Lovely restaurant.
Chicken Taco soup and Potato Leek Soup is sublime. BUT!!!!? Query: why is it that you can not order a 3-piece Taco dinner which includes 3-different things: 1-fish, 1-beef, 1-chicken?? Why must you order 3-of the same????, Annoying restriction!
Worst Mexican food ever.
Wait the only thing that nachos were good. I order the eggs Benedict and it was hard to cut. Need a steak knife to cut through an English muffin. So sad. My husband order the huevos rancheros they put the tortillas on the bottom and it got soggy the rest was a soup as we were leaving my husband heard the manager "if they don't like it go some were else" Well I will be going somewhere else and never there.

I don't eat in but I've ordered lunch delivery for years. Sadly, the options to get food delivered are slim. (seemless/grubhub) to which I've now canceled bc these companies are terrible to their workers ND charge OUTRAGEOUS delivery prices. NOT worth the terrible service. I placed an order today- super simple- enchaladas that's it! NO modifications. Did they ever arrive? NO! My delivery person called me 6 times, zero English what so ever. That's perfectly cool with me. I speak a little Spanish. But was I suprised and super annoyed that they couldn't do the job. The driver called me 6 times. neither of us understood each other. Told him my address 6 times...Did I mention I order All the time? Legit homey didn't understand ANYTHING I was saying and it never arrived. I was annoyed especially bc what on earth did the delivery person think? Did he think ALL OF A SUDDEN understand the same conversation we had 6 times? The apt is Easy to find. Not to mention when I called the restaurant trying to help, nobody answered. And I called more than 6times. I tried calling the restaurant to see if they could help. The person who answered said "he's new, not his problem, would try to fix it but then hung up on me. I canceled my delivery month expenses from seemless/grubhub and I will never order here again. Wake up! If you want people to eat your food, don't make it impossible to order and annoying to try to deliver on basic instructions.

We went to Cilantro on a whim, and all of us left extremely pleased with our experience. The hostess was very kind and accommodating (an additional friend was able to join at the last minute, and she was able to fit him in no problem). The waitress was kind, attentive, and professional, and even re-read our order aloud for us to make sure she got everything right. The food was unbelievably delicious and appropriately priced, too. I ordered a blackened chicken burrito and it was so so good. The portion was on the bigger side, so I was able to take it home and eat it for lunch the next day (and it tasted delicious then, too!). I also really recommend the guacamole and the queso served in a cast iron skillet. We were a bit rowdy as we were celebrating some birthdays, but the wait staff was so kind and attentive with us (we never even had to ask for chip refills, because they were constantly provided for us!) and made sure we had such a fun experience. The tres leches birthday cake was perfectly made as well. This is a truly great restaurant and I can't speak enough about how amazing the service was and how delicious the food was. Definitely recommend!!!
Very unhappy with Cilantro after today's brunch.
While I have had dinner and drinks here before and everything was fine, today was, honestly horrible. First off, the waitress had A LOT of trouble taking our order. She was not listening at all. When the order came, things that we specified during the order taking were incorrect. Mainly that I requested a burger, Medium well. When I received it, it was literally RAW!! Seriously? I also ordered a side salad but got fries. I spoke to the manager who really didn't care about my concerns at all and said they would always support their staff. Most places will offer a free drink or dessert to compensate for poor service. Nope. Not here. Not going to eat there again. You shouldn't either.

Got yelled at when we asked politely for the food. Food was burned and not tasty. Will not eat hear here again and will tell others not to come!

Not sure anymore. Today they were understaffed and took a long time to get service. One of the employees shared with us a dirty little secret that they don't bring you the side of rice and beans to save money. It's on the menu. They just hope you don't ask. Plus they are still charging 3 percent credit card processing fees. A violation of state law. This is how you lose my business.

Once it was time to pay I asked for my receipt after signing my signature for my PAID bill, I was alarmed when the waiter & manager went over to the side took about 5mins to return & I was told I had to pay more money & was refused my receipt unless I made another payment. I was told my payment was voided & my card would be charged again. Left restaurant embarrassed & with no receipt.

Ahhhhh Yes Cilantro, Ok so I have gone to Cilantro more then a few times and less then a lot, also have picked up to bring it home. If there is one thing I need to HAMMER HOME is don, go for the entree's Monday to Wednesday. If you are going for sports and you want appetizers fine go o. Those days you're safe with those and maybe the steak or chicken entrees. I have found that the food and service is so much better Thursday to Sunday the fish is fresh the Head Chef and the A TEAM is there and 95 % of the time the knock it out of the park , the other 5% is you can't please everyone all the time. Also on these days the the to go is on point not saying you should check your order. But my suggestion is under have them under cook you steak. Example if you want a medium steak order it medium rare because it will rest and cook in the container it's not always perfect but it won't be well done. With these tips you should have a good experience at Cilantro Go and enjoy your self. Oh one more thing eat at the bar the service is good and so are the Margaritas traditional with simple syrup and real lime juice. Don't do that YUCK MARGARITA MIX in a bottle.
I was a longtime patron of Cilantro.
On my last visit, when the waiter brought the bill, we paid on one of their new machines at the table, and left the restaurant. The waiter then came rushing out and grabbed us, saying the charge didn't go through. We returned and were met by the manager, who was rude to us immediately, asking us to run the card again. We showed them that the charge had gone through on our end, on the credit card website, and told them we wouldn't pay again. The manager then all but accused us of trying to steal the restaurant (?) and wanted us to write down the credit card number (!) which of course we refused to do. We offered to leave our phone number, and the manager said, "but what if you don't pick up?" The charge eventually went through, of course. Sadly, I can't recommend Cilantro anymore, and I won't be returning.
Great Mexican fast food.
Chicken fajitas are terrific as is the salsa, guacamole, chips and black beans. I love that I xan get a yummy frozen margarita delivered!

Cilantro is a casual dinner place with lots of seating and no reservation required, usually. My friend and I came here to catch up and were pleased with the food overall. She used to come here all the time and I could see why: the food is good and filling and not too expensive. The Steak Fajitas were pretty good and my Wild Mushroom Quesadilla was solid - I mean, how could you go wrong with cheese guac and tortillas? We did sit next to a couple who was very upset with their food quality and had an argument with the servers about it; I wish it could've been resolved a little more gently, but it does seem like the couple was able to receive some sort of resolution.

Great selection for our family of fussy eaters. Lovely food and a great service. Went for lunch following visit to National History Museum. Just a ten minute walk.

We were wonder around after visiting the AMNH and found Cilantro. We had a great meal of seafood tacos and salmon. Nicely done. 👏😄

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Yes unfortunately they are finding more and more ways to lock up sellers money. Sell thru rate, refund rate, limiting withdrawal amounts ler day and per month (which for me are the same number which makes no sense). Lot of sellers leaving as you can see from the lifetime sales not really increasing. Most posts on here are frustrated sellers which is not a recipe for success
