Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Best Answer Yes unfortunately they are finding more and more ways to lock up sellers money. Sell thru rate, refund rate, limiting withdrawal amounts ler day and per month (which for me are the same number which makes no sense). Lot of sellers leaving as you can see from the lifetime sales not really increasing. Most posts on here are frustrated sellers which is not a recipe for success

It’s so frustrating and I bet more and more sellers will continue to raise similar issues. Have tried contacting support but no response. Just a bad user experience overall.

Thanks man. And yes, lots of frustration among sellers especially when it comes to withdrawals. I heard someone started a thread for a class action lawsuit. Been trying to find.

I’m sorry to hear about this - I’m a brand new seller on the platform and didn’t realize this was a *thing* - any chance you can point me to the fine print/documentation where this policy is stated (also identifying other caveats like this would be appreciated)?

Don’t think theres any solution besides just grind your way back to increase the percentage. Then pull the plug.

I am also in the same situation and continue to contact support, but no luck there. I want to withdraw my funds and quit the platform.
