Old products preserved and new ones added to old goods with holding time changed
I ordered a meal and ran straight to the train (to go) and then on the train I realised that I had received old goods, which was great. I was told over the phone that I could return them and get new ones (that's clear) if I got the last train to Zurich. Then I was told that unfortunately there was no way. In the restaurant itself, a member of staff had poured new Oreo mixture onto the old one and changed the holding time. Absolutely disgusting. I complained by email, but even after 1.5 months there was no response and they just kept putting it off.
Catastrophic branch
In short, send the health department. It's a disgrace that a branch like this is allowed to stay open. I ordered take away late in the evening on the train and then discovered that the burgers were old and cold and fries were uneatable. The meat was dried out and disgusting and was covered in steakhouse sauce. I complained by email and they just kept waiting for the store to get in touch... until today, nothing happened.

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Yes unfortunately they are finding more and more ways to lock up sellers money. Sell thru rate, refund rate, limiting withdrawal amounts ler day and per month (which for me are the same number which makes no sense). Lot of sellers leaving as you can see from the lifetime sales not really increasing. Most posts on here are frustrated sellers which is not a recipe for success
