Great food but they are terrible at being organized and efficient. On multiple occasions when I do an online order I'm left waiting for my food for an hour!! I'm not trying to be a Karen I'm just being honest
Came here several times with the grandkids.
They absolutely love it! They begged to go back repeatedly. They like the bowls and carne asada, stuff like that. The interior is kind of a cross between Panera and a Tesla Cybertruck. The staff is friendly and service is prompt. If you are looking for a semi-healthy quick meal with the grandkids--this is the place!!!
This Chipotle is truly amazing.
Every time I visit they are always so welcoming and sweet. My go to order is a bowl with rice, chicken, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and queso. I have never really encountered a moment where my bowl was not up to par. I went yesterday around 5pm and it truly fulfilled my needs. The employees were respectful. They tend to get really busy and have a line but the time I arrived there wasn't much people at that time. This chipotle is definitely a place I recommend. The environment is nice and they usually have a clean area. However they tend to allow the trash to overfull a lot which can sometimes have an affect.

This Chipotle is in the nicest location but it's really badly managed. The restaurant is very dirty. Every table is dirty and the floors are a mess. The garbage pales are running over the top. If they are out of something they will say nope we don't have any. No apology or if you wait a minute we will get some out, and they shouldn't be running out in the first place. They fill all the mobile pick up orders first in front of you while there is a long line in the restaurant. Not much English of course. They sweep near your feet while you are eating during the busiest meal times, if they get around to it. It's really unacceptable. Third world experience in an upscale dining and shopping area.

and last week I had a steak bowl and ended up deathly sick vomiting and diarrhea. may never eat chipotle again but 100 % never going back to this location
Girl cutting beef picks her teeth and then cuts your beef
I was totally disgusted as I saw the woman cutting the beef come out of the back with plastic gloves on and then used her finger to pick her teeth and then went back to cutting the meat. I should have told someone but the atmosphere was not conducive to discussion. I will never go back.
First time going to chipotle.
Maybe it's just this location? The chips were VERY STALE. The meat was chewy. The rice beans and guacamole was actually good.
Not the best service and honestly the atmosphere is bland.
No interaction with the customer and the amount of food given for the price is ridiculous. and they give it to you cold. I'd rather go tot Moes where I can at least talk to someone and not have to shout over the music to get my order correct. Chips for extra price is stupid. biggest waste of time and money. never again.

Today TASTE WAS SO BAD!!! it definitely had a CHEMICAL TASTE.. not sure what was creating it. I got a chicken salad bowl with grilled onions and peppers pretty much the standard. I don't think I've ever had a worse salad. When I got up to the register to pay I also Requested salad dressing --The register guy said we're out of dressing I said excuse me this is a salad... if you're out of dressing, don't you think it would be a suggestion to tell the customer before they go through the hassle of ordering a salad. I don't mind waiting- but I'd like to get what I pay for --the last two times my husband has picked up salads for us----They always neglect to put the dressing in.. it's a flippin salad, !!!!!!! I will never go back to chipotle taste had such a chemical taste. I couldn't even eat my salad ---- I'm done.
Poor customer service very unfriendly.
They are making your lunch or dinner if you dont like the job quit.I didnt come in and give the person who made my food an attitude. Take some pride in your work or leave.I work way to hard for my money to have my meal ruined by some one who is unhappy at there job.
Ordered at 6:30 for 7:00 pickup.
Arrived at 7:15 still not ready. Complained and manager acted like he couldn't speak English, continued to ignore complaints and finally received food at 7:45. Staff was completely unprofessional during the entire exchange.

I think I'm speaking for everyone who stood in line for 40+ minutes- "Does this location even have a manager?" By far the most inefficient team I've ever seen. I get it you live in a retirement city- where people are more lenient and chill with their time, but as employees, you should be respectful of everyone's time! The employees at this location literally moved around like zombies. Completely oblivious and without care. Not to mention the place is a complete mess- the overall appearance of this location- sloppy.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)

My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
