Never fails and the food is always just on point.
Fun for friends and family visiting and I have never had an issue here. Can get busy and a little loud but I put that down to people enjoying themselves and having a good time. The salad bar items are always a plus and the dessert cart is also a cute extra with how it's displayed. Will be back soon!
My friend and I came here for Restaurant Week dinner.
This included selection of unlimited meats, sides, buffet offerings, as well as salad bar, for $60. The interior was elegant and spacious with plenty of seating, along with impressive island buffet in the center. Upon being seated, we were served warm cheese bread, which was tasty with a satisfying stickiness. For our sides, we chose Yuca Fries, Fried Bananas, Polenta. I enjoyed the Yuca Fries, which were crispy and full of flavor. Surprisingly, I also liked the Fried Bananas (as not a fan of the fruit), which were light with a nice crunch. There was an extensive salad bar, along with quite a few options at the buffet, including cheese and cured meats, soup, shrimp, chicken, veggies, and more. Out of the various meats, my absolute favorites were Top Sirloin, Leg of Lamb, and Beef ancho with Garlic. These were wonderfully tender, succulent, and well seasoned. Service was solid. Restaurant staff came around often with different meats. We were well taken care of and am glad I got to experience this Brazilian steakhouse.
Avoid! Disappointing vs what is advertised! Tried to increase the bill!
Booked via their appointed reservation system RESY. All confirmed for a 2030 pm reservation for their Meat Lovers Dinner Special $49pp including unlimited salad and vegetable bar. Arrived and they could not locate our booking, despite me showing them the confirmation email. However there were plenty of tables being that it was a Tuesday evening. The reception team advise the last sitting for a table was 2030pm and so we could not have a drink at the bar first. This is not noted on their website nor when you make the reservation. So we had to proceed directly to the table. Our main server ( I think called Hugo) was incredibly attentive, chatty and friendly. As I go on with this review, I want it to be CLEAR that he is the ONLY reason we left a tip! We were explained how the system works (traditional Brazilian steak House where you flip your card between Green to go and Red to stop meat service. In-between help yourself to the salad bar in the centre of the restaurant. So away we went to the salad bar, which was plentiful and included fresh prawns (I must point out here the prawns were on the ALL INCLUSIVE salad bar, included in the $49 Meat Lovers Dinner Deal. Meat was served, it was all very good- no complaints there at all and when ever we flipped to Green a server would be there in seconds with a offering of Meat carved at the table on to your plate. Great fun! We requested the bill/cheque and noticed that we had been charged the higher Dinner amount of $79pp. (When you check the website, the ONLY difference annotated between the 2 deals is that this higher one you get a fish course as well as meat. It DOES NOT mention ANY differences in the type of meat served. BOTH menus generalise as Steak, Pork & Lamb - no specifics! Screen shots of both below for context) I requested that the bill be reviewed as we had booked for the $49 dinner and a different waiter (seemed to be a supervisor) told me and I quote "you didn't tell me you wanted that menu and we served you the better meat". My reply was that I made a reservation for a specific menu and between checking in for our table and throughout the entire service we had not once been asked or notified that there were 2 different qualities of meat. What was served was from our side what we had booked. I also explained that we had not received a fish course. The servers reply "There are Prawns on the salad bar".... but as I mention above the salad bar for both dinner deals is included and unlimited. So if the Prawns are not included.... don't put them on the salad bar a free for all! This was met with now a rude, frustrated server , despite my queries and replies being calm, respectful and factual! The bill was reluctantly changed to what we had booked and expected. Resulting in our bill being Almost $100 less! The suggested tip was 18% which was a about $40. Due to the above situation and what I felt was as though we were being taken advantage of due their lack of clarification at check in, I left a $20 tip for Hugo the 1st server I mentioned above. Better Brazilian restaurants in the city that I feel won't have this stressful end to our last evening in NYC! Please also note the pictures below. This is the published menu for BOTH deals. Please note that we only received the Sirloin cuts, chicken , pork and Lamb. We DID not have the Fillet Mingnon steaks or Chicken livers offered to us - therefore when the waiter claimed we had been served the better cuts of meat you can see where I pushed back on his comments. Also the only veg offerings were, black beans, rice, aubergine. No baby corn, no asparagus etc as per the listing.

Quite literally the worst Brazilian BBQ I've had in my life.
Currently writing this mid meal because I am that shocked. I don't know what the people who gave good reviews are on. The meats are either undercooked or overcooked to powder. Every cut was so unflavorful and bland. The items in the salad bar were stale, the cheesy bread was hard, and the fries tasted like frozen fries. The service was pretty bad as well. After the initial drink order, the server was nowhere to be found to ask if we wanted more sides or to refill our water. I'm genuinely in awe at how they are charging the price they charge for such horrid food. I'm not exaggerating when I say this is THE WORST Brazilian BBQ ever.

The worst Brazilian steakhouse I've ever been to and one of the worst restaurants I've had in my life... I don't even know where to begin. First off, major red flag that should've signaled me not to come was the fact that they serve sushi at the salad bar. There's nothing wrong with fusion food but having sushi rolls at a Brazilian steakhouse is so strange I don't even know what kind of clientele it caters to besides people with no taste. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived and were seated towards the back of the restaurant. Meats come out really quickly but I instantly started noticing that none of the cuts had much flavor and were really overcooked. There were multiple occasions where the meat was far past medium well, resulting in dry cardboard meat. The servers didn't seem to have any issue serving it though, as they probably wanted to get rid of those cuts to save on costs. Our server came with the sides we ordered and was never to be seen again for the rest of the evening. The fries were very stale and the oil tasted old. The cheesy bread was tough as well, with a hard crust and lack of cheese flavor. Not a single item from the salad bar looked appetizing besides the chimichurri, since I was hoping that would help the dire meat taste somewhat edible. But to no one's surprise didn't taste good at all . Way too oily and it didn't even taste like olive oil, rather a blend of vegetable oil and olive oil. The only meat that tasted somewhat good was the ribeye, but that rarely came out so I didn't get many slices. The decor of the place was very dated and sort of crusty. My fiancée got bit by a spider during our meal in two spots. The bites got really puffy and white during the duration of our meal. When we asked for the check, it took about 10 minutes for them to bring the card reader over despite the place not being busy at all. When I left a less than average tip (given how our server never came back to fill our waters and asking for the check seemed like it took forever) the waiter sort of threw the card at me, before quickly apologizing. I'm not sure if this was an accident or an "accident" but whatever,
Disappointing
Overpriced and not great. We have been to this restaurant many times in years gone by, and always enjoyed it. We decided to try it again on a recent trip to NY and were very disappointed. The cheesy rolls were cold, the salad bar uninspiring, fishy tasting prawns. The mash was unseasoned. Meat was ok, not all equally well seasoned and didn't seem like the best quality. Considering how much they charge I would have expected better. Wait staff were good though.
Rodizio is always a bit of a gamble.
Will they cook the meat right? Will they skimp on cuts? Will they have a full bar? Guide you to fill up on salad? This place threads the needle. Every bit of the rodizio was amazing. Chicken thighs, sausage, lamb. When it came to steak, there was real sirloin and real filet. Bacon wrapped! Best thing was the Parmesan crusted pork. Had the flourless chocolate cake as a treat. 3 thumbs up!

Birthday celebration x3
We were going out to celebrate 36-40-60 years, which was noted on the table reservation. Fascinating concept with different kinds of meat served when you flip a mark on the table from red to green. Large salad bar with various small dishes and sushi in addition. We were allocated a small table for 4 but were given a larger table on request. Meat, side dishes and salads were very good. Missing sauces as a side dish that would have been the finishing touch for a European. After dinner, there was a birthday cakex3 + birthday song for the jubilant. It was a very nice attention. For a different dining experience, a Brazilian steakhouse is recommended.
Good food and ambiance.
Service with the varieties of meat is non stop. Drinks are good as well. Pricey but worth it.
Delicious food
Excellent food with equally excellent servers of the meat. The manager visited our table several times to make sure that everything was OK. The pace of the meal was great, we were never rushed. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because we never ate from the salad bar and were charged the full price, and also we were never given the senior discount even though we are over 65. So the restaurant was a bit pricey for us although the quality and service was excellent.

I've visited this place many years with friends and family to celebrate their birthdays and even anniversary. My visit on February 11,2024 was disappointing. Foods was still great. But the service was disappointing and I felt humiliated: in front of my boyfriend. I brought him there to celebrate his birthday. The restaurant was also extending the restaurant week menu , which is a good for the price. At the end of the night, I said to our server it's my boyfriend's birthday. Please put a candle on the cake for me. She later came out with a staff with the cake he picked from the menu , with candle and sang birthday song to him. Since then, 2 other tables around us happened to celebrate someone's birthday as well. But for them , my server gathered a group of staff to sang the song to them , and Loud. One of them even dropped what he was doing at the time to run over to join the group to sing. I felt totally embarrassed and humiliated. Why ?? Bc my table was restaurant week and treated differently?? If that's the case, it's very very wrong. I didn't make any complaint at the time, it's for my boyfriend birthday, I was not gonna make a scene. My boyfriend and I are grown up adults, I'm not gonna make that complaint at the moment , which will cause further embarrassment. It's not about the singing, it's really about the actions , behavior or the service. If anyone been to this place before for birthday celebration, you know they bring you a special birthday treat with candle. Look at his in my pic. Alright, maybe bc it's restaurant week special so you don't get the full customer treatment . I can let go the birthday treat, I don't care. But my server's behavior and her service to my table was totally disrespectful. Her service upset me , that's why I feel the need to write it to the public
A wonderful Brazilian steakhouse in Hell's Kitchen.
The steak was super filling and there were so many options that we were able to try. There were lots of things at the salad/side bars. You could also try if you needed a break from all of the meat. The meat comes so incredibly quickly, and the servers are very kind. The only thing I would say about the service is that while getting the food is quick, it took forever to get drinks and the check to go. I think it's a really fun restaurants spot for hungry people and meat lovers.

It was good. The staff were attentive…which they need to be in a Brazilian steak house. The meat was beautiful. The salad bar had some great stuff but a couple of items were a bit on the edge of freshness. It was, however a great salad bar. Where the place fell down a bit was that it was a bit bland. They could use some specialty sauces of their own design and ditch the sausages, which seemed a bit hotdog-like. Also, the prices were quite high relative to comparable steakhouses. Still, the skewers were perfectly prepared. My favourites were the lamb and the picanha.

Fabulous churrascaria!
We went at 3pm in order to get the senior citizen lunch price. We always eat here on a trip to NYC. It has been four years due to the pandemic, but it was as great as our last visit. The buffet is outstanding, and the servers bring a large number of meats around for you to have carved onto your plate. This is an Argentinian restaurant and provides a wonderful atmosphere and dining experience in a large dining room.

Hi @ExhaustiveMilk80, to be able to hold a bid you must have either the key holder medal or concierge medal. Holding bids allows you to work on trying to secure the reservation without someone else getting it before you and filling it
