19Ten Bar & Provisions Santa Rosa Reviews from The Last Year
The three other folks I was with liked it more than I did.
Went there last night, lively space, surprising busy for a Wednesday night which is good to see, decent pricing, good service but some misses on the menu and ambience. As the place filled up it literally became impossible to communicate but some people like that I guess. While the food overall was good, the Brussels Sprouts were severely over salted and the Fish Taco had far too much cheese whiz like cheese sauce on it for one to enjoy the nicely cooked and tasty cod. The smoked brisket tacos were delicious though and while the Mushroom "Philly "sliders were tasty enough in now way did they resemble a "Philly" cheesesteak sandwich. Actual Philly Cheesesteak sliders would be a better route. Or at least change the name as I can see the value of a non meat item on the starter menu. The Burrata plate was good as was the Octopus special. I think it was the cheese whiz "house aioli" that really turned me off. Worth a try, but definitely avoid the Brussels Sprouts and if you order the fish taco ask for the "house aioli' on the side.
First time at this restaurant and I must say we really love
First time at this restaurant and I must say we really love the food, atmosphere, and service! Both the host and the server were so nice and friendly! We got brussel sprouts, cauliflower mac and cheese, beet fries, and mushroom sliders. All of them were very tasty. My fav was definitely brussel sprouts and mac and cheese. I also got a strawberry mocktail drink and it was really good. The interior decoration is beautiful. Bathrooms are also very clean. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely come back.
This is one of my go to bars for good drinks, great service
This is one of my go to bars for good drinks, great service and ambiance. The bar tenders are really great at their jobs. Their beet fries are so delicious as well as their regular fries. I love the sister restaurant Kin so much that I knew I would like this place as well. Definitely try it out if you haven't already.
The drinks were good and food too.
I got the steak which was good but my husband got the fettuccine and said it was just okay. Our friend got a pizza which was good too. The place had a cool vibe and the service was good.
Our drinks took 30 minutes to come out (for 3 drinks).
My aunt ordered a soda and it didn't come out until I reminded them after our drinks came out and she never got a refill in the hour and a half we were there. The bar made my mom 2 mai tais that were completely different (the 2nd one was missing the orgeat I think?) and didn't taste good. They forgot my soup (creamy cauliflower soup) as a starter and brought it late, and when they brought it, it was broken and grainy. We got korean short ribs as an appetizer and the meat was grey with no sear on the outside and they were tough and flavorless. I got the Ahi salad and asked if they could cook the ahi to a medium instead of rare and they said yes, but when they brought it, most was cooked well done but it was completely unevenly cooked. The service was not great, and food was less than mediocre unfortunately.
Great place.
A bit crowded on a Saturday night. I could not find a place at the bar. But, that's not their fault. That just shows that it is popular and people it, They were coming around on a regular basis to make sure that we had everything we needed.

We were greeted right away by Whitney, the manager, and immediately she set up such a fun and friendly ''vibe.'' Our server Linette, and everyone we came across were so helpful and upbeat. Linette was super knowledgeable as well and gave EXCELLENT recommendations! Awesome fun place This was at a table at the beginning of February. I'm going today to enjoy the bar so I'll post an update on that too asap!
The restaurant week lunch was very good.
Service was attentive, the place was attractive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The selection for the "special" restaurant week menu was somewhat limited, but appropriate, considering the promotional purposes. The soup "of the 'moment'" (as described), was very good; salad was fresh, and sliders were good. The star of lunch was the brisket taco with corn dressing. I'll be back.
Wow, this is the first time I have been here or heard of
Wow, this is the first time I have been here or heard of this place. It is a great venue in the downtown Railroad Square area. My wife went here with friends and said we have to try it. We stopped by for Happy Hour and sat at the bar area. The Bar is a thin long area separated from the restaurant. We were promptly greeted and given menus. We told them we wanted the Happy Hour menu and she had already brought some. She advised us we only had 15 minutes left so we quickly looked over the menu and ordered some drinks and two appetizers. My wife ordered a Cosmo and I ordered a Manhattan. They were both good and tasted like they should. We ordered beet fries with Togarashi Mayo and Quattro Formaggi Pizza, (four cheese). The order came out quickly and looked great. We immediately tried the beet fries as we were curious. It was GREAT! We loved it with the Togarashi Mayo with a little spice to it. The beets had a slight crunch to it with a soft interior. The Pizza was good as well and I would order it again but was not a standout like the beet fries. I would order both again. The meal was great and the service was great. We had three different people coming by even though we were tucked in the far end of the bar area at a small table. We ended up ordering Crème Brulé as I love Crème Brulé. The Crème Brulé had a Bourbon glaze that added a butterscotch flavor to it. I am planning a trip back soon to try the other items on their menus.
I recently dined at 19Ten attracted by the promising menu
I recently dined at 19Ten attracted by the promising menu and inviting ambiance. The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the restaurant week special which consist of the house salad, a fish taco and a beef slider. My dad had the steak, which I also tried. The food was just ok, it didn't stand out. Unfortunately, despite the initial allure of the drink menu, the reality fell short of expectations. The drinks were a hard no for me, lacking the quality or flavor I anticipated. While the restaurant has a nice ambiance and the food is satisfactory, the drinks were a letdown. I won't say I wouldn't be back. Staff seemed in a rush and maybe that's why everything was only ok? I like to give restaurants a couple of tries, but it's not on my list of recommendations thus far.
New place worth a try!
New fresh place in Railroad Square. I’ve been to this new place 3 times now. I think it’s a “keeper” and enhancement to the Railroad Sq area. It starts with decent wine by the glass or bottle. First trip there were four of us and we shared a bunch of different plates - many times I wished I wasn’t sharing so I could have the whole plate to myself. The Cobb salad is definitely a winner, so are the tacos. The hamburger was so-so as it consisted of two thin patties, I think one thick juicy patty would be preferable, but that’s the only “miss”.
Great stop for lunch
Excellent experience, great, great food! The owner greeted us and the waitstaff was friendly, upbeat and helpful. Thank you, Dawn, for a great experience
Very tasty
We had not made a reservation but it did not seem that busy so we were slightly put out to be given a table upstairs. The downstairs area was only half full and yet we were ushered upstairs to an empty floor. However over the next half hour, the restaurant did fill up and we were joined upstairs by several other diners. We chose a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc from a local vineyard, which was delicious and we shared three small plates, crispy Brussels sprouts, beef cheek sliders and burrata. These were all really tasty and just enough for two of us. It left us with space for ice cream!
