Baha Mar Nassau Reviews from The Last Year
Disappointed
Just returned from Baha mar. Went to several restaurants and the food was marginal to bad. Very expensive and didn’t feel it was worth the price. Four alcoholic drinks $140. Children eat free at certain restaurants but menu was junk food. You Had to rent $400 cabana if I wanted to be at the adult pool. I could swim there but was not able to lounge there unless I had a cabana. So I left that pool. At the beach they said it was too windy and could not put up umbrellas but Rosewood guest had umbrellas which was a few feet away from us. You could rent a beach shell for shade. There was a refrigerator in the room but you were not allowed to use it even though it was empty. I was told there was a sensor on it and it would show something was taken out. I could rent one for $50 a day so I passed. The beach, pools and water park was nice and beautiful grounds. In my daughter’s room the seating area behind the bed needed to be reupholstered. This is a five star hotel? The departure lounge only had two rooms available to use. The was one or two out of order. This should be a priority to have this available for guests departing. We did have a nice family vacation but I would not return or recommend Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.
FOOD PRICES ARE BANANAS
The beach, pools and hotel are very nice and everything is very well maintained. Personel overall friendly (with the exception of one person at the excursion desk asking for USD 700 for 3 adults and 2 children for a 3 hours not private jeep excurion to Nassau like was the most normal thing in the world). Note that you have to pay for everything extra (except beach towels and chairs). For example even one slice of pita bread with spread in cleo restaurant for USD 21!! I recall this being served free as starter in most restaurants in the US or Europe. This is just an example. Prices across the board are lunatic. 3 persons dinner was between USD 280 and USD 380 without any alcohol or fancy drinks. Food is ok but small portions compared to the US. Make sure you look at the menues and pricing online before deciding to come here. There is nothing else to go for lunch or dinner in walking distance outside the resort so you are trapped in this rip off castle. Another example one portion fried chicken wings (3 pieces) with fries and a coke was USD 42 on a food truck on the beach. There is not much to do in the evening besides Casino, Shopping or sitting in bars. I felt like in a temple of consumation which aims to suck cash out of your pocket no matter how. I recommend taking the jitney bus to Nassau or Cable Beach for USD 1,50. There is a stop right outside the hotel. Here you get some impressions of the Island, more decent prices and there are supermarkets and pharmacies if needed.
Very Good Resort. Be prepared to Pay
Baha Mar is an excellent resort. It is pricey but the quality of the resort is very good in terms of the appearance, amenities and service. The restaurants are hit and miss. Some very good and others not so good. Be prepared for all the additional fees added to the price of anything. I'm happy gratuity is always included but the other fees are just overwhelming. I'm glad we went but not sure I would return due to all the additional fees added to everything
Staff service at Regatta Buffet Restaurant
Throughout our visit at Regatta, Kjanna Ramsey's service from the moment from our initial greeting to our departure was truly exceptional. Her demeanor and hospitality were exemplary, demonstrating her extensive experience and commitment to ensuring every customer, whether a tourist or a local, enjoys a memorable Bahamian experience every time they visit Regatta.
Excellent Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation at the Grand Hyatt. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was beautiful. Certainly a trip to remember and we will be back!
Family Vaca
I just want to say mya at the concierge desk was amazing. She really was attentive and informative. She booked my dinner reservations, transportstion and made an itinerary of my entire vacation making it so smooth to just go about our family vacaction. This was our first time in thr bahamas
Wonderful experience, staff was amazing and helpful
July 23 happened to be my birthday. The staff at the front desk, specifically Kyle T., knew that and presented me with a birthday gift. They set the tone the balance of our 5 day stay. Beach was fantastic, sauna was excellent. I had to see the onsite doctor and they were able to care for me.
RIDICULOUSLY overpriced food!
I didn't listen to the many reviews saying food was overpriced because I expected to pay a little more because it is a resort. But I was absolutely NOT prepared for these prices. Since other reviews didn't really have examples, here you go....This felt like robbery. It was $110 for 2 people at the breakfast buffet. For lunch I ordered an appetizer and and pizza with a lemonade and it came to almost $80. A SLICE of cake was $17. 2 slices of pizza with a slice of cake was about $45. A Burger, Fries and pizza was over $80. For every single meal they add on a resort fee plus a fee for VAT. This is on TOP of the $76 per day resort fee you are already being charged when you check out. It got to a point where every time we got hungry we worried about how much it would cost us. $110 for breakfast is OUTRAGEOUS!!! No matter what we got , Breakfast, lunch or dinner each meal was nearing $100 or more. You would think at these prices you would at least be getting good food. Nope. Average at best. I will NEVER come back. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the room and grounds were very nice. Never coming back and recommending others to stay away unless they are prepared to spend about $300 a day or more in meals.
Expensive!
I think if the mandatory service fees weren’t tacked on to EVERYTHING i would give the place a 4. But we didn’t receive the service that what we paid for. (And when we did we tipped extra. But it was rare.) The food cost is outrageous. Sushi dinner for 2 $400 Pool cabanas $373 +++ no drinks Drinks are all $20+tax and tips Our suite was nice in the reserve with a great view and was quiet. Nice bathroom - the furniture is uncomfortable in the sitting area unfortunately. The reflections pool Is lovely and one of our two days there we were well attended. The lounge in the reserve is staffed by a very nice hard working gentleman.
Not what was expected
Our first room was a “view” of a parking lot and an adjacent building and a peek a boo view of the ocean. The room was in the east tower and the room was modern. We switched rooms for a view (which we got AND PAID FOR) but the downside was a dated room. Not a huge deal so long as it was nice, but the room stunk. We realized that the smell came from the drains and smelled of sewage. Showering, and using the sink, the smell was overwhelming. It was foul and constant. We booked our room for 2 kids and 2 adults the room had a very small sink and no bathtub like the one in the east tower. We notified the representative who gave the option to go back to the lobby for potentially another room change but said they couldn't guarantee that the room would be any better. After already switching rooms we didn’t want to go through the hassle of moving again, but at the price point I didn’t expect to have issues like this. Overall we weren’t happy with the accommodations. The resort outside of the rooms was nice. Both the water park and the beach. I booked this hotel because it was “new” but what we experienced was a room you’d expect in a 15-20 year old hotel.
Overpriced but great quality
Fantastic waterpark, beautiful pool & beach areas, rooms are nice BUT views were not great- far away from the ocean (Grand Hyatt east) and not worth the 900USD a night for that view. We had to asked to change rooms bc we were initially staring at a parking lot. Auto gratuity is super annoying (especially when they ask for additional tip). Amazing food variety but VERY expensive and portions aren't huge. Breakfast is ridiculous that it is $200 USD for a family of 4 at the buffet and about $150 elsewhere. Waterpark had great lunch options and very few lines. not sure if we would go back.
Overrated poor with poor hospitality
Absolutely awful experience! i could go on where do i begin besides expensive which we could not get a hotel reservation which we tried 2 months prior . the pizza Lab was the best place you could get in and would actually smile . hospitality sucked wanted to grab every penny they could . casino right in main lobby which gives it a lower class look and vibe . i ll go to vegas if i want that . paid good money for classless place .
Day Pass - Not Much Available for Adults Who Wanted to Relax in the Pool
As two adults who wanted to have a relaxing day, we bought the day pass. As a travel agent, I typically recommend the Atlantis Day Pass for my clients and wanted to try Baha Mar. Sad to find out that the only pool available to us was the wave pool - not relaxing at all. The beach club needed reservations and the hotel pools were off limits for day pass holders. It was a total waste of $160 and I would not recommend a day pass unless you want to do the slides. Definitely don't recommend for couples who want to relax.
Wonderful stay
Grand Hyatt Baha Mar has so much to do. Lots of restaurants and bars, 2 art galleries, and events. We loved the stay. Note for others: book restaurant reservations well in advance of your stay, particularly for the higher star restaurants. Loved the beach with the beautiful turquoise water. There are also plenty of pools to hang out in as well. Every staff member we encountered were lovely and kind.
NO DINING OPTIONS BOOKED SOLID POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVENT EVEN ARRIVED YET!!!
I never have had to write a review BEFORE my trip but this is a first ! We are a family of four traveling with another family of four and we haven’t even begun our trip booked for next week and already have begun to have MAJOR problems booking our dining reservations ! I have been trying desperately on constant contact via email and phone calls to concierge to help us work booking dining as we are arriving Thursday next week and have an 18th birthday celebration Friday. The concierge keeps bouncing my emails among a new person each day , sending me same email over and over again “to please fill out the form for your dining request” , in which I have done now over a dozen times and there not responding to any requests to get into Marcus or Cleo or Filia or Katsuya. At this rate , after spending $10,000 for 6 days it doesn’t look like we will be eating at this resort after paying so much. We had to book three nights so far to dine OFF PROPERTY!! This is insane i can feel customer service is definitely lacking already. We even offered to pay top $$$ to accommodate us for private dining and nope nothing. Everything booked solid except buffet. With one family member with allergy issues this is not possible. We work in service industry and this is already bad bad start to an expensive vacation. I’m a Big social media networker and I’m anticipating if this continues I will have no choice but to continue to share my experience across all Platforms of social media. Reading all this bad reviews just of this month is definitely worrisome of what’s to come . I hope management reaches out responds to my emails and gets us some assistance with eating at the resort we paid top dollar for. We still have a week to go till make this right and make this wedding anniversary, 18th birthday trip special. Crossing my fingers but not holding my breath!
Pros and cons
The property is beautiful and very well kept. The staff are all friendly. We are here during peak time and the hotel is at capacity. This is our first time visiting and we did not know you have to book restaurant reservations way in advance! We are just 2 people and had to wait until 8:30- 9:00 pm to be able to walk in and eat at a bar each night. I don’t know what families are doing. This place is very expensive and is priced as a 5 star resort, but the options for food without booking reservations way in advance is not at a 5 star level. Not even close. For the amount of money this costs I should be able to go out for a meal at a reasonable time without having to book 1 month in advance. This is our biggest issue with this place. Oh and the food portions are very small and at a premium price with an extra 25% tacked onto everything (VAT and service charge). For instance last night we ate in the lobby area at Monkey Bar and my food came out a good 20 mins before my husbands. I was done before his came. The server was apologetic, but we still had to pay full price with full 15% built in tip. The rooms are fine. The AC is great, bed is comfy, great pillows etc. water pressure is great too. The bathrooms are teeny tiny and have quite an odd set up. There is no door on the bathroom itself and just has a curtain. The wall between the bathroom and room is not solid and is slatted wood that can be opened and closed.. you can hear everything. The toilet and shower are both in glass enclosures with clear doors. We are a couple so it’s fine for us, but would be a bit awkward with friends. The waterpark is huge and amazing!! Even at capacity the property is big enough that it doesn’t feel over run ( except the food issue). We never had an issue getting chairs at the beach. The beach staff were amazing and always willing to bring an umbrella and set it up. They are all super friendly and lovely. The casino is fun! Lots of people at night and good assortment of slots and tables. My husband loves the sports book. We golfed at royal blue. It was pricey too but for a destination it wasn’t crazy compared to other places we have gone. The course was in great shape and was wide open. We played in 3.5 hours. Amazing staff there! We really enjoyed the golf. So overall pros and cons. The cost is not for the faint of heart… get your wallet out if you are coming here!! There is also a daily resort fee of almost 100 per day. Nothing is cheap here! A 2 litre bottle of water was 13 USD. Overall we have enjoyed our trip. Lovely property and very relaxing. However, the whole restaurant thing is nuts especially given the cost. Oh and one more thing.. there are no ice machines on the floors. Yesterday my husband called for ice.. it finally showed up about an hour later. Today he called again.. that was about 2 hours ago and we have concluded it’s not coming.. again for the cost the ice should 1. Show up and 2. Show up in a reasonable Time
Wedding trip with family
Very large resort, we enjoyed our stay. However the taxes added to every transaction adds up. The pool and beach were very relaxing, many restaurants onsite, staff friendly and helpful. The room was overlooking the fountains and had a balcony.
Extremely unhappy and rude staffs everywhere - especially for Asian families
I left a review for Grand hyatt, Baha Mar on my 5th day and gave it two stars. Today is my 6th day and I’m deleting the original review, which you can read below, and I’m now giving this place 1 star based on what happened since then. I thought things could not get worse, but the bad service continues to compound and I really have to update the review for people considering this place. When I first heard about Baha Mar and skimmed through negative reviews, a mistake on my part was assuming how bad could it be. Right? Like how bad could it be? Well at Baha Mar, it could really ruin your vacation. On average, a family can spend anywhere from 5k-10k+, depending on your travel month, duration, extras you choose to do. Of course this can be doubled if you have a bigger family with better rooms, etc. For our family of 4 our total on this trip of 6 nights during spring break will come out to about 12-13k. I’m not mad about the money and I’m not expecting a royal treatment for that cost either. But I expect a basic level of service and respect from the staff who work the grounds. Below is the review I wrote yesterday and scroll further for the last 24 hours. Btw, we are leaving tomorrow and I can’t wait to get out. Original review written on my 5th day. ———— I’m not the one who claims “that’s racist” when anything unfair happens. But when it keeps happening to your family over and over again, you see a pattern. My first impression was that the staffs were generally unfriendly, at the front desk, concierge, at the pool, they just came across as if they didn’t want to be here. And my initial assumption was that maybe they didn’t like their job, maybe they are not paid enough, etc. But several times I had to be in lines where people ahead of me would get serviced and I am observing their interaction, and the staffs are clearly smiling, talking, asking what they needed, and when I come in front of the line with my smile on, they wipe their smile and don’t even make eye contact. I was buying a rashguard for my kid at vineyard vines shop, there were two women working the register making all kinds of small talk to the Caucasian couple ahead of me in English and when my daughter and I came to the front of the line to pay for our stuff, one of them spoke in the local language, and the other one laughs and says ‘english’, and this repeated intentionally to create a weird ambiance. It was such a bully behavior towards customers. Not because they were speaking in their local language but because they kept looking at us and made it clear they were talking about us and laughing. We are an Asian family of 4. First day on the beach, we were trying to get help with beach umbrellas, I am not making this up when I say we asked 5 different beach staffs and they all told me to go to the other person because they were doing something else, and they were clearly helping Caucasians with the umbrellas. After 45 minutes and tipping up front, at this point call it bribing we were able to get our umbrella. There was another Asian family who asked me how I got our umbrella as they have been pingponged the same way, and I told them to just bribe up front. At a poke shop, my kid wanted a shaved ice. A Caucasian kid in front of us got a big mound of ice for her and my son maybe got over half. When I asked if they can put a little bit more as they didn’t even fill the cup, the woman rolled her eyes at me and spoke in local language to the rest of the staffs and I was quite disgusted with their behavior. Because of the beach umbrella hassle, I just booked cabanas for our family for the rest of the trip. The staffs frequently check in on other cabanas throughout the day, but not ours. I have to remind the staff about the complimentary fruit salad or water that comes with the cabana so they don’t skip it. The concierge at the west tower is some of the unfriendliest people you come across, and you’re supposed to be “concierge”!!! My husband has British accent and the service on the phone is exceptional. Obviously not surprised there because they really cater to the caucasian families here. Like what in the hell, Grand Hyatt, Baha Mar, train your staff. This is such a disappointing experience and I’m grateful that my kids are young to not pick up on these subtle and petty bully behavior but I will not be returning and I will be sharing this experience with other families. To be fair, not everyone is giving us this horrible experience but I have to say even a 50% staff is half too many for a vacation experience. Now a practical run down for families who still want to take their shot and come here: We are staying at the west tower, the room is ok in size, the shower has a distinctive smell but you get used to it by day 3. They give you two complimentary Dasani water a day. The day we tipped our housekeeping $5, she left us 4 bottles and when we tipped $10 she left 8. Starbucks breakfast is around $50-60 for two coffees and 3-4 pastries, breakfast buffet for family of 4 is around $160. A nice sit down dinner is about $300-400, so far we had costa and shaung ba, and food is decent. A quick lunch grab by trucks or stalls will also be around $100-130 per meal for a family of 4. Our room for this week was around $7000 and our cabanas are $500-600 daily. And we have been tipping the staff who help us in cash as well. The water is beautiful, the waterpark is fun for the kids and the pools are fun to hang out at. Unfortunately for our family, we will not be returning to this place as we will choose to spend our money elsewhere. ——— Below is my review on my 6th morning and I really hope I don’t have to update this on my 7th day, but let’s see what the next 24 hour brings. We went to a sit down breakfast yesterday, I ordered coffee. They brought milk and then didn’t bring coffee for the next 15 minutes. They could be busy, I’m not difficult. My son’s cup of water had bug in it, we asked for a change, it took them another 10 minute to bring him an empty cup. It never got filled. I finally got my coffee after chasing down someone and no one else came to check in on our table, ever, we raised our hands, no one looked our way, so I finally walked over to grab the coffee pitcher to refill my coffee, which then caught their attention? Like when I was raising my hand you conveniently don’t see it, but you can see me reaching behind my table? Ok. The kids had a lovely day at the Baha bay waterpark, we had the cabana by the entertainment zone, I personally think the cabanas by the entertainment zone and wave pools are the best because they are actual structures and not tents, so I do recommend these cabanas if anyone considers cabana on their Baha bay days. The staffs by umami burgers were nice and kind. Because we are so used to getting treated like we are overstaying our welcome anywhere else on the property, I was grateful for them, just asking once in a while, “you guys good?”. Because this trip was planned with a short notice, I wasn’t able to secure dinner reservations every night. Last night we didn’t have a reservation and the concierge said we can take our chances for walk in. So we did. And it’s simply the attitude of the people who are supposed to be in the service industry. Again, I am not expecting a royal treatment but must you roll your eyes, pout your mouth, talk amongst yourselves, snickering, all of that to tell me that you don’t have space? I didn’t need to eat dinner because I was full from the staffs attitudes. But the kids had to eat, so we went to the buffet where they luckily had many seats. We paid, then were told to wait until someone sat us. No one was in front of us, it was just us, and it took the guy who was looking at his phone the entire time, making small talk with his friends 10 minutes to seat us. Before he sat us he proceeded to sit other people so when I flagged to him we were first, he disagreed. Like how can you disagree when we were the first in line? At this point I’m thinking, am I being punked? I’m never the victim but that’s how I feel on this vacation. As mentioned above I have booked cabanas for all days so today we came down at 9:30. We can already see other families in their cabana and towels so I walk over to the towel station to see if someone can help us. And guess what the guy says to me. “The cabanas open at 10, so why don’t you give it a minute.” The food service opens at 10. Not the cabanas which I know for a fact. Normally I would point it out, but it’s my last day and I literally have no more strength to point out things that do not matter to people who work here. I said give me the towels and I will walk it over. And I did that because I feel here people don’t take you seriously. I walked the towels over myself and then saw another towel attendant helping out a couple in the next cabana, I asked the towel attendant if it would be possible for him to bring us a few more towels, and I walked the kids over to the beach. We came back 90 min later to no extra towels and our complimentary water left out, there is a fridge but no it just stayed out and got warm. Maybe they don’t want people like me to come. This is how I feel here. Uncomfortable, unwelcome and most importantly, disrespected. Another tip for travelers, this is a cashless resort, but you need to tip people in cash if you want extra towels, beach umbrella, etc. No one has cash, there is a cash exchange machine which you can feed it $100 and it gives you $20 bills. Nothing smaller. This is how they roll. I asked housekeeping if she has change and she said she only has 10s. So bring your change. My kids are having a great time so I will leave it at that but I will never be back, so management, don’t bother replying to this message as you didn’t bother yesterday. I don’t know why so many of your staffs are so unhappy but if customer service doesn’t improve you are losing out on building loyal customers. You have the right grounds and the amenities to attract people like me with young kids where this can be a repeated destination for years to come. Think about that.
Nice hotel with bad service
First time visited about 6 years ago and alot has changed since then. Hotel is amazing, definitely on the pricey side and you would definitely expect exceptional service for your stay. Service is a bitter part here because there is none. We had no light and terrible smell in the bathroom and no exhaust fan. So after the shower time bathroom would turned into steam room. It took 2 days to fix the light and never fixed the fan. You have to make reservations ahead of time or your family and kids will stay hungry for dinner time, likely i had bad experience from 6 years ago. Do not expect great service, politeness of staff with a smile: this does not exist here, you pay mandatory service fee of 15% plus local VAT tax on everything you do/buy. Expect to pay for kids 2x chicken tenders $56- quite normal here. Service bad, never smile and will talk back to you if you ask for more. Workd of Hyatt perks does not work at this resort, they will kick you out sharp at 11am from the room. I would definitely come back for experience, resort, and beautiful ocean just with no expectations of great 5 star hotel service.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!
Worked flawlessly!
Worked so well! I was a bit nervous, but everything went very smoothly. purchased the reservation, and got into the restaurant seamlessly.
Love this app!
So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??
Tune into NBC News - Top Story Tonight 7:40p ET
Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?

Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
