Incredible Dining Experience
Perfect nautical vibes and the best food we have had in Fort Lauderdale. If I could give a higher rating I would. Service impeccable, flavors amazing, and every dish we had was perfect. Recommend: Labneh, Octopus, and Salmon

Very nice ambience both inside and on the terrace, in the front area you even have a view of the sea. Excellent menu selection, and the kitchen was prepared to make adjustments to almost all menus on request. Even with complicated allergies, there was no "it's not possible", but rather they tried successfully and with great friendliness to find solutions. Very good advice at the table from Daniel, but all the other staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating. Top quality of all the dishes.

Had multiple, quality meals while at the property. The service was impeccable the food varieties were expansive with quality potions and balanced seasoning. The menus from the humus, to falafel and skewers were fabulous. The Turkish cofee and desserts were phenomenal. The staff took the time to casually talk and chat with each the dining patrons creating a more personalized dining experience

Be the first to ReplyWonderful food and service with an interesting wine list
The food here is wonderful. It is a mix of Middle Eastern, French and Italian. The Mezze appetizer is a sampling of their humus. The red pepper and the truffle humus are wonderful. The accompanying bread was fresh and just baked when it arrived. We shared the short rib entree which is designed for two. Fabulous! The wait staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and the service superb. The wine list is quite interesting with some unique wines from the Middle East. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Impressive in every way. A great selection of Mediterranean food and wine perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. We can’t wait to go back. Many thanks to Romerio who guided us through a delightful evening explaining the menu, making suggestions, pacing the service, and making us feel so welcome. Our favorites were the beef skewers and the grilled octopus…both dishes perfectly done at the correct temperature and texture. For desserts, the fruit pavlova and the chocolate selection were works of art. While the prices are on the high side, we felt it was an excellent value for the outstanding food quality attention to detail, and the superb service. The portions were fairly generous. The eggplant dip with pita bread was enough for 3-4 people as a starter. And the pita bread was super. The wine list had excellent choices in reasonable price ranges. Many thanks to the dining room team for your very gracious service. My admiration to the talented kitchen staff which presented magic on a plate.

The view is spectacular. The kale Caesar is delicious. The lobster roll was scrumptious. The service is top notch. I highly recommend lunch here.
Be the first to ReplyGood food in the Four Seasons
Very good food at the restaurant in The Four Seasons. The inside of the restaurant is very dark but overlooks the pool which is quite pretty. The food is Mediterranean/Middle Eastern and it was all very good. Our family shared several small plates including the hummus, tabuleh, lentils and salads. It is pricey but it was all delicious and the service is impeccable. The restaurant got very crowded and it was loud, but not so loud that you couldn’t hear each other. The only “con” is that the restaurant is on the 3rd floor of the hotel and a bit out of the way. The lobby at this Four Seasons appears small, (it may just be the floor plan), but there was a lot going on when we arrived and we just walked into the middle of people checking in, people waiting for valet, etc. There are several Four Seasons staff members there to greet guests but the interactions seemed forced. Our initial impression was the whole place was a bit odd, but the food at Evelyn’s was good and the service was great. Not sure we would return but glad we went.
Be the first to ReplyMediterranean Glamour meets South Florida Vibe: truly a Gem.
Last week I enjoyed several meals at EVELYN ’s and as always it was perfect; the ambience is refined yet very casual and friendly and the food is exceptionally fresh and tasty. The menu is focused on Mediterranean cuisine and the views are fantastic as the restaurant faces the pool of the Four Seasons Hotel with views of the ocean. But the best part is the extremely professional and warm service by the whole team and in particular Marisol and Karina. I had the pleasure of meeting Marlon Rojas who oversees Food & Beverage for this resort and it’s clear that these people are obsessed with delighting guests. On every occasion that I’ve visited they’ve made us feel as valued customers. Tips on the Menu: Obviously it’s a matter of personal preferences but for a light starter I’d suggest the Truffle Hummus which is a super tasty variation which includes black truffles. Another great option is the Smoked Octopus and it’s guaranteed to surprise everyone at the table as the way they serve it is quite a spectacle!!!! For main course we’ve always ordered fish (either salmon or swordfish and they’re always fresh. For dessert the dark chocolate pave is quite simply decadent and very different to what you’d find in other restaurants as here they use some spices and middle eastern ingredients. Congrats to all the team led by Jack and again a special kudos to Marisol, she is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
Be the first to ReplyGreat disappointment
Breakfast was a great disappointment. Below average food and dire service. The omelettes were amorphous and tasteless despite the high price. Service was way below Four Seasons standard. Very slow to begin with, the table wasn’t cleared and we were ignored when trying to get the check. The amazing view could not compensate for this awful experience.

Perfect presentation, food and service!Everyone was so kind and highly educated, but I would like to appoint Marisol as the one who stand out

Evelyne’s restaurant is a happening place. They have the usual upscale food with added twists and flavors by the chef. We enjoyed. Caviar. Fish. Salad. Risoto. All excellent. Perfect martinis as well

This restaurant should be way higher up in the list of restaurants in Ft. Lauderdale but I'm guessing its not just because it does not have a lot of reviews. We were staying nearby and we couldn't get in for dinner until 9pm--so worth the wait. The mushroom truffle hummus with fresh pita is alone worth the visit. Just about everything we had was delicious falafel, the batata harra potatoes and the zatar kale Caesar. The octopus had good flavor but was a but chewy. We went back for lunch on the last day of our trip just to get the mushroom truffle hummus and the potatoes. We really didn't have enough time to eat and make our flight but we decided it was so worth it. (We made it just as they were boarding the plane)

We stayed next door at the W but stopped in here twice and had drinks at the bar. Very good overall with excellent service. The hummus plate with bagel is amazing. I’d recommend it if you’re in the area.

We went for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Beautiful place, fantastic friendly service from our server Vanessa but most of all awesome food. Creative plates. Pumpkin soup served in a pumpkin! Delicious take on Labneh which I’ve had many times before. Overall highly recommend. Especially for a relaxing afternoon lunch!

You are in for a culinary delight here. The chef and staff surpassed all of our expectations. I have no doubt this talented team will have a Michelin star soon. As authentic as you can get west of the Middle East. I highly recommend everything but the shawarma, Branzino, truffle hummus are what we ordered and were blown away. Bravo Chef and GM Jack for an extraordinary experience.

Excellent food. Really like this place which is in the Four Seasons. Has a Lebanese slant to the food. The warm pitta bread was incredible. Try the tomato and pepper meze which was tasty. They offered us 2 glasses of fizzy for our anniversary celebration. Really great experience.

Perfection. The menu is creative, thoughtful, exciting and delicious. You can taste the love for cuisine that Chef Brandon and his team produce in every dish. The truffle hummus, wagyu beef skewers and tropical fruit pavlova are incredible. The service and ambiance are impeccable, with an oceanfront view that can't be beat. Unforgettable experience from start to finish. Simply amazing!

This place is just taking it to the next level!! Evelyn’s menu is about discovery the diverse and complex flavor compositions of the eastern Mediterranean region. Their dishes are familiar in ethnic origin and ingredient-forward, creating distinct and colourful profiles that blend harmoniously. First we started with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand (Craggy Range) which the peach and summery aromas just blend in perfectly with what we have in mind for our starters; then we continue with yellowfin tuna “nayeh” and also the Wagyu beef kibbeh. We also have the jamón and the tabbouleh, both of them were very tastefully harmonious. At the end our waitress Jane bought for us two desserts: CARDAMOM DONUTS & GOATS MILK PANNA COTTA to close our evening… everything was just perfect from the moment we walked in until the very end. Def recommend this restaurant if you are visiting town or you’re local… I will def repeat this restaurant again.
Be the first to ReplyThis Should Be Michelin-Designated. It’s That Good
When you think of a restaurant in a hotel, you immediately wonder about the quality of the food, service and expectations of the experience. However, when you dine at a Four Seasons restaurant, that assumption is dismissed. Evelyn’s is an eclectic mix of Mediterranean cuisine built on a menu that is as diverse as the United Nations. Head Chef Brandon Salomon has taken the helm of this new restaurant and created a vibe that transcends the palate to levels of Michelin star quality. Every detail and execution is simply perfection. We started off with drinks and dove right into the menu. JERUSALEM BAGEL with Urfa-Thing Seasoning, STONE-FIRED PITA with Extra Virgin Olive Oil (GF Option Available). The bagel and pita made in-house and cooked to perfection. This was paired with the GRAND MEZZE - Smoked Eggplant, Charred Red Pepper, Classic Hummus, House-Pickled Vegetables. TIP - ask for shaved truffles and oil on the hummus for an over-the-top experience. For our meal, we selected a variety of small plates to share around the table. YELLOWFIN TUNA “NAYEH” - Puffed Bulgur, Pickled Vegetables, Harpke Farm Gem Lettuce, OLIVE WOOD-SMOKED OCTOPUS - Vadouvan Carrot Purée, Carrot Crumble, Preserved Lemon, and the WAGYU BEEF KIBBEH - Key Lime Tzatziki. Next up was Wood-Smoked Skewers. AUSTRALIAN WAGYU BEEF - Date Barbecue, Red Chili Shug, and the CHERMOULA VEGETABLES - Halloumi, Preserved Lemon Gremolata And we ending the extravaganza with desserts. DARK CHOCOLATE PAVE - Halva, Black Sesame Ganache, Tahini Shortbread, Grey Sea Salt, Almonds, TROPICAL FRUIT PAVLOVA - Passion Fruit-Banana Cremeux, Guava Citrus Sorbet, Mango, and the CARDAMOM DONUTS - Rose Syrup, Vanilla Diplomat. The pictures are worth a thousand words… Evelyn’s is truly a dining experience and highly recommended.
