Beautiful Resort
This place is wonderful ! I met a gentleman named โ Linskey โ who was extremely sincere and kind. He was at the concierge desk and offered me ideas on what to do while in Miami. The bartender โ Danny โ at the lobby bar as super nice too. The pool boys or attendants were polite and attentive. I ate and drank at Ocean Social several times and did enjoy the breakfast food ! I had a very professional bartenders and wee at it staff I just didnโt note their first names. Kudos to the employees who with at Eden Roc โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ๐๐๐๐
Be the first to ReplyWarning for pre-paid breakfasts! Especially familiesโฆ
I pre-paid a suite for my family for 3 night stay at the Eden Roc through a travel agent, with confirmation of a prepaid breakfast for my family. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed us that instead of the inclusive breakfast we were promised, we were entitled to a mere $35 credit โ an amount woefully insufficient for even the most basic breakfast in Miami. Despite showing them our written confirmation of an inclusive breakfast for my family, the hotel insisted that their policy only offered breakfast for two people with a credit, details which were not communicated clearly and were highly misleading. To put it into perspective, a kids' breakfast of eggs on toast costs $15 at the hotel. The $35 credit barely covered the cost of breakfast for one person, let alone for my entire family. Despite the hotel's offer to increase the credit to โฌ60 per day, this was still inadequate and fell short of what we had prepaid for. It's a complete rip-off and a clear case of false advertising. The discrepancy between the confirmed booking details and what was provided upon arrival, coupled with the unsatisfactory resolution offered by the hotel, left us utterly disappointed and frustrated. The misleading information provided by both the hotel and the travel agency significantly impacted our overall experience and perception of the establishment. I will be escalating a formal complaint regarding this matter, as it is unacceptable to deceive guests in such a manner. Potential guests deserve to know the truth about the services offered by the Eden Roc, and I will ensure that my voice is heard until this issue is properly addressed.
Be the first to ReplyAWFUL
This is the worst hotel Iโve stayed at in Miami. To begin with, check in took over 30 minutes. We were told they could not give us an eta of when the room would be ready. The hotel itself is extremely outdated and when we finally got our room it was dirty and smelt bad. The service is absolutely terrible. We were told there were no chairs left at the pool multiple days and the staff didnโt even make an effort to help us find one. Getting food/ drinks at the pool is nearly impossible. There was one waitress for two pools that never even came up to us despite being there for hours. When we went to the beach, we were told there was a โvery long waitโ for any food so we gave up. There is construction going on next door and that is all we could hear at the pool. The hotel is insanely expensive. Two Pina coladas cost over $60 and a BOTTLE of orange juice cost $16. For reference we had lunch at 1 Hotel and it was cheaper than what we spent on our lunch at Eden Roc. I tried calling the front desk for more towels multiple times and never got a response. Overall, this hotel is NOT worth the money at all and we regretted staying here. We spoke to a few other girls staying at the hotel who felt the same, yet their story about having a dirty room was even worse.
Be the first to ReplyFive Stars from Eden Roc door to beach via restaurants
We stayed at Eden Roc not Nobu but all staff were terrific from the valet, through the front door, in both restaurants, past the pools, ending on the beach. Truly! Nobu was what you expect from Nobu. High class Japanese style food but Ocean Social was on another level completely. We had lunch one day and dinner the next and I will go as far as to say they were two of the best restaurant meals I've had this year. Not to mention we were seated on a deck overlooking Miami Beach. Not too shabby. Salads were remarkable, the steak melted in my mouth, and desert at both lunch and dinner were orgasmic! (Pavlova and Popcorn Cheesecake) If there was one downside it was a constantly flowing cistern in the toilet but once the door was closed we couldn't hear it. Take a sea bath while you're on Miami Beach. The water is clean and you can stand for quite a way out at medium and low tide. As Arnie said: I'll be back!
Be the first to ReplyGreat customer service and spa
Maria at the front desk made my experience. Initially the room didnโt meet expectations. She got me moved, was very accommodating and was very pleasant to work with. Her smile lights up the front desk. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and great pool and easy access to the beach. The spa is excellent. Be sure to go see Luis. He has magic hands. He took his time to understand where I held tension and gave me an incredible treatment.
Be the first to ReplyPoorly managed hotel. Run down.
Hotel complex is nice as such and some of the staff are really good. Sadly the hotel seems to be poorly managed overall. For example : our room was dirty (rotten food between fridge and floor / used cotton swabs in cupboard / empty cigarette pack on balcony / dirty floors throughout). We asked for the room to be cleaned. Sadly all they did was to take out the cigarette pack). We asked again for the room to be cleaned. Again - we could not see a difference and so we gave up.). It comes down to a poorly managed and poorly run hotel in my view which is a shame as they try and position themselves as an upmarket location which is reflected in prices across the board. I would not choose this hotel again - so many other things which did not work and which we could mention here.
Be the first to ReplyHotel was Great, but the staff was better.
The weather and hotel were delightful, yet it was the staff, led by Rico, who elevated our experience. Their genuine care and attention ensured our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Rico's dedication truly made all the difference. We will definitely go again.
Be the first to ReplyWill definitely stay again!
Everything was wonderful! Oziel was so helpful with all of our needs and questions. He was so welcoming and was always there for us. Will definitely return. Room was beautiful and the entire experience was great! Also enjoyed the pool and the service there was wonderful as well!

During my recent stay at the Eden Roc Hotel, the standout experience was largely due to the outstanding service provided by Michael S. at the front desk. His down-to-earth demeanor and super friendly attitude made every interaction a pleasure, elevating our entire stay. Michael's approach to hospitality, focusing on genuine connections and ensuring we felt welcomed and valued, truly set our experience apart. It's rare to encounter someone who embodies such a natural flair for making guests' experiences better simply through their presence and attitude. The Eden Roc Hotel shines brighter with Michael S. on their team, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay enhanced by truly exceptional staff.
Be the first to ReplyWe had such a wonderful experience, our kids had a blast in the miami heat, chillin at the pool and beach.just a delight

Be the first to ReplyBeautiful place to stay
The Eden rock is a beautiful property. Most of the employees are incredibly helpful although some can be condescending if you donโt appear flashy to them. The beds and rooms are very comfortable, but be careful on their webpage, itโs misleading and many of the rooms do not have balconies. There is an up charge for everything so the fee you pay for the room includes the bare basics.
Be the first to ReplyWelcoming reception
The concierge, Claudia, was incredible. She was attentive and upgraded our room when she found out it was my birthday. The room was an ocean view with a balcony. The hotel was nice with quiet rooms.
Be the first to ReplyGorgeous hotel and facilities, wonderful vibe, small service glitches
Divine facilities and lovely vibe, but some glitches The Eden roc is such a lovely hotel and much of the staff so friendly and relaxed that I would have liked to give a five star review. The rooms are very well designed, spacious and well appointed. And most have balconies and wonderful ocean views . There are several pools and the hotel is right on the beach with excellent beach side and poolside service. Especially appreciated is the breakfast overlooking the ocean. The hotel location in mid beach is ideal for a relaxed holiday . In general the vibe is very relaxed. We especially appreciated that there was no loud music at the poolโฆhard to find a place in Miami Beach that doesnโt blast music. We usually stay at the Ritz or Four seasons in Miami and hoped this would be a new favorite, However there were some small problems that occurred that shouldnโt have in a hotel of this quality. Our breakfast was included in the rateโฆ but on the 3rd day the manager said we couldnโt charge it to the room. We didnโt have a credit card with us, so we were marched to the front desk, which was embarrassing. It turned out to be a computer glitch. Then my key wouldnโt work, and my husbandโs medication was locked into the refrigerator despite many calls to unlock it. Two days in a row our room was not cleaned โฆagain despite calls every few hours to have it cleaned. There were no towels and we asked numerous times for themโฆ eventually used sheets to get dry . Lots of other small issues that were an annoyance. But the hotel and staff generally so helpfulโฆ I would say the front desk and housekeeping need better training but the concierge and pool and beach staff were superb. I had asked my neighbor back in Newton, who happens to be the head of TripAdvisor should we even mention small problems and he said the general manager should definitely be made aware of itโฆ โฆ so General Manager Martin Smith and Christian Delgado do take note .
Be the first to ReplyAUDREY NEEDS A RAISE
AUDREY IS AMAZING! Sheโs the operator. I had a flight cancel, and they made accommodations for me to keep my room booked at a reasonable rate. Sheโs fantastic and needs a raise. The airline was a real pain in the butt and she made it simple for me at the hotel. Thank you. Also, the valet Chris is a boss. He had me Ready every time and he needs a raise too. This is coming from somebody who is relatively well .Also, the valet Chris is a boss. He had me Ready every time and he needs a raise to. This is coming from somebody who is relatively well off, and the customer service was spot on!!!
Be the first to ReplyAwesome valet service
I cannot say enough about Mack, the valet. I left a piece of medical equipment in the taxi when I arrived. The phone number we had from the taxi driver was wrong. Even the name of the taxi company did not help. Mack spent quite a bit of time and pulled in others to help track the driver down so I was able to retrieve my equipment. You just do not find anyone, anywhere that goes to this extreme.
Be the first to ReplyGirl's Trip to Miami
We had an excellent time at our stay at the Eden Roc. The hotel is beautiful and I am so glad I ended up here during my time in Miami. The drinks at the lobby bar were delicious. Our room was wonderful and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the spectacular view while sipping a cup of coffee. The robe and slippers took mornings to a level of luxury only enjoyed on vacation. Everyone at the Eden Rock was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Staff at the beach found us chairs oceanfront on a crowded afternoon. Service at the front desk was truly exceptional as well. Shoutout to Julien for being so lovely and helpful with all of our questions when we first checked in. Definitely would recommend! Canโt wait to come back!
Be the first to ReplyEden on earth
This place makes you forget where you are, and I mean that in the best way possible. Itโs paradise and you feel it when your walking between the blissful design of the resort grounds or one of the many pools. It has not just one, but two amazing restaurants, both that have some of the most amazing flavors of any restaurant. Ocean social is a more relaxed vibe, beautiful views and the celebrity chef they have really delivers an out of this world cuisine journey with the food. When your at the pools gazing back at the resort you really feel surrounded by the beauty of it all, from stunning architecture to gorgeous colors of Miami, so the friendly people everywhere. Truly a paradise on earth.
Be the first to ReplyMediocre
Good location, pretty rooms, nice beach view. However, Lots of details in the hotel miss the mark. Elevators take forever or aren't working at all, a lot of small things missing like coffee maker, do not disturb sign, non-working phone, spotty internet. It makes it unreliable for work, might be better for spring break trip
Be the first to ReplyLola is the best of the best at that bar!
Ocean social is the spot!! The view is phenomenal and the food I must say is just as wonderful as the drinks. Our bartender LOLA was outstanding, made every margarita the way I asked forโฆdefinitely will be back on my next trip.
Be the first to ReplyMeeting Planner, Catering Event Review
The Eden Roc Miami team ALWAYS goes above and beyond for my guests! As a meeting planner, I have been to many hotels around the world, and their personalized service, attention to detail, dedication to ensuring each attendee has a wonderful experience is unmatched. From the front desk and bell services welcoming team, to the phenomenal banquet, beverage, catering, chef and convention services staff, I am happy and eager to continue to bring business back to the Eden Roc. I just had 2 back to back programs the first week of March and their teams did not skip a beat! I am incredibly grateful to work with their teams!
Be the first to ReplyNot a luxury hotel
Parents + High End Travelers: This is not a luxury hotel, its an Amex points trap. The experience on site is not as nice as it looks online. This functions and feels like a mid level hotel at high end prices. The facility is very dated, I would not stay there again.
Be the first to ReplyAmazing experience and ambience!
We love the Eden Roc. It's become a tradition for my family. Samantha is the best, always remembers us and makes us feel at home! The restaurants are delicious and we also love the room service as well! We are beyond blessed. Thank you Sammy!
Be the first to ReplyIt was fine but luxury resorts are dumb.
Gold diggers everywhere, dirty rooms, and bike rentals that require me to use a poorly optimized app were a big let down. Wifi wouldn't stay connected in my room after the first night there. Staff was great though
Be the first to ReplyAnniversary stay.
We really enjoyed our anniversary trip at Eden Rock. Beautiful hotel with great service. We loved the amenities in the room and the view from the balcony. Breakfast at Ocean Social was delicious. Canโt wait to visit again.
Be the first to ReplyUnderwhelming and unsatisfactory
Be sure to confirm your third party reservation and provide proof of payment this still may leave you paying twice and waiting a week for refund of deposit. Still waiting for the refund of the fee of the room that I was charged that I wasnโt aware of until I got to the airport. This was after I showed confirmation of paying through virgin
