Absolutely Amazing!
This restaurant absolutely deserves all the 5 star ratings it gets. Service is probably the best I have ever had! Food is delicious. Intimate atmosphere.

We treated ourselves one night to caviar. Service was top notch- friendly, professional and attentive. This is very expensive but worth it.

I had one of my best anniversary dinner in my life. Thanks to the staff for an excellent service and great food!
Be the first to ReplyElegant, high end, exclusive, but lacking a bit of vibe
Inside the four seasons Brickell , this entire high-end restaurant is smaller than most restaurant’s kitchens, ensuring a very Intimate atmosphere with high attention to detail from the team for whatever you may need. We went with six friends on a Friday night and throughout the entire evening only four other people walked in, it’s kind of lacking a vibe, so like I said, only come here if you’re looking for a very intimate quiet evening. The food is five on five gourmet dining with service to match. The best caviar selection in South Florida and maybe the best vodka selection as well. Ended up having a great time- side note that for a 5 star hotel the Four Season’s lobby bathroom was atrocious.
Be the first to ReplyHurry, I don't think it will be here much longer!
Someone gave it a 1 star and I wondered why. I will do 2 because the chef made a good effort. It is not worth the money. This is a NYC concept that if you charge enough, people will think it is wonderful. That will work in NYC because of the depth of the marketplace, Miami will catch on faster. Lets start with the ambiance - the architect was trying for luxury, what he got was a sultans tent. Now service, very stiff, and I had to ask for my champagne glass to be refilled 3 times in 2 bottles. Now food, you should know that the entire evening only 6 other people were eating and 2 at the bar for happy hour. That is 3 couples, who were staying at the Four Seasons, and, us who live one block away. Back to food. Its 7 pm, and they don't have any oysters!!! What? How do you run a restaurant with no oysters (a featured item) at 7 on a Friday weekend night? The rest of the menu was ok, average, no wow. Opening a can of caviar is not cooking. Dinner was a little over $600. For that amount you should expect a dining experience, not just a dinner. Oh yes, it was a birthday dinner and was so stated on the reservation. No mention from the staff. 8 better place to eat within walking distance, or even an elevator ride up to the EDGE in the Four Seasons. If you own this place buy a plane ticket.
Be the first to ReplyCaviar.. Recreated
A successful New York caviar operation transplanted in Miami.. As opulent as it gets.. I tried ofcourse 50g of the best Caviar.. But the fun part was in what followed.. The ceasers salad with generous spoonful chunks of caviar.. The pomegranate foie gras was unique.. More important was the personal service from a well informed team.

Amazing! We crave caviar & champagne and only CR will do...the hospitality is excellent, the bar inviting and the caviar is heavenly. Every staff member is professional & attentive. So happy to have this beautiful, chic spot in Miami.

Be the first to ReplyBe Warned - Champagne Friday menu advertised on website is a Hoax
First - let me state that I have wanted to experience the incredibly-sounding Champagne Friday evening at Caviar Russe for some time now - this menu, including a large selection of drink specials, other than the Champagne advertised "on special", AND food options called "Power Bites" sounded amazing. On the evening of our visit - I was treating a friend to a congratulatory bottle of what was advertised as Cristal 2009. We were gawking over the menu listed still on the Four Seasons page for Caviar Russe - called Champagne Fridays. Upon arrival, we were greeted and sat at the bar area. Not only was the champagne different (Krug v. Cristal - although this was absolutely acceptable), the only food option was a dozen oysters for $18.00. When we asked somewhat confused about the menu we were provided, we were told "oh that has changed - we no longer do power bites ... and oh yes, we do have some of the drink specials the website states but they are not listed on this menu" ... Well, thank you for the false advertising that enticed us to go out of our way to experience the Four Seasons and Caviar Russe on this Friday. I am not a fan of a "negative" review and I would likely have just let it go but for the fact that an odd "worker" dressed somewhat casually in black chirped up from far down the bar as if to quiet the questions we had. I found this to be rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional and unwarranted. If our server(s) did not have the answers, get up and do your job and treat guests spending $150+ on a bottle of champagne to the level of respect any guest should deserve from an establishment in a top-notch hotel. Needless to say, I will not be returning to Caviar Russe and I hope others are now informed that it isn't what it is.
