Terrible installation.
They cut over the air antenna cables so now have no local channels. They ripped out the ground wire and never grounded the new box. Left a coil of fiberoptic cable laying on the roof. Left their trash in the bed on the roof and outside. Sat around watching videos and killing time while blocking access in and out of the house only moving when asked when clearly it was impossible to get by. They obviously were on some kind of power trip even unwilling to talk to the woman of the house instead kept talking to the male visitor as if women could not understand or make decisions on her service that she herself requested. They were rude, dirty, foul language to include the loud video's they were sharing with each other in the small porch and i side the bedroom while sitting in the bed as if they were in their own home. This was all in Puerto Rico. Had this been in the states they would have been fired. Claro does not give a damn about it's customers as long as they get $$$$. Also the coil in the roof is probably several hundred feet long and we expect that it will wind up all over the neighborhood in the next storm. When reached out to customer service the person was pretty dismissive and said they will make a note if it while providing zero corrective action.

I've called several times requesting for a technician to come over the house to secure a roll of wire that was left on the roof during the initial instalation and was blown off by the wind. Each time I was assured that someone would come. I'm still waiting. They don't even try to hide the fact that they could care less about their customers as long as the money is rolling in. No surprise they have a 1 rating.
This company needs to be investigated for illegal practices.
My parents had a modem/hotspot that worked 25% of the time. We cancelled the service back in 11/22. We tried returning the equipment to their main store in Farjado, PR but they wouldn't take it back saying to pass it to someone else (family or friends). we said we are moving out of PR and don't need it. it took over 3 phone calls/visits to finally cancel the account. 2 yrs later my moms credit took a hit because Claro claims we didn't pay for the equipment and we owe them $93. How dare they do something like this when we tried to give it to them and they refused to take it back. this is a tactic they are using against the residents of PR. I will file complaints with Daco (Consumer Affairs) and see if I can file a complain with FCC. This company needs to be removed from our airwaves and management should be in prison

Loved the yellow tail sashimi, filet, and cheesecake. Cool setting. Make a reservation, it’s busy. Wonderful service. Some menu items not available tonight but plenty of tempting choices.
Balance of taste and good mood
In my opinion, this is one of the tastiest places in Israel. My husband and I came here to celebrate a birthday, and we ordered octopus and tortellini with ribs. It was divine! The flavor was incredible. The sauce, marinade, and juiciness were all perfect! There was a large selection of wines, and we chose a sparkling wine. The dessert was also beyond praise. Thank you!

A green island in the city center with the most unusually delicious mozzarella salad
We were celebrating a birthday and ordered almost the entire menu. The salad with mozzarella was impressive, the octopus was a little tough, and our picky child ate the shrimp with gnecki with pleasure. I didn’t like the cocktails, they were very homemade. I really liked the room itself, the location is great. We will definitely come again, overall we were satisfied

The best restaurant in town. The atmosphere is lovely. The food is delicious and Guy - the manager of the restaurant, is the added value of the restaurant... we had a great time... there is no doubt that this is our home restaurant in the future...

Furthermore, navigating their call center proved to be a cumbersome process, involving multiple transfers to incorrect numbers, often requiring numerous calls before reaching the appropriate personnel. Prolonged hold times, at times extending to hours, have contributed to an overall dissatisfaction with the level of customer service. In light of these experiences, I would recommend thorough consideration before entering into a contract with Claro for internet services.

su servicio al cliente en personal fatal y por teléfono pésimo esas mujeres no saben ni lo que dicen y ni entienden para decirles algo se los tienes que repetir hasta 4 veces, le pides que te pasen con un supervisor y me dijo una que no va hacer eso; si no hay supervisión por eso no saben NADA
Lo menos que tienen es ser claros con el cliente.
No hay transparencia. Mi experiencia, horrible. Jamás volveré a ser clienta de esa compañía. No la recomiendo.

servicio al cliente pesimo!!!! calidad de equipo pobre! hartos de no tener servicio y cansados de perder horas tratando de resolver los problemas, decidimos cambiar de proveedor. la llamada para cancelar el servicio tomo más de 35mins sin contar el tiempo perdido en espera. esta gente estan entrnadas en el arte de confundir,usar y manipular al cliente ,transfirieron mi llamada 2 veces para intentar manipular la situación. al final nos informaron que hay que ir a las oficinas directamente para poder finalizar la cancelación. señores claro no es la unica alternativa.....yo consegui llamadas ilimitadas y texto ilimitados para mi mama(usuaria de claro ) por tan solo $15.00 mensuales (*prepagados) con una compañía extraordinaria (#tmobile / t-mobile @tmobile ) no se dejen manipular. !!!

A great restaurant, located in sarona park in the centre of tel aviv. The restaurant is beautiful, inside and outside, serves great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices are high.

We waited too long (very long) for the starters: the parna was soaked in oil and slightly burnt, the dips were tasteless, the 2x2 cm bruschetta (not even a bite) and not tasty either, the intias savica was served with bulgul (what's the connection?), leaf salad - no They even bothered to mix the dressing - it was mostly tasteless lettuce Appetizers: mushrooms - dry and boring. Jerusalem artichoke - casual. Basic dishes - Locust fillet (178 NIS) a relatively small piece - a great evening of flavors - corn (sweet), okra, cheese - the most reasonable dish of all Tortellini - inedible! It looks terrible, white and pale, covered with a kind of indistinct edge, burnt filling + 2 glasses of white wine - NIS 850. Relatively good service
One of the best restaurants in Israel
This is a favourite whenever I visit Israel. I was there this week and it’s even better than I remember. The staff are excellent, very attentive with a good knowledge of the food and drinks selection. The menu is outstanding including a wide variety of unusual artisanal beers and gins. The ambience is great. In fact I would say it’s faultless. Book early as understandably it gets booked up.

Went for lunch on a week day. Place was very busy and noisy. The building is beautiful. Perfect restoration of the old building. Food is OK, but nothing outstanding. Choice for vegeterians is dismal. There were only two mains suitable for vegeterians and one was not available. So, one option only! On the cocktails menu, 2 options of Israeli Gin we wanted were not available. Other cocktails we ordered were not very good. Service was good.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
