Disappointed
Iโve been in the club and restaurant before and had a fantastic experience, but last Friday the host blocked me and sent me home to change. He wouldnโt let me in because I was wearing a long skirt, top and blazer. My outfit was elegant so I was disappointed and ashamed as my friends were inside waiting for me and I couldnโt get in. I left, changed and came back. When I was in the club there were so many girls with short dress, belly out and no elegance at all. I didnโt understand why he didnโt let me in. I did check the dress code after and he had no reason to not let me in. Iโm very disappointed with the reception team. But a big thanks to the security team who were very polite and smiling, they made me feel very welcome and treated me with respect and kindness. They should teach the reception team ;) just a thought.
Fabulous decor and ambiance
We had a wonderful time dinning with friends in the gorgeous garden restaurant. Good food and great service. The decor of club is fabulous. Music in the basement was a little questionable but that is subjective.
Excellent food and service
Annabel's is delightful! Yes, it's very expensive, but the service is impeccable and the food is delicious. The grilled sole was perfection, and the fried salt and pepper squid was excellent. The truffle pizza was delicious. We were invited by members, and it quite a treat! If you get the opportunity - go! It's a a wonderful experience.

Service good but food really mediocre
Generally good service, a few slip ups but quality of food really average at best and I think poor. I was sick afterwards. Chips were tasteless and over cooked. Fish fillet bland and tasteless. Really no flavour. Fried squid had some flavour but not as they should be. Green beans artichoke and tomato, bland zero seasoning. Undercooked beans. Tiny sliver of tomato. 2 small pieces of artichoke. I was so disappointed and as I was a guest I could not say anything. but poor for what this should have been.
The worst memberโs club in London
Having come here with my family to celebrate a special occassion, I was extremely surprised by the rudeness of the staff. From the receptionist to the โmanagerโ, the staff have no regard for its members. Not to mention, having been a member for over 5 years I can see the club becoming less and less busy. Itโs a sad fact for a club I used to enjoy frequenting. Avoid, there are far superior alternatives in London.

Exceptional service from Milan Ndoro!
I went for some cocktails with my friend at Annabel's last week and we had the pleasure of Milan Ndoro bringing our drinks, she was very polite and extremely helpful and I was very surprised to learn from her that she has only be working at the bar for a few weeks! Keep up the excellent work Milan!

massive fall from grace
very average food, gone drastically down hill over last 6 months. not sure if its due to chef change but isn't anywhere near what it used to be. think the chef is cooking for his own ego rather than the customers
Great spot and excellent service
I often go here for breakfast with friends or business and lov the place. Nice atmosphere and great service...food is excellent too. We had a egg white omlette with halloumi and kale; and egg Benedict....I had the omlette which was super tasty and pleasantly surprised by the halloumi as that is not one of my favs. Went a bit crazy on the ginger shots...but it did little for my cold
Vibrant London
Clearly opulent and has the allure of membership-only invite. Itโs expensive as is the understanding. The beauty of the service and food cannot be understated. The ambience alone is special. A treat.

Great decor! Good drinks, average foodโฆ but generally over rated wannabes kids club. Simply not as exclusive as it sees itself!

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Annabel's London at 6 PM the same day.

That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* BraveCloth47, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* BraveCloth47 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to BraveCloth47 for any questions Peter may have as BraveCloth47 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* BraveCloth47 now uses their connections at Annabel's London to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If BraveCloth47 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, BraveCloth47 receives the $200 reward which is credited to BraveCloth47's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Annabel's London!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
