Noteworthy Moments; Angelina our most beauteous Server belonged on the cover of Vogue! So knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. 10/10! The food - phenomenal. The drink 24k was delicious! Bathrooms - Spotless! Valet - so prompt! Be ready for top tier people watching and high fashion! Dress to impress!
Absolutely love the ambience, service and food.
From start to finish I was impressed. We sat on the patio on a perfect evening. We ordered off the happy and regular menus. Service was extremely friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the bread and seasoned butter tremendously. The espresso martini was perfection. The burrata salad and wedge salads amazing. My steak was delicious. The banana foster utterly divine.
My wife and I have been to Eddie V's 4 times.
We chose the Troy location for our 50th anniversary. The waiter Andrew was outstanding and the managing partner presented us a beautiful martini mixing set. We shared the lobster bowl, scallops and oysters followed by creme brulee and banana fosters cake. The only negative was the lobster bowl, the amount of thyme / rosemary was overwhelming and I had to pick out the twigs which covered a saucer. I chose not to complain but felt compelled to write this in hopes they can revert the recipe back to the original. FYI, the lobster bowl is not listed on the menu.

We went to celebrate our birthdays. There was a handwritten card waiting for us on the table with rose petals. Complimentary champagne toast was a special touch. The bread was so soft and delicious. We ordered scallops and sea bass, a side of crab stuffed shrimp, with au grautin potatoes and crab fried rice. Banana foster for dessert (w a flame!). The sea bass and the sauce in it was amazing from the first to the last bite. Our server was great, and we enjoyed the quality of service.

It was my birthday and she went above and beyond for our service. I've never had an experience like I with a waitress as I did with her. I would come back here just to have her again as my server! Thank you Jessie!

The food and service were absolutely amazing. The wait staff was so attentive. The food had great flavor and was perfectly cooked. You have to get the butter cake. It's beyond heavenly.

From the valet parking to the well appointed tables with plenty of space for privacy, Eddie Vs hits all the right notes. Phil is the poster child for how service should be done- wonderful suggestions and top tier attention to the little details that make dinner memorable. Cocktails were delicious, wine paired perfectly with dinner. Get the Lemon Tarte!

This is my 3rd time there and it gets better every time! Celebrated hubby's birthday, and they were so thoughtful with a birthday card, complementary champagne & dessert for him. Our waiter was super attentive. We had the calamari app, Caesar salad, the sole fish, a steak and for sides we had the infamous crab rice & lobster mashed potatoes...everything was absolutely wonderful! Can't wait for our next visit!

Marco was the highlight of the whole place. Food was spectacular. Dessert was amazing. Can't beat a porterhouse steak!!! Crabcake was legit!!! Service was amazing. Place wasn't too loud so we held great conversation. This is must see tv in Detroit!!!

He treated me and my daughter like queens. And of course it was Mother's Day. Definitely will be back. Definitely ask for Anthony!!!!!

My recent dining experience at Eddie V's Prime Seafood was exquisite. The crabcakes were succulent and bursting with flavor, while the crab fried rice was a delightful complement. The upscale ambiance added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
Solid upscale chain steakhouse.
If that's your vibe this is a good spot. I had the 0oz filet as it was what I would expect. The Brussels sprouts were right up my alley and I had a safe Cabernet blend. Overall I'd recommend for a date or a Business meeting.

My wife and I had dinner at Eddie V's this evening.
I don't think we will be back. In comparison to Eddie Merlot , Hyde Park or Prime 29 they need improvement. My 2 stars represent a very friendly waiter and that my steak was Cooked to my order. However ,our entrees took almost an hour to come out. This was after we asked our waiter the status. The fillets were cooked properly but they were a bit cold because they sat plated (that's my guess). The manager did come out to apologize (thank you ). Too much competition out there to drop the ball.
Food and service were just ok for a place of this caliber.
I will give it a second try on a less busy day. Had to return my over cooked steak. Seems to be the spot for young professionals. Not impressed.
Wonderful Thanksgiving dinner
We had Thanksgiving dinner here. It was the best meal we have had in years. Fabulous service. Large portions. The food was amazing. Plan to eat here again next year.

Restaurant came highly recommended and decided to try it out for a long awaited date night with my husband. First, phenomenal service. Our waiter, John was friendly, attentive, helpful and so kind. Definitely one of the best in the industry. The calamari was the best I ever had. Crab cakes were of great consistency. The sole main course and filet main course were perfectly prepared. So tasty and great portions. Wine selection was stellar. Crème brûlée and banana fosters were amazing. In addition to our waiter, the manager made us feel welcome. When there are so many top notch restaurants in the area and you have so many choices, it’s a good sign when you’re not only glad you came to Eddie V’s but also know you’ll be back soon. A+++!
Amazing experience
We celebrated an anniversary with family and the entire dining experience was wonderful. Our waiter Phil K. was exceptional. He made the evening amazing. We will definitely request him for our next visit.
Outstanding 48th Anniversary!!
My husband and I love this Eddie V’s and last night was Awesome! We were celebrating our 48th anniversary and decided to do a happy hour trail visiting several restaurants starting with Eddie V’s. Our server Lisa Dangelo made our visit so awesome that we didn’t feel the need to visit any other restaurants. Her customer service and seemingly effortless intuiting was Outstanding. The appetizers and drinks were delicious. We ordered the filet sliders, lobster bites, calamari and lamb chops. All were great. She made an awesome Cosmopolitan and my husbands Long Island were on point. Can’t wait until our next visit!

Absolutely PERFECT dinner
Just a “wow” experience from start to finish. It was my birthday and I had a party of 8 people. Upon arrival my table was covered in rose petals. The service was incredible; they split the food for those who were sharing, provided champagne on the house to help celebrate. When I got up and came back to the table there was a long stem red rose at my place. I also am obsessed with the lemon nets that prevent the seeds from coming out, so they brought me a bag full for a birthday gift. Truly the greatest experience and my family thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Thank you Eddie V’s, Andrew, and the whole team for making my birthday so amazing.
Too much fun!
Just returned from a fantastic Happy Hour(s) at Eddie V. You don’t visit a bar. You visit a bartender. Jace was a rockstar- answering all my questions and tweaking cocktails appropriately! A great room, great drinks, tasty snacks, no big bargain but I wasn’t here to save money- we had a great time and felt fantastic heading out into the evening! What more can you ask for?!
Dining at its finest
This was an amazing experience from the moment we entered. Molly, the hostess, greeted us with a friendliness that was infectious. Our server, Diane was charming. Our dinner was gastronomically top notch. From the crusty bread which was warm to the bananas foster that was table flamed it was impressive. The steak was cooked to perfection. The crab fried rice was yummy as were the scallops. We definitely will come back when in town.
Excellent from start to finish
This restaurant was excellent, we both got filets with bernaise, and mine came with Maine lobster. I can’t say enough about the lobster. It was so tender and was the best I’ve had. We also got sides which were fabulous. Definitely recommend!

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* PerceptiveWash44, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* PerceptiveWash44 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to PerceptiveWash44 for any questions Peter may have as PerceptiveWash44 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* PerceptiveWash44 now uses their connections at Eddie V's Prime Seafood Troy to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If PerceptiveWash44 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, PerceptiveWash44 receives the $200 reward which is credited to PerceptiveWash44's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Eddie V's Prime Seafood Troy!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
