Fun place for brunch! I went here with my friends to grab some food before heading over to other places for our meet up. Walking into this place, it screams breakfast. It smells breakfast. Almost everything in here decor wise is just breakfast related. It gives the place a unique look honestly and I'm here for it. Our server was swift and prompt. We got sat down after waiting about 15 minutes and we were ready to order after browsing at the menu for a bit. I ordered the Eggstravaganza meal as a way to see how I'd like just regular breakfast. Can't go wrong with that! My food consisted of Two slices of French Toast, Two Eggs Scrambled, Ham, and Lyonnaise-Style Potatoes. I was surprised by the amount of food that came to the table. It was really a feast for the eyes. I also ordered coffee, but the only downside was the cup was a bit sticky.. I think I could have asked for another cup but I was craving my coffee fix that I just ended up drinking it. French Toast with Syrup? Absolutely great. If you like brioche bread, this will be a good option to get. Paired with the syrup makes it even sweeter. Everything else, pretty delicious. Eggs were scrambled to my liking, Ham wasn't overcooked, and the potatoes had a slight crunch to them. It was like a fry in a way but less bulky than a wedge. It was thin enough to have a good crisp. Would I come back here? Of course! It's my only breakfast place I can vouch for sure in the Chantilly area.

Went to the Chantilly location on Saturday morning with a friend and our 4 kids. We were seated quickly in a back space that was pretty chilly and required a space heater. The tables were all wobbly and uneven so it was hard with the littles. We didn't see a server for 25 minutes after asking for a waitress two times. The food was perfectly fine but service was really slow. We had to ask for refills, drinks were forgotten, it wasn't great. I think what was frustrating was that when we got the bill, the gratuity was already on the check because we were a big party...it was my friend and with our 4 kids. I wouldn't call 6 people a big party especially when the server was only talking to my friend and I. I won't be coming back.

Te food was good but it took way too long to get our food after ordering. It took close to 50 minutes. We ordered at 1115 and it was delivered to our table at 1205. They said it was due to another large party in the restaurant but we only had two dishes, an omelet and huevos rancheros.

This was my second time trying Eggspectation but the first time at this location. The inside is very homey and gives off kind of a tavern vibe. Our server was great and checked up on us regularly. Food was all pretty good except for the lox bagels. When it was brought out, they were sitting in a pool of oil. I initially thought it was a finishing oil but then I realized that they probably store their salmon in oil. It was so gross and we couldn't even finish one of them. It also smelled extremely bad, like it was a batch from a few weeks ago. Overall not a bad place but not sure I'm compelled to come back

My visit to Eggspectation in Chantilly, VA, on the first day of the new year was quite the experience. The ambiance immediately stood out as superior to places like IHOP, which I'm not a fan of. Despite a 20-minute wait at 11 am, the atmosphere was pleasant.The drink selection was a highlight, with the Grand Mimosa and Strawberry Mimosa being particularly enjoyable. For my entree, I chose the Huevos Rancheros, which were quite delicious.However, there were a few hiccups that dampened the experience. Firstly, they ran out of lemonade, and the smoothie machine was out of service, leaving my family with limited beverage options while I sipped on my mimosas. Then, to add to the drama, our waitress accidentally dropped a cup of maple syrup on my son's pants, which was a bit of a mess but also a humorous moment in hindsight.All in all, it was enough drama for a brunch at the start of the year. Despite the mishaps, the overall experience was good, making Eggspectation in Chantilly a noteworthy spot for a casual brunch.

This vegetarian dish made with peas and cream is very tasty, the portions are generous but they give 2 small roti breads which is so little and does not fulfill a kid. I also ordered an egg dish which I couldn't eat because I personally cannot eat if the smell of egg was so overpowering but that's not their mistake. Their masala tea is good

Excellent brunch place with a calm, spacious outdoor seating area. A little pricey but food comes out very well done. Mimosa flight (rack of many small mimosas) is a cool addition for sharing or trying multiple flavors. Omelet I got was very good. Even though they were short-staffed the food came out at a reasonable pace. Definitely my new favorite brunch place in the area

However...service quality, speed, and taste could be better. First ordered the crab dip. Probably the best out of all the other things we ordered. The dip was a little salty. Main entree food items were good, however not breathtaking (even the people I was with). I ordered the 'Smoked Salmon Benedict'. Tasted pretty salty, I ended up separating each and eating with a lot other water. Service was very slow, apparently there were only 3 servers for the entire restaurant that day. Tried to understand, even after being seated and not getting our water for almost 10-15min. Having our food ordered not only took a bit, but the server did not check in on us, did not refill waters, and we had to ask 2 people (other than the server) for the check. Honestly disappointed, when I walked in it seemed decent but it did not meet our eggspectation.

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
