Enjoyable and not businessy business dinner
Dined with a colleague, and pleased with choice of restaurant. Not easy in this area to find something realistically priced. Fairly limited menu, but well enough. Pasta dish was excellent, and the salad. Wines by the glass, small but again, a reasonable choice. Efficient but nice service. As the restaurant is small, had some concerns about Covid, but our table was well away from others, and everyone abided by the rules re mask wearing.
Be the first to ReplyGood to be back but this little gem has not quite reached its pre-pandemic heights yet
This has been a hidden gem for family suppers for several years with brothers, Nick and Simon, always providing a warm welcome and great food. However the on/off restrictions imposed by the CV-19 virus has clearly had an impact since March 2020 and being in the City, future trade prospects are hard to predict. As usual, we started with a fine bottle of Prosecco (£33.95) supported later by an Italian red Maremmante (£49.95). Starters of Buratta with Detterini tomatoes with a rich balsamic, fresh bread and dipping oil was sublime. The two small, black Pizzetta were also hot, crisp and delicious as was the aubergine stack, halibut and polpette but then either the food or our selctions went off track. Too much toasted bread, too many beans and too little meat characterised the next four dishes on to our table.. The overall bill for 4 with 15% gratuity was £281.21 - quite pricey for a Thursday night family supper but it would have been ok if the food was universally of a high standard. Let's hope their game improves for our next visit in early 2022

Really delicious Italian food
The Burrata is unbelievable as a sharing starter
The salmon pasta was glorious and the pizzetta was also lovely
Small and cosy and worth a visit
Definately coming back here, what a gem
We had the most amazing food at this little gem of a restaurant, the wine was fantastic, the staff friendly and helpful. We will definately be coming back here.

Amazing place and the staff were really friendly!!
A great little restaurant and also a very pleasant place for good italian cooking 🤩
Great place.
After having had a lovely meal at the Grapshots, minus dessert, my friend and I decided to have a mini food crawl and visit Enoteca Supper Tuscan for a cheese plate and more wine. We had had it recommended and we certainly weren't disappointed. We had the Antipasto di Formaggio for 2. Wonderful selection of 6 different tasty Italian cheeses, olives, salad leaves and small marinaded onions. It was a very generously loaded plate which we felt was good value at £12 each. Great Italian wine to accompany it. Despite turning up quite late in the evening they were very welcoming. The food being prepared in the kitchen smelt and looked great. We highly recommend a visit.

Amazing place a little gem of flavours. We went there with two friends and loved the food. Try the Bruschette Varie, Gamberi Fritti, Tortelloni ai Funghi, Tagliatelle al Ragu Patate al Forno but the absolute BEST was Fagioli alla Toscana a bean soup which is also made in Greece and which was absolutely delicious.
Was a bit pricey but you pay to get good quality so we enjoyed it!!
Thank you! Will be back!!
A great little restaurant
A great little restaurant tucked away near Spitalfields. Excellent food & attentive service. A superb Burrata to start followed by Salmon Ravioli.
Be the first to ReplyCosy, nice and experimental
With a seating capacity of about 25 persons, this Italian restaurant is a very pleasant place for good Italian cooking with a touch of some experimentation by the cook, which generally works fine. Good selection of wines, and overall very impressive and friendly.
