Meat quality is excellent and atmosphere is good. As long as San Francisco downtown is safe and pleasant to be be in, the restaurant will do well. If SF downtown is no longer a desirable place to be, the restaurant will suffer for business.

I have monthly large dinner parties with 8-15 guests, and AB has been the gold standard for these dinners at the cadence of every 2 months. The main reason behind this is the great staff that make these large long dinner parties the talk of the group

My favorites were the beef tartare, marinated galbi, and beef tongue. Loved the egg soufflé and the yuzu lotus root and melon banchan dishes as well. The snow flower kkotsal was a bit too fatty for me, though fans of richer cuts might enjoy.

3.) Die Reservierung finden
