350 Main Brasserie Park City Reviews
We were so excited about finally eating at 350 Main.
We made reservations and dressed-up. We had a nice table looking out at the street at sunset. Sounds perfect, right? The Hispanic manager sat one of his Hispanic friends at the table next to us, and then spent the entire night loudly laughing and talking with his pal and family. No one in the restaurant had any peace or composer to their meal. The manager and his friend were the entire center of attention, without regarding all those other patrons trying to enjoy their own peaceful meal. And then afterwards, we always discuss the food, and we ask ourselves, "Would we go back?" Not only would we not ever again risk having to endure the very loud socializing by the manager at the expense of everyone else trying to enjoy a quiet, independent meal, but the food was really nothing to get excited about- Nothing knocked our socks off- 350 Main is a pretentious, expensive restaurant that in no way delivered in terms of what we expected from such a high class restaurant. No reason to go back there, although we do frequent other Park City restaurants where the food is always good, and where you can enjoy your meal without the uninvited show.
Great vibe.
Beautiful interior. Mocktails were delicious. Menu was small and very tasty. Was a little too warm inside, we were sweating

Food was great and service was outstanding! This is an amazing place to bring children. The 3 course menu, which includes an appetizer of cheese, crackers and fruit is such a nice touch. I also love that they provide a creative toy to occupy them, coloring doesn't do it for my toddler boys. Lastly, they were incredibly thoughtful and thorough dealing with my son's allergies. Our server, Alexandra, was one of the best we've ever had and we eat out half the week every week.
Service was great, staff very attentive.
Caesar salad is a winner. Tuna tartare was fresh. But dressed in a sweet citrus liquid, didn't go with the tuna. Fried nori chips were cold and greasy. Chicken was good. My short rib was dry and tasteless. The side was supposed to be spaetzle, but overcooked till it was mush. It too had some odd citrus sweet sauce. Threw some sprouts and some soggy chip straps on top. It was a mess. I sent it back after 3 bites.
Give it a go.
. worth a visit! We sat at the bar and Deborah was pleasant and super helpful Food: We got the cauliflower (lightly fried) I like it as-is, but my partner prefer them a little more well done. Nicely seasoned. Short rib: meat was tender but the sauce is sweet. Not our bag of beans taste-wise because it seeped into the small amount of spetzle, which we prefer to be more savory. The veggies, which I think were carrots and something else (prolly turnips or parsnips)are organically sweet. We'd have preferred a brown butter spetzle without the sauce. Dessert: duuuude, the sticky toffee is yuuuummmm. It was a lovely texture (for sticky toffee) and had some candied nuts they complemented the soft texture. We really like this - a nice rec. from our bartender Drinks - if it has spicy bitters the drink is spicy!! You've been warned. We asked for it without and the drink was lovely. Overall a lovely experience.. if you're in town or always in town, go grab a bite and some delicious drinks.
Wanted to like this place, pros are the location, ambiance
Wanted to like this place, pros are the location, ambiance and staff. But unfortunately no amount of those things can make up for sup par food. The short rib was dry as paper and the apps were over priced. Wine selection is good but expensive but hey if you're eating in Park City that is the norm. Lots of better places within walking distance from here.
The staff were very friendly and gave fantastic service.
The filet I had was overcooked, bummer. The broccolini was tasty, but the potatoes that came with it were very bland. The Cesar salad was the what part of my meal. Great dressing. This ambiance of this place gives off great vibes. Looks like and has service like an upscale restaurant but the food just didn't measure up. Rooms for improvement. I have to say though, service these days is pretty pitiful, and this place is doing it right. That means a lot!

Ugh. Nothing worse when you spend $120 on dinner for two, and an hour later you're hungry again because the food was basically TV dinner quality. My wife wanted to try 350 Main Brasserie during a staycation weekend in Park City, and my examination of the menu beforehand seemed to agree it was worth trying. Sadly, I was disappointed from the very first glance at the menu, as most things immediately cost $30+ for basic dishes like trout and unimaginative appetizers. Speaking of the latter, we ordered the octopus and it was two small pieces of octopi and some beans for $22. Pathetic. The main dishes were equally blasรฉ. Although I should have known better, I ordered an Asian style noodle dish that was essentially ramen with some coconut broth and green vegetables. Honestly - what did I expect? My wife got the trout which was unseasoned and tasteless. The best part about her meal were the sweet potato pancakes since the trout fillets were so small. With two drinks and the appetizer, we spent $120 not including tip and I just absolutely am pained to have wasted a single cent on this ripoff of a restaurant. There are so many good places in PC and Main Street to eat, many even financially reasonable, but where you will get a decent meal that won't leave you regretful (and hungry). Go anywhere else but here!
