Greatest buffet I've ever had by far! Everything was perfection from the StoneCrabs, shrimp, Tomahawk and skirt steaks to the homemade pastas and desserts. Can't recommend this brunch high enough! Service was great, plates cleared as soon as I got up for another round of food.
Be the first to ReplyHave not been to Edge in a while.
It used to be one of my favorite places for happy hour. Decided to go on a Sunday for an early dinner. Edge is located in the Four Seasons hotel on Brickell Ave. You must take the elevators to the 4th floor. The ambiance is very nice and it is upscale. The inside is very nice with a large bar just as you walk in. There is inside as well as outside seating. The staff are pleasant and work together to ensure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. It is pricey but everything in Brickell is. If you want something more upscale but they are not stuffy, this is the place to go.
Be the first to ReplyOver good not great expand the food was very good.
I felt like I was upsold on the avocado and didn't even finish it. The salad was very good and my daughter loved her burger. I will be back and highly recommended this restaurant. It's located at the 4 seasons so the ambience was nice as well.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the best Sunday brunches in Miami.
Service is usually great, but on my last visit the wait staff seemed new and were not as attentive. However, the food selection makes up for it. While the live music is a nice touch, but it was a bit loud so it's hard to have a conversation within your party.
Be the first to ReplyThis was one of the highlights of my first trips to Miami.
I came here awhile back but the brunch buffet on Sundays is absolutely worth the price. Price is $115. We just got the classic brunch that included unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee. For food, the brunch includes the seafood raw bar, tomahawk steaks, made to order pasta, paella, dessert, and brunch classics. I took some pictures to help give an example. Quality of food was excellent. Service was great. All of the employees were helpful. Place was very clean and classy. When you go outside, you'll see amazing views of the city. I would come back.

Ambiance is beautiful, service is a little inconsistent & Christmas brunch buffet was decent. The roasted pig was cooked perfectly, mushroom risotto was tasty and the dessert are very whimsical but a little too sweet for me. Be forewarned, they have a 20% service charge & the drinks are not included in the $95 advertised buffet price. Came out to be more on a pricey side
Be the first to ReplyIn my personal opinion Edge is hands down the best brunch
In my personal opinion Edge is hands down the best brunch in Miami. There is a scene and a vibe to the place from inside to out, with live music playing. The large array of food selections is incredible with each dish thought out and executed so well. We chose the drink package with the brunch and it didn't disappoint. There was no feeling of being rushed out of the place or like we were held to a time frame like most Miami brunches. The staff was so hospitable with even Gregory the GM stopping by to inquire how everything is. You can tell they care and our passionate. So many dishes were memorable like the mushroom risotto and the sauces for the seafood selections. The desserts were outstanding and perfection!
Be the first to ReplySteak had to go back twice.
First time for being over cooked second time for wbing beyond overly salted. They thought offering a free meal next time we dine with them after paying
Be the first to ReplyThe ambiance is amazing and service great.
The chef, not so much. I was told all dietary restrictions can be dealt with but not so. The chef truly did not care or had no creative flow. Anyway, the vegetables were not served as on the menu and all was a complete disappointment. The lamb chops now have a kind of burger thing accompanying them instead of the extra chop. Anyway. Not worth it and will not go back.

Expensive and food was not all that, the steak was missing taste, waiter was nice but took long as they had all tables.
Be the first to ReplyWe've been here twice and it's INCREDIBLE.
The ambiance is phenomenal - think fire side seating with comfy yet modern seating, and a porch patio with string lights and a soft acoustic band. Trey has incredible service as well, he's awesomeHighly recommend the charcuterie and the baked oysters. We will be back no doubt!
Be the first to ReplyGreat appetizers and drinks.
Trey's service was excellent!! We'll definitely be back and I recommend you stop by for drinks or great food
Be the first to ReplyWe live in the neighborhood and have been here for weekday
We live in the neighborhood and have been here for weekday breakfast, happy hour, dinner, Sunday brunch - service is great and consistent, food is very good, and the ambiance is upscale and relaxed. The staff is so nice and welcoming, it's really a pleasure to come here. Also we were recently there for brunch with a giant stroller and the hostess was so nice about helping us find a good spot to store it, I have heard of other restaurants being rude or impatient with guests who bring strollers, so it was a relief to be so warmly accommodated at Edge.

Manager KP told guest, she is looking for a job Edge is Terribly Run her co worker is an idiot as is guy at desk.Told a guest.a frequent resident guest of restaurant is always hitting on women, and looking for freebies. One guest screaming multiple F's in Edge and screamed they are going to.wreck the place.Another frequent guest from.outside of Edge adjacent lobby.Screamed multiple F's ,attacked several.Screamed she was dangerous.Only reason this is tolerated,I can figure. Is there son is on the board and has been accused of fraud that benefited hotel. Parent said.Because of this and why he is here."Staff are here to serve him."Likely true.He alsoAbused staff at Edge.Any that have been to a great steak house are not likely to think Edge one.Manager KP, will have new staff turn on you,if she knows she told things about other guests.Staff are not allowed to.socialize guests off property.Owners are not allowed to socialize with staff off property.I have no desire to socialize with staff or guests. On or off property. But a few.I will not be stopped by them. This is no joke.We have the emails. Was asked how things are.Told, this staff member. Was told via email. You are not tom tell what you do not like.Realize this may readIt can not be.It is fact. This place is abusive.

Celebrated a very special occasion so I decided to splurge and do the $110 Sunday brunch here (includes menu items and coffee/tea but if you want cocktails, then it's the $145 option). Booked a reservation for the brunch through opentable.Aside from the buffet food, part of the all-you-can-eat includes made-to-order dishes on the menu. If you want any of the menu items, you should definitely order those as soon as you can, because it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive--there's plenty of buffet food for you to eat in the meantime but I was having to pace myself to make sure there was still room left when the ordered dishes arrived. From the menu, I ordered the lamb kabob and the grilled swordfish. The lamb kabob was well-seasoned, but to be honest not worth the wait. The swordfish was definitely a hit, especially with the spicy huancaina sauce that I can just eat by itself. Of the savory buffet items, my favorites had to be the paella, the stone crab, and the mushroom risotto which you can ask them to add shaved truffle on top.I was absolutely blown away by their desserts--all high quality. One of the reasons why I was drawn to this place was I saw the Strictly Dumpling video of this brunch showing the circle creme-filled croissants that I see are so popular in NYC. While it was good with the Nutella filling, to be honest, I wasn't as much of a fan of the exterior which was harder than a typical croissant. All the desserts were fantastic, but the ones that I'll probably remember for years to come are the 1. lemon meringue croissant (generously filled interior with lemon, and the meringue hugging the end like a snail shell), 2. the tres leches (moist cake bits drowning in the leches topped with sweet mango pieces and cream), and the mango passion fruit cheesecake (perfect tang of fruit pairing the creamy cheesy dessert). Whether it's worth the $110, I'd say yes if you enjoy the seafood like stone crab, shrimp, raw oysters, as well as a wide variety of top of the line dessert. They make sure to add other high-end ingredients like the truffle that you can add to the risotto, which was also warmed inside a giant cheese wheel. I even got to try honey comb for the first time, which made a great combination with the buffet of cheese and bread. For foodies who want to splurge a little for a special occasion, I'd say try the brunch for sure. Also I wanted to make it to the scheduled reservation on time so I ended up doing valet parking which was pricey--$35, but I didn't realize they do validated parking up to 3 hrs like the other reviewers here have mentioned. But if you can find street parking I'd opt for that just in case.

Came to Edge Steak and Bar a week ago as a send off for a family's members wedding celebration. We were a group of six. The restaurant reservation was made by one of the party members not me, and there was a lot of hype regarding the reputation of the restaurant. I would like to say that the space leading to the restaurant and the restaurant itself are gorgeous. One of the most unique and luxurious places I've eaten at. The service from the staff was also very good and accommodating. Sadly, I found the meal and drinks to be quite uneven. My drink, "el macho" from their cocktail menu, was awful. I've never had a drink as bad; flavorless and messy presentation. Avoid at all costs. The filet mignon was a bit cold and undercooked when I got it. This was very disappointing considering I was told that this place was indeed known for its steaks. The sides, carrots, potatoes, and brussels sprouts, however, were excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. I caped it off with their chocolate devil's food cake which was also very good and decadent. So it wasn't such a bad experience there, but I feel they missed on the major components....after all it is called Edge STEAK and BAR, not Edge Sides and Dessert. I think there are better steakhouses in Miami like Bourbon Steak, and even the old school Christy's in the Gables, give a better product.
Be the first to ReplyPricey restaurant, but the food was so worth it.
My friends and I visited Edge Steak & Bar to celebrate a friend's birthday. We made a reservation and were seated right away. The service throughout the night was pretty good. They had a variety of food and drinks, but here is what we ordered: - Chorizo & Cheddar Croquetas - they look like mini mozzarella sticks, but once you bite into it, you're hit with a delicious mixture of spicy chorizo and cheddar. The outside was crispy, which made it a perfect combo.- Tostones - these came with an avocado chimichurri dip and it was so good! I don't really know how to explain it, but it's like an elevated guacamole. - Sullivan Street Sourdough Toast - the toast itself was just alright but the dips that came with it is what made it taste so much better. - Crispy Chickpea Falafel - like it says in the name, the falafels were super crispy and flavorful. I actually thought it said chicken when I first saw the menu. But now looking back, I realized it said chickpea. I honestly could not tell that this was a vegetarian app. - Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli - I'm not usually a cheese person, but I still loved the whole dish. There wasn't too much where it felt overwhelming. I mainly got it cuz there were mushrooms on it. Can never have too much of that. - French fries - they come with a truffle aioli sauce and I am a sucker for anything with trufle in it. It's a must! - Truffle Mashed Potatoes - again, I'm a lover of truffle, so this was delicious- My friends all had different cuts of steak and they were all tender and well seasoned.Again, I will say that this spot is on the more expensive side, but it's worth the splurge for a special occasion.
Be the first to ReplyGreat restaurant on the 7th floor of the 4 seasons.
The burger might be the best in Miami. Good food, attentive staff. Overall great.
Be the first to ReplyI've been here twice.
The first time was years ago, wasn't impressed by the steak, but the lamb chops and appetizers were great. Fast fwd to Valentine's Day weekend this year. Wow! What a difference! Ended up being one of the best meals I've had. Ribeye, anticucho? wagyu beef bacon wedge salad, the potatoes outstanding! Tbh, the first time around I think the waiter needed to get off the weed. Way too high to work. Do yourself a favor, don't forget the cheesecake and sit on the patio.
Be the first to ReplyDISAPPOINTED! Listen up.
This was my first time eating here, not my first time eating at a fine dining restaurant. Our reservation was May 11 @ 9:30pm. Service was good at the beginning , food and portions could of been better considering location, price and status. If I had to choose with some other spots in Brickell, I would of much rather eat at Komodo. We chose to be seated outside. Our waiter was a nice gentlemen. What really upset me about that night was how in the WORLD did a body of water randomly dump right on top of me from above your restaurant??? It didn't even rain at all that day! I was SOAKED and embarrassed. All we got was a lousy apology and a towel. There was NO sense of urgency from your staff whatsoever. Your restaurant didn't even offer anything comped or anything !! Who the hell runs that place???

They serve creekstone steak and also chops and wagyu beef from Australia. Went for Mother's Day dinner. Sat inside and place is not that big. It got busy real fast but service was still good. We ordered porterhouse wagyu steak, New York stop wagyu and filet mignon along with couple of sides. Food was very good and steaks were cooked to the right temperature. I wish they had more choices for desserts. Over all good experience but was it worth 500$, hmmm may be not.
