReplyThe food is so good here and definitely worth the hype.
I like how they have decorated the place to have a modern feel to it & the music selection was really good. I'm from up north and it's been a struggle to find really good Italian food and so far this has been my favorite.

One of my favorite restaurants in CLT! We got the Sunny Cavatelli and the Chicken Piccata. Waitress was so nice and knowledgeable. 10/10!!
Be the first to ReplyYes you must try! Everything we tried was amazing.
The artichokes blew me away and the snow mound of cheese added to our bread was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back. Great for girls night or date night.
Be the first to ReplyWow did this place live up to the hype.
Best Italian restaurant I've experienced in Charlotte. We had to make a small sacrifice to the culinary gods to get this reservation (meaning, book weeks in advance and pay a small fee) but it was worth it. I've already booked a return trip for next month after eating there just last night. We started with the Octopus, which was fantastic, perfectly cooked, and a generous portion just right for sharing among a group of four, and the Whole Fried Artichokes (which had me googling "how do you make fried artichokes" today). For entrees, the short rib was on-the-bone and a showstopper type dish - the best one of the evening; silver medal from me to the the Sunny Cavatelli which was simple but absolutely delicious; the Branzino was flaky and perfect; and the Chicken Piccata was excellent (although it comes in at 4th place on this list of entrees for me - the other three were just better, more interesting dishes). We added the Salt-Roasted Beets as a shareable side to our meal - highly recommended. Service was attentive and friendly. We will back! (In about 5 weeks!)

This review is only based on drinks! If you are looking for a mock tail this place has a few yummy options! We also got the spicy margarita, and it was okay. Not spicy until after you finish the drink, and it didn't seem like the drink had been properly shaken. Overall the cocktails are expensive and you can find better ones for the price.

Love this place!! We always order the Buratta and the Parpedelle. Reservations are hard to come by!!
Be the first to ReplyHands down amazing.
I spent three weeks in Italy this past summer and somehow this little place in Noda manages to outdo Italy. The ambiance is sophisticated yet comfortable, the service friendly yet professional, and the cocktails and food are homey and satisfying yet elevated and memorable. The Negroni is fantastic and the olive oil flight is a fun experiential touch. We shared several pastas, Branzino, broccolini, and two desserts and each dish was special in some way. I can't wait to return!

This place has easily become on of my favorite spots in Charlotte! The food is delicious and always fresh. The focaccia bread is to die for, crisp on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. The spaghettini alla nerano is one of the best pastas I've ever had. I love that it's kind of a small place which makes it super cozy on the inside. Both times I have been here, the service has been exceptional. They have given great recommendations and I have not been disappointed. This place is a must try in the Queen's City!
Be the first to Reply1st timers: cozy but a bit noisy.
Food was amazing. Best Cavatelli pasta ever!! From drinks to appetizers to main to desert to service outstanding.
Be the first to Reply2nd time for dinner.
Busy as always and we are interested to dine at the bar area. We were told by the not so impressive door girls to stand behind the seated guests and to grab the seats as soon as they leave. We didn't feel appropriate to be intrusive to other existing guests! The bar staff (Kathryn and her colleague) are excellent and we are grateful for their high quality service. The menu is interesting but why is dairy in almost all the dishes??? Any consideration for people who are lactose intolerant or unable to consume cheese?
Be the first to ReplyExcellent meal, service, drinks and ambiance.
Will go back again and again. The reservations fill up quickly so be cognizant that you have to get in early in order to get a res. The bar seating is great, though.

Came here without a reservation but would highly recommend making one as we sat at the bar! The restaurant is pretty small. We got the lamb chops which were really good but small and the cavatelli which was undercooked unfortunately. Staff was friendly.

3.5/5 Beautiful environment and great service! Food came out fast too. The fried artichoke was a unique appetizer but I probably wouldn't get it again just because the flavor wasn't memorable (mostly lemony). I do highly recommend the focaccia, however if you opt for the ricotta cheese (which is delicious) it might be more worth to get a different appetizer since the bread and cheese is ~$16. Pasta was good. I got the sausage based one and my boyfriend got the spicy meat sauce. I prefer the spicy version because of the thinner noodles. My pasta was a bit doughy. Overall, the restaurant is super cute and the quality of food was great. I would see myself going again and trying other dishes.

I am reviewing for the 2nd time, as I recently had the pleasure of FINALLY dining in. The experience of Ever Andalo is simply incomparable and in a league of its very own. They have absolutely figured out how to bring a sense of family & warmth to elegant fine dining. I can now say with confidence that this is my favorite Italian restaurant of all time, anywhere. Nope, I'm not limiting this to Charlotte or the Carolinas - literally anywhere I've been. On my actual birthday, we ordered takeout here. This past Saturday, my husband took me out to officially celebrate. SERVICE - beyond phenomenal. Each and every person we encountered was so kind and so attentive. THE KITCHEN - please, please, please send my compliments! Words that escaped our mouths in between bites were "blown away," "absolutely amazing," "the best I've ever had," alongside your standard "mmmm" and the approving slow headnod with closed eyes. OUR CHOICES - Octopus - I knew if I ordered this, I'd be eating it alone. My husband has a shellfish allergy, which has made him very paranoid over other creatures of the sea. I've also never had octopus that wasn't hiding the fact that it was an octopus. I went bold and ordered it, knowing it would be a regret of mine had I not. THIS WAS MY FAVORITE THING!!! I kid you not - I've thought about this dish a couple of times a day ever since. Wow! We had the chef's special - black garlic mozzarella with grilled focaccia. It was very delicious and certainly something I'd like to see on the menu again and again! SUNNY CAVATELLI - Wowza (I'm running out of descriptions here, folks...at this point we're backing into onomatopoeia territory) CHICKEN PICCATA - MMMMMMMM TIRAMISU TRIFLE - AHHHHHHHHH I could hear couples and groups at neighboring tables ooohhhing and ahhhing themselves. I just know every single person that night was in the same blissful state. It was an absolute experience to be had! Thank you to everyone from front to back of house. You made it the most special night, and we will absolutely be coming back!

I've been back 4 times and I promise it keeps getting better. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food. Every couple we brought made reservations before dinner was over.

Intimate, delicious, and hospitable: Ever Andalo was a special place to celebrate our friend's birthday last night. Reservations (with a credit card) went perfectly and our service was fantastic. It's in the heart of NoDa so street parking is the name of the game. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. Here's what we tried:*martini (traditional and espresso)*spicy margarita*Soave Classico*burrata *fennel arugula salad*branzino crudo *calabrian chili papardelle*mushroom tortelloni*orange olive oil cake Did I miss anything? hmmm...Oh yes, a contorni of the eggplant rollatini.AND THE CHEESE CLOUD. $3 of heaven. See pics. The meal was perfectly coursed by our patient server who let us linger in true Italian style to enjoy each dish. The favorites were easy to agree on: the Burrata, the crudo, and the papardelle. I would order all three again! The not to repeats were the cocktails (sadly, they were boring compared to Supperland of the same restaurant group), the eggplant rollatini which was also just average, and the mushroom tortelloni.Pricey, but well done, Ever Andalo is a nice spot for a special night out and a welcome addition to the struggling Italian food scene in the QC. Can't say it's on my "you've got to try this place" list but I enjoyed it. Fwiw, my "you've got to try this place " Italian in the QC is Stagioni Four Seasons of Food. Thanks, Ever Andalo, for great hospitality and that house made papardelle. ;)

Homemade pastas and cheeses will make your stomach happily EVER after. What we ordered:- burrata with homemade marmalade- mushroom tortelloni- Calabrian chili pappardelle- orange olive oil cake We ate every bite of every dish. Be the first to ReplyWe loved our pasta dishes and the ricotta appetizer.
The service was great and the wine was delicious. They were out of a few items, we were there super late, but that gives us another reason to visit!
