Great dinner but suggest drinks elsewhere before and after if you want to sit down
Another great meal with brilliant ambiance, food was hot, service was great, not crowded at around 10.30pm, but probably the busiest venue we have visited in our trip. Pretty good value for money in Monte Carlo and one of us enjoyed the doggy bag the following morning! The reason I did not give 5 stars is that after the meal we wanted a nightcap at the bar downstairs and found that to sit down there was a minimum spend and not a little one, something we found at a number of SBM venues this year however, if you have the My Monte Carlo loyalty program you will certain rack up those points you collect.
A Vibrant Night Out at Buddha Bar Monte Carlo
On a Friday night in Monaco, thereâs nothing better to do after a late dinner than head to the Buddha Bar and experience local nightlife at its finest. If youâre just looking for drinks at the bar and some dancing, no reservation is needed. But if youâre planning to splurge on bottles of the finer stuff, itâs best to book in advance. We went for the bar option, and the gentleman at the entrance was polite, welcoming, and even cracked a few tasteful jokesâsetting the perfect tone for the night. Inside, the atmosphere was electric, with the place already buzzing and fairly packed. We recommend arriving after 11 p.m., as it can feel a little quiet earlier in the evening. At the bar, youâll need to ask the bartender for menus, and communication can be tricky over the musicâbut the staff are true professionals and quickly understand what youâre after. We started with a couple of cocktails, expertly mixed by one of the four bartenders, and later moved on to tequila shots. The menu is extensive, offering such a wide selection that itâs almost hard to decide. The vibe overall is light, fun, and relaxed, full of people enjoying themselves. The staff are respectful and attentive, always nearby when needed but never intrusive. To wrap it up, Buddha Bar is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in Monte Carloâs nightlife, all within the iconic setting of the Monte Carlo Casino. Highly recommended for anyone who wants great drinks, good energy, and a memorable night out.
Good Experience
Came here for an evening dinner with friends - service and atmosphere was lovely. Food was very below average and a bit disappointing.
over crowded i think so it was not a great experience
pretty place inside we had a russian waiter never smiled our entree took ocer an hour so we had to leave without eating tgey never came to the table to tell us anything we had to ask not impressed just being honest bartender downstairs was very nice
1st GREAT DINNER EXPERIENCE IN BUDDHA BAR, AUGUST 2025.
My wife and I enjoyed for the first time, a luxurious dinner in famous Buddha Bar. I would advise to book a table on 1st floor, as it was full once we were there. Success of this place is evident and if you can afford to go there, you will enjoy for sure the food, the service, the drinks and the music. It also nice to see which kind of persons are eating around you, normally only high class with beautiful clothes and good looking !
Would think twice of going back there!!
This spot is great for a lovely night out. We first had dinner and drinks here. The food wasn't out of this world, especially for the prices you pay. The drinks were not better than anywhere else in the south of France. Going there in the evening after 11pm when it becomes a nightclub, be sure to be dressed for success. Only the prettiest and the best-dressed get in. The old guy at the door plays God; he decides your fate on that evening. Rather arrogant and not very friendly. I've seen how he treats the less pretty girls, if you're not super tall and very good looking, you don't stand a chance of getting in. All in all, a very pleasant experience, but I wouldn't go back there to be looked up and down until he makes up his mind that you "look" as though you have money! No thanks
Eat at the bar!
Accidentally found this place while walking around. It was 8pm in Monaco and the beautiful lights outside intrigued us! Luckily, we had on the proper attire so we could go in (no shorts). Hey few at the bar so we got immediate service and they had a bar menu as well. The sushi was excellent! We had several rolls along with a couple drinks before heading out! What a great find!
Great ambience and flavoursome food
Had heard mixed things but it was a truly wonderful venue with great food and friendly service. We had the table from 8pm and were not rushed at all. Great starters including sushi, salad, calamari and spring rolls and mains of chicken beef snd two Thai curries, all delicious and flavoursome.
Nice meal
My friend and I visited for dinner. Service wasnât the best, we both only had 1 drink each as no one came to take more orders. We ordered the sushi selection which was so tasty, we loved it. We would visit again because the food and vibes were great, but the service could be improved.
Disappointing to say the least
The service was shameful we didn't get any attention from the waiter . we ordered a few dishes the waiting time between them was ridiculous, and what happened because of the waiting time is that me and my parents got Our main dishes separately and each of us ate while the other just waited . I ordered the steamed fish which I waited hours for until dish arrived. at first it was completely raw ,i returned it and the second time in the filet of the fish there was scales and bones. It was my parent anniversary and the experience was awful.

Rubbish Service
Service was non existent. If you are going to go through the process of escorting guests to their table then at least have the courtesy to make sure all guests get the same treatment not just a selected few You also need more waiters
Excellent atmosphere and food
We stayed for dinner while our cruise ship was docked for 1 night in Monte-Carlo. Great setting and atmosphere with lots of tasteful food options.

Top place in Monaco. My favourite for music and food and atmosphere. Always come to Buddha with friends and enjoy. Absolutely amazing restaurant and club. Excellent quality of food and cocktails.

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* ImmortalStep65, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* ImmortalStep65 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to ImmortalStep65 for any questions Peter may have as ImmortalStep65 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* ImmortalStep65 now uses their connections at Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo Monaco to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If ImmortalStep65 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, ImmortalStep65 receives the $200 reward which is credited to ImmortalStep65's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
