Tasting route
I had dinner on a Friday evening in the restaurant of this beautiful farm. We opted for the 5-course tasting course with wine pairing. The cuisine is based exclusively on raw materials born and grown on the farm. As well as being genuine, all the dishes were appreciated for their expert workmanship and excellent combinations which enhanced each individual dish. Elegant location, attentive service, fair bill. I'll be back.
CULINARY ELEGANCE
I had dinner with my best friend on Friday evening... the location is very refined and elegant. The staff is very friendly and attentive to any need... as far as the cuisine is concerned, I would define it as a culinary experience: we had dinner with starter, first course, second course and dessert accompanied by excellent wines. The quality of the food is truly exceptional. The dishes presented, one better than the other. The impeccable service. A special mention goes to chef Alessio who was able to give vent to his creativity in the kitchen by combining the ingredients in a fantastic way, making us live a real culinary experience. Thanks also to Riccardo for the explanation of the wines paired with the various courses. A fabulous tasting that accompanied each course with a different glass. I recommend the Segnavento restaurant to friends, to couples for intimate dinners, to families and to all those who like to spend some time together enjoying delicious quality dishes in a wonderful location. In the photo I attach, a very original idea is that of presenting one of the many desserts with a view of the location from above.. Congratulations to all the restaurant staff!
Wonderful discovery
I treated my husband to a dinner at the Segnavento restaurant and I must say that I couldn't have chosen better. The place is well looked after and exudes a pleasant feeling of welcome and elegance; we will definitely go back to see it during the day because the outside also looks really beautiful. The impeccable staff: young and smiling staff who explain everything to you, from the wine you choose to the composition of the dishes, I would say excellent service. The quality of the dishes does not require too many comments: everything FABULOUS. I was struck by how with just a few quality ingredients a dish can almost become a work of art; There wasn't a dish that I liked less or that wasn't worth the trip. All things considered, the prices are in my opinion in line with the quality of what you eat, the attentive service you receive and the place you are in. I will definitely be happy to go back.
Absurd and surreal experience
Given that it is a 3-star hotel and not a B&B, it is not acceptable not to find anyone at the reception at 8pm in the evening. Furthermore, the rooms do not have a minibar. The restaurant was not open when I had specifically asked before booking if it was possible to dine there at 8pm arriving on a Sunday and was told yes. Disappointed by this situation, I contacted the managers on the phone to at least have a taxi to go to dinner but I was dismissed in an arrogant and rude manner by saying that I could go out on foot in the middle of nowhere because there was a restaurant 200 meters away. Honestly, I had never been discouraged In a similar rudeness given that in any case I was a dissatisfied guest of the structure and rightly or not one should try to accommodate a customer. After the unpleasant surprise of the evening I told myself to forget it and not to broach the topic again which instead was taken out by the owner, not to try to mediate and apologize for what happened, but only to reiterate that it was my fault. Based on the rudeness of the managers, everything that could have been nice went into the background. I strongly advise against it!
Perfect stay
Wonderful place, attention to detail, elegant and refined environment. I was very impressed by the welcome and the quality of the dishes (breakfast and dinner). Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Bathroom with spacious shower and much appreciated toiletry kit.

Very nice place, impeccable service and fabulous dishes to say the least... the location is very beautiful especially in autumn with the many colors that fill the large estate in which the restaurant is located. The prices reflect the location and the quality of the dishes. I can say, among the best, if not the best, restaurant in the area
Unforgettable experience
We went to this wonderful restaurant after spending the night in the adjacent farmhouse. Everything is perfect here. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, the dishes are refined and balanced, the wine is excellent and the atmosphere is magical. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!
lunch like in a restaurant
They start with starters all the same with sandwich bread, butter and half a walnut! then they move on to cold cuts cut as large as slices of salami! They didn't ask themselves why they took away the trays almost full! Guys we are having lunch in a restaurant with a Michelin star! They only have the plate - a Michelin star - but we serve the wine ourselves, the dishes they bring are like in a normal restaurant, three waiters quickly put the dishes down and off we go! no one says what's in the dish - even if you ask they'll tell you the two annoying ingredients! How sad! then together with the first course I once again ask for the ingredients and once again quickly they go back to the kitchen and they tell you what's there! But be careful, this is a FUNNY thing - like in taverns - together with the first course they leave you another 4 dishes in the middle of the table to make an encore for anyone who wants it: saying these we leave them here for anyone who wants more! ! How sad! at least since you boast the Michelin star only for the final bill, behave like a Michelin star restaurant during it too! The bread plate wasn't there - but on the other hand the table was full of bread crumbs they say! But we don't know what though! Are we talking about the presentation of the dishes? - very bad! no caution nothing! I leave aside the second one which seemed like being in a beautiful restaurant for truckers! unique dish! Shame on you! the room manager never saw anything! the kids ran but no one ever saw anything! I remember that at least the first round of wine is poured by the waiter and the closed bottles are not placed in the ice bucket and the diners make do with serving the wine! Are we talking about a Michelin star here or what?

I have some reservations coming up tomorrow that have gotten lots of views but haven’t sold yet. I haven’t made a sale yet since I just joined this week. I keep lowering the price, but am worried they won’t sell. How long did it take you to sell your first reservations? And did you have success being reimbursed by AT for no-show or cancellation fees? Just looking for a little reassurance. Thanks!

You should probably cancel prior to the cancellation date per the cancellation policy. I would imagine you would only get reimbursed for a sold listing if you happen to be charged?

My first sale took about a week. But as the other commenter said stay ontop of your cancellation windows. There’s no reimbursement for those so make sure you cancel in time then just try again.
